Be very careful coming to a few of these locations they use these things called CRS sheets trying to trick you into adding more stuff than you need they will add stuff to call it a value but in sense just to get more lines out of you and won't do upgrades because it doesn't make them money unless they add lines like watches or trackers to you save yourself go to a Corporate store not these shady dealers also will add lines to your account instead of upgrades to help their numbers read more

Amy Keith helped me for a full 1 1/2 hours, the time it took to weave through the process, along with seeking out deals and discounts for me if I chose to replace the old V30 phone I was keeping. You call the 1-800 number and can barely understand a word they are saying except the dollar amount. So then you call the actual store you got your "free, no contract" phone and the young girl was very much over talking me, which I thought was very rude, and then she made perfect sense of her rudeness interrupting by saying come into the store, I have people sitting at my desk. I will definitely be getting rid of this service as soon as possible and will spread the word everywhere when I do! To say I'm disappointed is a HUGE understatement!

Chris did a wonderful job of getting the multitude of Smart devices, laptops, TVs, etc. at home running optimally. Not only did he fix it, I also got a tutorial on the issues and resolution, which in my view was a great add-on. The total cost and time to completion was lower than the initial estimate.
