First time I walked in. Very inappropriate comment made about praying for me by sales. Then we were deceived on upgrading plans to take phones with cracked screens. Third interaction I was refused help to navigate making a claim in a cracked screen. Flat out told me no he wasn't going to call assurant when it was done for a family member two days prior. With my contract coming up for renewal I decided to shop and compare. Verizon has been good for years, but the cost has also creeped up with a necessary unlimited plan. I only had one other carrier in mind to compare and that was T Mobil. I've heard strong word of mouth and this was from family members I trusted. I did a search and found they are everywhere, but the Town Center location was convenient and had sweet reviews. The store is located in the Town Center Crossing off Virginia Beach Blvd. Access is from EB on the boulevard, or South on Independence. Parking depending on the time may, or may not be challenging. I had no issue and parked on the side. The building has a few shared businesses. Unfortunately the lot had some debris. When entering the store I found it to be bright, clean and organized. If you like pink you will feel at home. A rep named Samuel immediately assisted me. I explained that my contract was entering its conclusion with Verizon and I was comparing monthly bills. I also advised him that I needed a new phone for a Christmas present. Samuel went right to work crunching numbers and looking over current promotions to get the best possible deal. It was amazing how fast he put everything together to provide my cost. Keep in mind there is no contract with T-Mobil and often it's a better deal on overall charges as I found out. I also was reminded that T-Mobil is a German company with fantastic international coverage. What concerned me was coverage, but I found that it's no longer as limited as it once was. As a matter of fact they have excellent coverage in most of Virginia. Unfortunately there were limitations in Southern OBX which we frequently stay in the Summer. Also new to me is the merger last Spring with Sprint that has not been rolled out. Armed with all my information and even Samuel's text number I was prepared to continue crunching numbers for the best overall deal that would suit our family. There is a lot to consider for a family plan, so a quick decision was not going to occur. Samuel even followed up with me on multiple occasions to answer questions and provide new promo information. Went today to get a new line for my daughter as well as upgrade my husbands phone and also mine. Brian Le was our sales rep and he was by far the best! He was extremely attentive and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and was super efficient. He even allowed my son to watch Disney on his phone while we were waiting for our stuff to transfer over to the new phones. Talk about great customer service! This location gets rather busy and he was able to be fully attentive to us and still help answer the phone without missing a beat. I would highly recommend coming to this location and getting Brian to help you out. I have been a Sprint customer since 2008 and I just recently upgraded my iPhone 11 to the 13. I have upgraded iPhones quite a few times before and usually the process online is pretty seamless. This time, it was not. This was my first upgrade since the Sprint/T-Mobile merger. My iPhone 13 was apparently missing a new SIM card and I tried using the Sprint chat online for assistance but they weren't really much help. I talked to 3 different reps and none of them were able to resolve my issue. I decided to head to the T-Mobile store the following day to help me because I wasn't able to make calls or text unless I was on wifi! Ughhhh... Coming to this T-Mobile location was such a great decision. I was so happy that Scott was able to help me with getting my iPhone 13 working and was able to take my iPhone 11 to get to UPS. He solved my issue within minutes and I also purchased a new phone case for my phone because walking around with a naked iPhone is no good lol I am very happy that I decided to visit this location. read more

Charged a $100 connection fee that wasn't talked about or approved. We discussed a price and agreed on a price and every month, it's more then what's it supposed to be. We have had an ongoing issue with billing for services that we were not receiving. My son the account holder, is in the military and unable to get it canceled, until I saw him in person 6 months later. We have had the worst time with the customer service line. Felicia at store 4SGB was a saving grace! She helped us with the customer service line from the store. When we started getting pushback she took over and got our account notated as what needs to be done when we call back to handle the reimbursement. August 18, 2021 A wonderful place! We chose this store, which was the closest to the Best Western where we were staying on our visit to the area. This store was clean and the staff was very helpful, plus the cool air in the building was a welcomed relief to the heatwave going on outside. We entered and sat down. While working with some customers, Mr. Scott Clark, acknowledged we were there, and he got our last name to add us to the wait list. Shortly thereafter Ms. Yelsin Carpenter called us. She was very pleasant and had a warm smile. Her energy was so positive and vibrant.. She gave us guidance on the best option concerning my mobile phone, that was barely working. We left the store to contact the insurance company to get my replacement. I had a 7 Edge, which I loved and wanted again. I love the Samsung Galaxy brand. We sat in the car, outside of the store. After about 15 minutes we entered the store again, Yelsin was busy with another customer, so a young fellow named Xaven Miller took care of us. He was the warmest and and most friendliest young man that I've come across in awhile. My son convinced me to get a new phone, that I was not in the market for. I think these new phones are far to expensive. The best part is my son blessed and gifted the phone to me even when I suggested to get me a used, refurbished or old model phone. Anywho, my phone was so inoperable that Xaven couldn't transfer stuff from it to my new phone. He was very patient and showed no signs of frustration with my awful old phone, that continously cut off and took forever to restart. Finally got myself into a store instead of calling and figuring out my issues online. A friend told me she has unlimited data for only $20/month unlike my 6gb for $10 that I'm paying. Went in to see what that was about and they easily ungraded me. I waited about 15 minutes to be seen since there were only so many staff members. I was going to upgrade to the new iPhone but they didn't have it in stock which is probably a good thing since I have now decided against it. Excellent customer service! Brian was extremely friendly, professional, helpful and especially patient with me throughout the process of adding another phone to my line. I spent over an hour on and off the phone with TMobile Customer Care attempting to release a phone number unsuccessfully. I ended up walking out of the store for 30 minutes until Customer Care finally released the number, and came back. Justin welcomed me immediately, and helped me while Brian dealt with another customer. Although Brian had other priorities, he and Justin both ensured I left the store taken care of. read more

I have to post about the other day I went to get a new phone. It was Sunday and I totally didn't realize they closed at six. Unfortunately I was the customer that came in ten minutes before closing. (I know I suck) but I have to say the employees all worked with me and sat and dealt with me and all my extreme requests and my freak out when all the stuff on my old phone didn't transfer. This location is currently under construction so I went to the phoenix dr location where Amanda helped me, BEST customer service representative ever! I went in to upgrade from jump to jump on demand and then get an iPhone 6s. She was very nice and professional, knew the ins and outs of their services, she even called me a few days later to let me know she received the rose gold iPhone I wanted, and even helped me submit an installment plan reimbursement! She was extremely pleasant, even while their servers were experiencing some technical difficulties.
