T-Mobile is, by leaps and bounds, the single scammers company I have ever encountered. I went to their local office in Tigard, Oregon, and was constantly assured that would correct the scam phone number, and associated equipment, that this crap company assigned to my account. When I called their "customer service" line, they had no records of these encounters. Went to this location to find out why my bill was raised $5 per line. The Manager named Greg was amazing he explained why the plan went up but was also able to save me money off my internet bill. He also got me a promotion for a tracker for my dog. It is only $1 per month. I really appreciate all the help I got at this store and I highly recommend it. read more

Wasn't a fan of the service. The girl was terrible at explaining the new set up and wouldn't allow me to view anything unless I bought the phone. She also told me they had purple in stock till the end it was black. So annoyed there. Pretty dumb how things have changed so much in the years of owning phones. So if I have any issues with my phone in the next few weeks I wouldn't be allowed to return it unless I'm charged with a 400 dollars because it's a "restocking fee" outrageous. Canceled my pre paid account and left them with money in the account that I did not use. They are still trying to charge me and sent my account to collections in less than 30 days. Now have and love AT&T and found out that T-Mobile had actually sued AT&T for $750 million and won. T-Mobile are crooks. read more

I went in and traded in an iPhone for the latest version on one of the promotional offers that says get an iPhone 11pro on us when you switch well 7 phone calls later I am stuck paying nearly full price beware of the bait and switch. got ripped off but the Three things, all bad. (1) First, they are deceptive. they say one thing and do another( I was told at the time that the new phone was free and better than my old phone) Both statements were ( A lie) not just wrong but an outright lie. " Sort-of-free" When I asked why my bill went up by twenty dollars per month they said the phone was sort-of-free. I had a nice android phone that worked well. the "free" phone I got is an i-phone it took two and a half minutes to download Messanger. I, hot- spotted my old android phone, from the I-phone and it downloaded it in thirty seconds. (2) Excuse land, they (he the counter dude) actually said he knows I got ripped and he deals with it every day, but that he can not fix it because he was not the person who ripped me off (he only deals with the people he steals from) But can't/wont tell me when or where to find the actual person who ripped me off. I'm 59 years old and was stupid (that means I trusted what they said and didn't the final document, I signed it and will thus pay but it is a scam and a rip-off. (3) The service is terrible! I usually have one bar of connectivity on the new i-phone and thus spotty service. This phone which was "sort of free" when I got it cost $400.00 and doesn't seem to work at all on some app and slower on everything else. That's cool they steal. Hands down the best T-Mobile store in the area. I stopped in for a new iPhone Friday after work. Maria was very helpful and walked me through each stop of setting up my new phone. Maria and the staff there assisted me in backing up my phone, which took a while, but they didn't care, they were willing to help. I live about 20 min away from this store but I will always come back because of the great customer service. read more

Absolutely worst T-mobile ever, I'd give 0 stars if possible! My bf went into the store at 4pm earlier today because t-mobile keeps over charging him for his phone bill (he has auto pay). Unfortunately he forgot his wallet so the store clerk gave him some numbers to call. He called the numbers in the store and they wouldn't work bc his account was messed up. The clerk agreed that was weird and told him that he'd have to go get his ID if he wanted them to be able to actually look into his account. He then drives all the way back to his job to grab his ID then all the way back. Once he is back with his ID they continue to give him the phone number already given to him. The number continues to not work and he's told he'd have to call from a different number. Neither of the store clerks at this point allowed him to use their phone and both agreed that his account was messed up but said they couldn't do anything. Half of this was understandable but completely wasting my boyfriends time instead of just admitting that they didn't know what they were doing was tactless and ill-mannered. Not to mention they were actually trying to charge him even more when he's already overpaid by $800. Some of the most ignorant clerks he's ever had to deal with. This experience was honestly even worse then described. I highly recommend either not using t mobile at all or definitely going to a different location. read more

The sim card in my phone is bad and I went in here for a quick fix since Im paying full price and not receiving service. The reason I know it's bad is because I have a family member who works at tmobile and informed me. When I explained to the girl working that the only way for my phone to connect to the network was to restart it, she completely didn't listen and told me that she would restart my phone and that would take care of the problem. As she was waiting for it to regain service she turned to her coworker and whined if she could leave early to go get her nails done. As I left the store completely dissatisfied, my phone lost service again obviously. read more

I went there to get a sim card for mother's 3g phone. My left arm was broken so i asked her to install that sim card, she said she didn't know how to do it... really? We visited the T-Mobile store last Sunday to switch over from AT&T. The manager, Josh Marbury, provided great customer service as he switched us over. We will save over a hundred dollars a month. Even though we brought our own phones Josh did not try push us to buy T-Mobile phones, He was very courteous in answering our questions and he even spent 10 or 15 minutes trying to fix my old Samsung Galaxy S2. read more
