I missed the call from Nicole while in the shower, but she followed up by a text to make sure I knew Jonathan would be here within 35 minutes. I love this attention to customer service. Jonathan showed up as scheduled and took a look at my water heater and assessed what my issue was which was low water pressure at the kitchen faucet and he informed me that I did not need a new water heater, which was a big relief. Jonathan is the one that helped me with my hose bib and just as last time he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He identified the issue as likely some buildup in the line at the kitchen faucet. He was able to back-flush the line and found a small chunk of rust from my lovely steel pipes. It had gotten stuck and caused sediment buildup. Water pressure restored, no water heater replacement needed (phew) and I am back in business! I love their cost structure because it's not by the hour. It's by the job and what they do, etc. and I find that to be extremely reasonable. Additionally, your technician serviced an elderly woman's home and charged an excessive amount for the work performed. This is deeply concerning. So we had to replace that. The remote control to the garage doors didn't work and found out from the owner that he hadn't used the remote control for 14 years (because he didn't want to pay for a new garage door), so he tried to reinforce the door with extra wood which clearly didn't work. We also should have asked for a credit from the buyer for the heating and air conditioner since it was 23 years old, and of course it broke down after our 1 year warranty, and had to pay $18,000 for a new one. The inspector, I remember, was friendly and nice, and did notice a sump pump that needed to be replaced, and that amount was subtracted from the purchase price. She is very knowledgeable, and answered questions to me in detail. She was clear, transparent and honest, and did not try to gouge or oversell me on anything. This is a very important point given my lack of experience in this domain. I was invited to attend the inspection, and it was a fascinating process. I have only lived in apartments, so this was my first time being exposed to the internals and sub-systems of a house. The inspector is extremely thorough, and is very knowledgeable and patient if you ask him questions during the inspection. We went through every corner of the home and he pointed out areas which could be problematic, and also aspects which were well constructed. The inspector is very knowledgeable, and these people are easy to interact with. The report I received is very detailed and included critiques, observations, and maintenance tips. I followed up with questions, and got detailed responses. I am very grateful for the expertise and quality of service provided by this company. They are highly skilled, professional, and easy to work with. I believe I got an excellent service from them.

If I could give zero stars I would. This has to do with rep Camryn mainly who lied to me on…read moremultiple occasions. She has lied multiple times about the district manager changing, which the district manager is still the same as when I previously worked there. Secondly she has been dishonest about when the tills get pulled and not being able to take cash payment. Yes I get some things may change, but I would be pretty sure they shouldn't be pulling the tills an hour early if no big deposit was made. I have even been told when I come in earlier in the day to pay previously that if I don't have exact change they cannot provide me with change. I understand that there's only a certain amount of change but to tell someone that almost immediately before they state how they are going to pay isn't the best customer service either. The fact that she has been dishonest with me many different times makes me wonder if she has been dishonest with other customers multiple times. I would highly suggest if you go to the store for anything there to maybe ask for help from someone else, because if its just simple things like this if you are getting a new phone or new account how do we know this rep isn't being dishonest with that as well? I would just be cautious if doing any transactions or sales with this rep. To be quite honest as a customer and having this experience makes me want to switch to a different phone carrier. To have any representative lie to a customer in my honest opinion is not good customer service and maybe needs more training. Maybe if the tills policy did change it would help customers so that they do not waste time going there if there was signage outside that would help a lot and they dont have to put a sign that gives their cash or payment policies but maybe just a hand written sign that says cash payment temporarily unavailable. In no way does that advise of their payment policies that just advises at the time being they cannot take cash which is not illegal. There is no warning that they pull the tills early until you get inside to pay a bill. I would also say that when I have asked on multiple occasions for the DM name and been lied to by Camryn and another rep there that it had to do with my experience with calling customer service ATT phone number and the reps who tried to assist there. Yes I understand if the DM can't really help with 611 issues but they may have had advice on next steps. EX: when I was having tech issues with my phone and the rep from 611 turned off all my service instead of fixing the issue I know the reps inside the store could have helped but to find out that the rep from 611was helping or attempting to with things they weren't trained in I had wanted to talk to someone higher up and preferably not 611. One of the previous times I had asked for the name of the DM was because I wanted to let the DM know about a good experience with the store manager where I had felt the manager at the time had went above and beyond, Sadly they still lied to my face and told me the DM had changed. I would definitely say some of your employees at this location need better training or more training. The fact that multiple reps lied to me so many times when I asked a simple question of who the DM is, is terrible customer service. I don't know if they thought I was going to say something bad about them but it was always because I was trying to see if theres another person higher up than store reps to talk to before going back to 611 since 611 seems like everyone there is incompetent, however being scared still isn't a reason to lie to a customer and not tell them the DM name. If the DM name had been provided the first time I asked we wouldn't be here. At this point I will go all the way up to corporate with my complaints about being lied to during many different visits to this location and hopefully they will get further training on good customer service.

The batteries at the auto parts store and BiMart were all slightly too big to fit into the battery box for our brand of moped. We found it here, readily in stock! The staff was friendly and very helpful. We didn't bring the old battery in with us so we paid the core charge. I brought the old one back in a few days later, with the receipt, and was refunded the charge. They also recycled an old marine battery for me free of charge. They also make vehicle key fobs here and have a large variety of light bulbs and other accessories for various electronics. This week I was in search of a charger for an RC car. They didn't have what I was looking for but took the time to recommend a few hobby shops that would likely be able to help me. This is definitely the place to find all your battery needs but if they don't have it they'll help you find it.

Having paid a combined $700 for a few sports car batteries over the last couple years from the other Exchange, I asked if they had any discounts for repeat customers. NADA. Thus, a 2nd reason for the turn about to try B+. Chaz was a super nice guy, let me use their restroom behind the office (very clean btw) and figured out how to unbrace a tricky battery casement for the Mazi. He did misplace a non-essential plastic collar for the terminal bc hey it's a lux car that needs to look just right too haha but we are very happy with the product. Speaking of which, it's a Duracell... know they are great for running annoyingly loud noisemakers under the Christmas tree but we'll see how the Energizer does for a real car :D... Has a 4yr warranty with new replacement if battery is not failty. B+ tracks through your account/phone#, so no additional supporting docs needed should you need to revisit , but should also last 6-7 yrs he said. Did a quick check online to ck reviews and noticed B+ has a 20% discount if you bought for pick up with Free install. So the $249 was down to $231 and when the online order popped up on store screen, Chaz saw and refunded me the $22 Core charge, as he had taken the old battery out (recycling charge if not returned as they can rebuild the battery apparently) so $209 out door. The store had some cute animal visibility LED collars and tags, car wheel lights and cell phone accessories, omputer battierirs as well as bulbs for holidays/candelabras. Oh and being a real estate broker noted they also carry 2in1 CO and Fire alarms as well as stand alone for those last minute inspections and appraisals! Very happy to have saved $76 today esp before the holidays but is there ever a good time ha ha... still didn't use that Local Business Guide/Coupon lol but it did direct me to sizable $avings, and will report back if issues!
