After waiting an hour I called and my husbnad texted and called. I got ahold of him and he made some excuse about the wrong blade etc. etc. It has been two weeks and his saw is still in our yard and nobody has heard from him. I hope he is alright. Meanwhile, we NEEDED our backsplash to get the kitchen finished. My husband went on Home Advisor and contacted Mitch. He came out the next day, gave us a reasonable quote and started the next day. He did an AMAZING tile job. Glass tile can be tricky and this stuff looks FANTASTIC. He and his son were prompt, clean, efficient and generally AWESOME. I would reccomend them to ANYONE who needs tiling done and will be calling him for my bathroom reno (after I catch my breath from this one!) Can't say enough good things about him and Donovan.

It's going to be painful to pack up all the breakables, books, lamps, etc. and move furniture around to re-do the flooring, but it's got to be done. Our handyman contractor recommended this resource for buying the new flooring materials. It was a bit overwhelming when we first entered the showroom, but we received orientation as to the options and where to find each. Though we originally went in thinking of engineered hardwood, like we have upstairs, with the water considerations, especially in the kitchen, we are thinking of new generation laminate. It's easy to install, and has great waterproof functionality. It has texture and varied pattern, too. We're just about ready to finalize our measurements and place the order. Their prices are extremely competitive and many styles are in stock for immediate availability. Tony has been very helpful getting us up to speed on this big purchase.

We 'rustic' form of travertine and when we moved in the company we hired at that time basically said after they 'cleaned' the stone that it was a tough stone to get cleaned and that was really the best we could expect. Then we met Jorge. He came out, went through the entire area, explained the in's and outs of the stone and what they do to clean and seal it. I figured why not since it had been 10 years and we might as well give it a go. I am beyond happy we did! Jorge did an incredible job on our stone. It has never looked better. Moved all the furniture, knocked the job out in about a day and a half which was just under the amount of time he thought it would take. Done early and on budget, and exceptionally well.
