Correction. If there is a 0 star that's what I would put. I'm disappointed with this location. It caused me so many issues since they post voided my transaction to upgrade my phone to the correct iPhone 14 pro max. Now they incorrectly returned the Apple Watch I returned. I had to call customer service as they were suppose to put me on the phone with t-mobile to disconnect the line. Not just returning the item and charging me a re-stocking fee for the same day. As of today 7/21 I had to actually fix this issue. T-Mobile said they neglected to go the second step for a proper return and disconnecting the line. This store needs major re-training for all staff on how to process any transaction. read more

I came to the store to switch my service, I was helped by a young man named Zane he was polite,professional and very informative. He had the patience of a saint, I had the wrong account information, pin information incorrect,yet thru it all with my bad attitude he stayed calm and reassuring that we would be able to complete this transaction once I had correct information. Needless to say I got all the correct information and was able to leave completely happy and somewhat embarrassed by my behavior. Awesome customer service! I told them that I did not want it anymore , and it did not work the way. It's supposed to. I just bought a new iPhone from Apple and was having difficulty putting in the new SIM card. I went to T-Mobile in Vallejo and was greeted at the door by a young woman and man working there. They were both so kind and helpful. The women went on to help another customer but the man,Christian stayed with me and put in a new SIM card and explained a few things to me. He also said to just bring my phones in and they would do all of the transfer work for me. As a senior during Covid I was very grateful for their help and respect to me. read more

So my phone randomly couldn't receive service one day. I tried working the problem out with T-Mobile on Twitter and Apple support - both attempts were unsuccessful. I figured something must be wrong with my phone or SIM card. I visited this store around 5pm on a Monday and it was pretty empty so I was attended to quickly. The worker there was very pleasant, understanding and helpful! He promptly assessed my problem and just replaced my SIM free of charge. Thanks for the great experience! Myself and 3 kids have been dealing with metro PCS for over 5 years and today we were trying to get new phones and first of all didn't even accommodate us or explain anything to our understanding. Then we went to another metro store and they were were closed. But let me tell you that We are all so happy that they were because across the way we stumbled into a T-Mobile literally 15 minutes before closing. Von the manager was the most patient attentive knowledgeable professional and welcoming Employee in customer service I've probably ever met. Not only did he Joseph and David all stay open late to take care of other customers in the store but they work together as a team and you can see they treat their customers like family. David even took time to explain to each of my kids how to register phone he put their screen protectors and cases on with care. Myself my kids and sister all couldn't be more satisfied with T-Mobile and the new family we joined with Von and his team. I've had a very bad experience with service at this store. The phone went unanswered there on several call attempts during business hours yesterday. Today I went down to the store in person, talked with Rosa, the only person there, and received misinformation and absolutely no help with my problem for which I had been referred there by T-Mobile customer care. Rosa tried to sell me "insurance" which wasn't needed for my issue, and made an irritating comment to me as I left the store. read more

Horrible T-Mobile service at the Sonoma Blvd store. If you have T-Mobile and are hoping to get service and answers from the store, stay clear of the store on Sonoma Blvd. I have never had such a failing of customer service at a store with 5 employees and 2 customers. These women were more interested in talking amongst themselves than actually servicing their customers. I felt like a nuisance and that I was bothering them. When I asked about the new iPhone 12 Pro Max they couldn't answer basic questions about features, size difference from the 11 pro max or even try to sell me anything. When I suggested that they show me the device they pointed across the store and said "it's over there". When I asked about the advertised special they flipped through a book of pages and said "that's only for the iPhone 12 not the pro-Max". I had to pull up the advertisement to show them that in fact it was also for the 12 Pro-Max. Then they said, "you can't trade in that device because it's cracked". But they never discussed the product with me, nor told me about payment plan options or anything. They just dismissed me. They are completely clueless, rude, and have no interest in retaining their customer base, selling their products, nor providing any kind of service. I left aghast and will never return. I will find another T-Mobile store that actually WANTS my business. It was unbelievable!!! I was prepared to drop $1,200 on a new phone if they would've taken the time and interest to sell it to me, tell me about it, etc. But instead, I'm going to use my Apple care to get a replacement phone for $99 and then trade it in for a 12 pro max but at any store other than the one on Sonoma Blvd. No wonder there was only two customers in the store, I being one of them! I just had the best experience at T-Mobile at 3587 Sonoma Blvd in Vallejo, California. And it isn't the first time either. Ashley, Guadalupe and Sergio are the most amazing customer service reps I've ever met. They go above and beyond to solve customer problems. Even after closing time, I and other customers have been exceptionally well assisted. They have great product knowledge and amazing attitudes. I most highly recommend this branch; in fact way above any other T-Mobile store I've ever been to. read more

I walked in with a pre-paid plan expecting to refill my account,but received so much more! I was greeted by Leo,an experienced representative that suggested another plan that was eligible for me and gave me an informative run down of how the plan worked what I would be paying for,which was lower than my pre-paid bill! Of course I wanted to opt for that plan and pretty much the entire process went easy peasy and walked out only paying for my sim kit,a new plan and the biggest smile on my face! Leo was the main person helping me but his teammate Elizabeth had added extra information that helped as well,and knowing how all the representative worked together to help every customer in the store including me made the experience that much better!
