I had to go into the Workman Ave. T-Mobile store to replace my router. Didn't take long to be seen, it was before noon. I was assisted by Daniel who was awesome. It was clear he knew what he was doing, he was very knowledgeable and answered my questions clearly. The visit was a breeze and a pleasant experience. I did have to return an hour or two later because of a glitch with the device which had me very frustrated. Two employees, whose names I didn't get (young black girl and tall bearded young man) were very professional in how they handled my irritability. My experience from beginning to end was GREAT! Customer service from David C. was EXCEPTIONAL! He took his time helping me upgrade my phone. There wasn't a single instance when I felt like he was rushing us out to help the next person. Then a week later, I drop my phone, face down and YEP, YOU GUESSED IT, BACK AT T-MOBILE The second visit went just as well as the first! T-Mobil is the worse company I have ever dealt with, I co-signed for a phone for my son which was stolen in May. They toke out the last payment and told them to close the acct. I never heard from them till I reccieved a collection notice for $169. I have since paid . They will not deal with me because I am the co signer but they had no problem taking money out my acct or charging me $169. That does not make sense to me! read more

There were 3 workers helping others and a guy waiting.. they Hispanic girl finished her customer and didn't even acknowledge me.. the African American girl, finished her customer and took down my name.. said someone would be with me after the 1 guy waiting, then she left. Then another guy came out from the back and turned right around and was gone. I waited about 5 minutes after that and no one came out. So there were at least 3 workers in the back. Victoria needs customer service skills. I walked in just before two men. I put my name in to be seen. As I browsed and waited, another customer service person helped the two men who walked in AFTER me. Just as I was going to ask, Victoria called my name. She needed a pin # so as I was getting it, another person walked up and she proceeded to help him. I waited some more. She never addressed me. I asked if someone else could help me. She said he was already helping the other men who came AFTER me. I told her I walked in and had to wait, but this person walked right up and she stopped helping me to help him. Apparently he was there earlier... besides the point as far as I'm concerned. Even if that was the case, rather than leaving me stand there while she fumbled through his phone, she could have told me it would be a bit more as she finished with him. I finally told her I would go to another store. She flippantly just said, "okay, have a good day." Not even at that point did she try to do better. So rude. I'm glad I didn't drop my cash there for my upgrade and Apple Watch purchase. read more

I am writing a review based on my awesome experience here today with David. I called before I went in, to ask about my phone camera that was acting up. He mentioned a few options and said I could go in and he could take a look to see if it was something that could be fixed there at the store. He also said if it was something that could not be fixed, I would probably have to go to the Apple Store, which I was dreading because it takes so long to get an appointment with them, and I don't have one near me. So I went in, hopeful that my phone would be fixed. Once I got there, he started trying to fix my phone and within a few minutes it was fixed and I was out of there. Several people came in and he was so efficient. There was another employee working with him who was helping another customer. She went to look for a phone and I didn't see her for a while so he was left to attend to all the other customers for a bit. Not once did I see him stressed... usually the T-Mobile stores I go into have one or two workers helping and sometimes appear stressed as people start walking in, but not David, lol. The customer that was being helped by the other employee even asked where she went (because she took a while to come back) and he was even nice enough to text her and he let the customer know he had texted her. He acknowledged every customer, and let them know he would get to them in a bit. While my phone was updating, he would quickly go to the other people that came in and help them. This was right after he would first mention he was going to help them while my phone was updating. So professional. He helped about three people that way, and none of us ever felt unattended. The customer service from here is absolutely terrible! My partner pays for extra insurance as his original phone was messed up. First time he went to get a replacement, they texted us late in the evening and when we came, they said it was too late to get the phone checked out. My partner was required to come another day and after a drop that phone's camera and internal stuff messed up so he requested for another replacement. CHRISTINA the manager at Citrus literally scratched this brand new replacement's screen and tried to laugh at off with a smirk saying, "I hope you don't mind". My partner asked if she would really give him that phone she just scratched and she was being extremely dismissive and ignored him. Luckily T-Mobile's customer service was able to help us as my partner filed a report on CHRISTINA's irresponsibility and poor handling on the phone; they are going to review cameras. I would never recommend this particular location, they are super unprofessional and dismissive about handling problems! read more

Ok, I'm convinced people here are just for show/running a shady business. There is no way these people are real. One of them walks around with the back of her hair looking like she just got up from laying down. Daniel showed up with eyes full of goo like you do when you have pink eye (minus the red eyes). I walked in & 3 people went to the back and only 1 in the front. Another one was telling me she was putting me on the list because there were people waiting when I just saw 3 staff members in the back who only came out to help because I said I saw them... and the only reason people were waiting was because there was only 1 of them working. The last time I was in this store, they refused to help with closing my account (& made me call customer support instead) and also refused to take the equipment back even though they are listed as a participating store on the t-mobile website. The assistant manager (Madjiva?) refused to provide her last name when the customer rep. who was helping me over the phone asked for it. She just said "I don't feel comfortable sharing that with you." She also wanted to hold my phone, in which case I would have heard anyway since she would say it out loud. Daniel refused service and asked me to leave because I wouldn't let him hold my phone. I was on the phone for an hour to close my account. I went to UPS to return the equipment & they received it on Dec 9 (based on the tracking #) & then I was charged for not returning it on January 20. I have called 6 times already and every time they say my refund is ready & to wait a week. Then I call again & they say it was canceled. How did all these people get the job? read more

Buyer beware, do your best not to do business at this T-Mobile location. I came here asking about offers/deals to upgrade my phone to the N20 Ultra 5g. Two employees (Alonzo and Seles) here gave me the run-around. They told me that with a qualifying tade-in phone (confirmed Samsung Note 10 plus), I will get 50% off the $1,300 (which is $650). I felt this was too good to be true, so I called other T-Mobile locations, and they told me otherwise. The jokers at this Citrus locations wanted to waste my time. I went to 2 location before this location on citrus in the city of West Covina, I really hope that this the right location. Victoria went over and beyond she did her job unlike the gentleman at the other locations they did not attempt to fix the problem just told me I need a new phone. So I got one it was still bugging me that they did not even look at the phone I quess I was not pretty enough for them to do there job 1st location I went was at the Glendora market place. Than they sent me to one on Route 66 and was treated the same. I have been a customer over 20 +years.
