That's when they informed me that the phone was still attached to a payment plan on someone else's account. At the same time I took a phone for repair. They broke the screen, tore up the battery, and damaged some connectors inside. I walked in with a working phone and walked out with my phone In pieces. Thankfully I found a shop that was able to fix all of the damage and get my phone working $305 later. I told the worker SAL about what happened and his response was "I thought my tech knew how to fix phones". I told him what's done is done reimburse me for the damage that was done by the shop. He text me they would Zelle me the refund for the damage. They never send the refund so now I have to waste my time taking him to small claims. It's honestly not worth my time but it's about the principle of saying something will be done and then not doing it. I have the text where he acknowledges damaging it. He says he will get it paid for and he never did so wha was going to be $305 and everyone walks away fine now gets dragged out and fees get added to the small claim. Once I get paid the amount owed to me I will remove this review and go on my merry way.

She started off by saying if we get the phone that we should have come in two hours before closing, however another associate said we just needed an hour before closing. Rather than attending us in an optimistic way, she was pessimistic and in a hurry.We still purchased the phone however we were not satisfied with the customer service we received. In the past we were taken care of with optimism and enthusiasm.

Played with my phone for about 5 minutes and said that I would have to go to Apple store because they could not find anything that was wrong with their system. But Apple or any phone they sell is PART of their system. This is part of a business account so I do not have the final decision on our service although I have been bitching and I think they are starting to hear me! I went to pick up my family nearby; they were shopping for new phones and service at T-Mobile and while I was sitting in the store waiting for them, I realized a VPN had turned on somehow and was causing the problems. Thank goodness I didn't have to go wait at the Apple store.
