UPDATING MY REVIEW I now get my lashes down at T's on top of my biweekly pedi. I have never had lashes as good as these. I'm not even exaggerating, I'm heavily contemplating getting the exact set I've been getting done for my wedding. The perfect wispy set that isn't too full, and makes my eyes actually look narrow. I've had so many times where a lash artist had said it would be wispy and cat eye and then I get the thick fuzzy caterpillar lashes and they're open eye and make my already big eyes look scary af. So now I'm just getting pretty two different ways at T's my pedi and lashes on point. I keep recommending T's to everyone and they're so spooked by the location being in San Francisco. Everyone was very nice and they stayed late so I could finish drying. I was overdue for a mani/pedi and they did an ok job but I've had better as far as attention to detail. I really wanted to love this place, but I'm gonna have to go home and finish it. My mistake was not looking before I left. Pros: It was clean inside and door open for good ventilation. Both techs were very gentle and I had no issues with them hurting/stabbing etc. Foot massage was wonderful. Downsides: This was the first mani I've had that used no soak, which left powdered nail filing debris under my nails and made the lotion feel like sand. Pedi was good considering I was overdue for one, but left obvious areas of dry skin that could've been better cleaned and looked more professional-see pics (immediately after). Overall average but they need to up their game. Service otherwise was great/friendly. read more

Booked an appointment online for a hard gel removal. Very easy and convenient to make the appointment online through their website. It's $25 ($15 for normal gel) without additional services. They gave me a small bottle of water before the nail session started which was nice. The nail tech was gentle and careful when removing the hard gel with the nail drill. She also shaped my nails carefully. I was happy with the service for the price and they didn't try to upsell me or get me to add on more services. I gave a $5 tip. Will definitely be coming back if I need to get my nails done! read more

I've been going to Tiffany for my nails and lashes for a few years ever since she worked at her previous salon. I'm extremely picky with my nails, and I've been to numerous nail salons in the sunset only to be left unsatisfied. I'm so glad I found Tiffany because she is extremely gentle, meticulous, and detail oriented, which are all the qualities I look for in a nail/lash artist. I always get hybrid style lashes, and the lashes she uses are high quality, so they never poke or irritate my eyes in any way. She always makes sure that my nails and lashes are perfect before I leave. In the rare occasion that there's an issue, she is more than happy to fix the problem. I told her yes and she gave her opinion on which product is better for me since I'm short on time. It took her about 45 mins from the time I sat down to the time she was done. First, this business is 1.5 blocks from my home, so it is super convenient. Upon walking in, I am warmly greeted by Tiffany and her staff (and a massage chair). My manicurist did an excellent job! Typically, they will use a fingernail to clean up boo boos, but she actually used a brush n remover which is so much hygienic. First I had a gel polish removal, very quick filing and no soaking in acetone was required which is usually how I personally prefer to have it removed. Xianna did my builder gel manicure in about an hour and the final nails were smooth, not streaky, & most importantly level without any polish or gel flooding the nail beds. 10/10 recommend. Will definitely be coming back every few weeks for a builder gel set/fill. Be prepared to pay with cash, Venmo, or Zelle. Tips are also heavily preferred in cash. Quiana has been doing my nails for 6 months now and she always delivers with her great attention to detail and artistic strokes. For my Gel X today, I chose a glittery rosy polish overlayed with butterfly wings on my middle & ring fingers. Booked a gel manicure appointment at T's and was so happy with the results! The space was clean and very comfortable. They seat you on recliner chairs that have a massage option, so it wasn't uncomfortable to be sitting and getting my nails done! They had a lot of options for nail polish. I am so grateful Tiffany is 1. open earlier than most salons, and 2. was able to take me in first thing when she opened. I let her know that I needed an emergency gel mani because the one I got a week ago was already peeling. She didn't soak my hand in water as I had just washed my hands from using the bathroom. She started by filing out the top coat and then using a solution she painted over the gel color that made it dissolve and peel. I've never seen this type of gel removal before! She's very careful in her application and explained her process to me. She's a very social person and gets to know her clients. I will say she was on the pricier side. It was $45 for gel removal and mani. I tipped her well as I was very appreciative of her time and work! I think I've found my salon! Especially since it's close to my work! read more
