    I went there in October 2023 to buy a new phone. I chose the $30 prepaid plan and 12 month installment payments for my new phone. 100+30 is roughly 133 that I've been paying for the past 11 months. I have been checking my plan online (on the prepaid site btw) because the main att website doesn't support prepaid accounts & because I had to update my card's info. In the past 2 months I suspiciously got locked out of my prepaid account. Resetting the password didn't work. I kept calling the att prepaid number and it kept saying that my # was not recognized. I had NO idea what was going on... just yesterday, I tried the main att website and I was able to log in! Ahhh but that was a terrible surprise too... when I logged in to this NEW account that I never created, it said my data plan is $75 with 60GB of data included but at the bottom it said my data cap/usage was 2 GB which is what I've been getting for the last 11 months, not 60 GB. Also the phone that I signed up to pay in 12 months, still has $694.41 payments to go because they only applied $27.78 of my $133 payment to the phone balance. So instead of $100 for the phone and $30 for data, my prepaid plan migrated to the main att website and my payments for the last 11 months turned to $27.78 for the phone and $75 for a 2GB data plan (but on the site, it says 60GB). This location stole $694.41 from me. I would never sign up for a plan that's $75 because I simply don't need it. I have wifi at home & work. Also, the NextUp phone upgrade fee was added monthly ($6). I would never sign up for this. Once I buy a phone, I keep it for years! Also, if something where to happen to my phone, the protection that they added, has a deductible of $25-$275. What does that even mean? And yes, I was checking my account, but it wasn't on the main website, but the prepaid site. It somehow migrated without my consent 2 months ago. If this is part of a breach, I need my money back.

A young women was given to me, so that I could explain the problem. Wow! she was so patient with me. And trust me I was not in a happy mood! Anyway she was able to get a technician to come to my home to see why I was having so much problem with my internet. Nick G. is his name and he was promptly on the time he was to arrive. He surveyed the situation and took his time and BOOM! HE FIGURED IT OUT WITHIN ABOUT 20 MIN. A great big thank you goes out to this young man! What a professional. He was able to do some testing and also looked at my computer to make sure it was all working well. I have not had a problem since. Usually agents help you even if it's something you can do online. Every time I've spoken with this associate it's "you can do that online" "you can use the machine" Fair if everyone else did it, but no one else from what I've seen does. Now I get it probably focused on sales, but isn't a pipeline built on an actual conversation? I wanted to buy an iPhone17 and add a new line but had to pay off my balance I let her know I only have cash and sends me to the machine again fair but if she knows it doesn't give you cash back maybe it's worth mentioning. Honestly it feels like you waste their time at this point. I wanted to shop here for a watch next month and an upgrade in 2 months but it's fine. 11 years and you can't go inside a store you love for simple help. Probably sound like an old person but SOMETIMES 1-2 times a year it's nice to get help in person. I'll dial 611 like suggested, or go to another store thank you.

They broke the screen, tore up the battery, and damaged some connectors inside. I walked in with a working phone and walked out with my phone In pieces. Thankfully I found a shop that was able to fix all of the damage and get my phone working $305 later. I told the worker SAL about what happened and his response was "I thought my tech knew how to fix phones". I told him what's done is done reimburse me for the damage that was done by the shop. He text me they would Zelle me the refund for the damage. They never send the refund so now I have to waste my time taking him to small claims. It's honestly not worth my time but it's about the principle of saying something will be done and then not doing it. I have the text where he acknowledges damaging it. He says he will get it paid for and he never did so wha was going to be $305 and everyone walks away fine now gets dragged out and fees get added to the small claim. Once I get paid the amount owed to me I will remove this review and go on my merry way.

Verizon denied my access to my account immediately after I switched my phone service to TMobile. Verizon then reconnected, disconnected, changed plans, reconnected, and disconnected my account, and charged me without any instruction from me. On February 20, 2024, my family and I terminated our services with Verizon and switched to TMobile. The next day, I went to my Verizon account online to see if I still had unfinished business with Verizon. Verizon denied my access. Therefore, I was not able to look at the detailed breakdown on the website and settle any business with Verizon Afterward, I received some confusing DISCONNECT WARNING letters from Verizon, which threatened to permanently disconnect my account if the past due balance was not paid. Since my intention was to disconnect my account, so I did not pay. Yet I continued to receive these DISCONNECT WARNING letters with increasing charges and late fees. Therefore, I paid two bills ($71.69 and $78.50) even though I had no idea how these bills came about. Interestingly, I received more bills with more charges. Subsequently, I contacted Verizon via phone on Thursday, September 5, 2024. The representative, Christina, explained that TMobile never transferred the iPad line over from Verizon to TMobile. TMobile only set up another line for me. She also explained to me that in May, my line was reconnected because I paid and the plan was changed. she also said that in June, the line was disconnected and reconnected! In short, Verizon still sent me a bill, insisting that I have to pay $110.60. I wrote Verizon twice. One on September 21, 2024, with all the detailed twists and turns of the event. Another letter was written on October 5, 2024. What Verizon did was to put a "collection" on my credit card score. That is how Verizon extracted extra money from their customers. They could extract millions of dollars if they extract $80 extra from customers around the country.

I stopped by to this location since it was on my way to work and I was greeted immediately by Issa and the rest of the team. He was able to complete the request with the corporate office regarding all of the issues with my account resulting in a full month paid from billing backpay. Definitely recommend this location over any others and anytime I need anything with Verizon I will be coming here regardless on how out of the way it could be.

What I encountered was an absolute nightmare. Your representative refused to even give me her name, which is a basic courtesy and a clear sign of a lazy and disrespectful employee. She was accompanied by a guy who showed zero interest in assisting me, making the entire experience infuriating. When I asked who her boss was, she couldn't provide that information. Seriously? What kind of business are you running? When a customer asks to speak to a manager, the employee should know or at least have the decency to provide that info. Instead, she had to call someone just to find out. To make matters worse, she threatened to call security on me. For what? I was a paying customer with an issue. This is beyond uncool and unprofessional. I have an account and had a legitimate problem with my ultra Samsung S23's screen protector. Instead of helping me, she told me I had to buy it again. Do you even train your employees? I was out of town attending a funeral and had no choice but to get my screen fixed on the spot. The complete lack of assistance and empathy was disgraceful. Your employees need serious training in customer service because this kind of behavior does nothing but damage your reputation. Not giving me her name or a manager's name is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. This was a horrible experience, and if I did not need the product so badly, I would never return to your store or recommend your company to anyone.
