I had the flu and the doctor told me I had to stay home from work (school) so I wouldn't get the kiddos sick. I felt fine. My principal said to stay home...so what's a girl to do that feels fine but can't go to work??? Get a pedicure, of course! I walked in mid-day and there was only one other person. Sweet. TONS of pedicure stations with back massage and all. Ahhhh. The massage was WAAAY to rough. Seriously. I like a good massage, but she was so rough with my calfs and shins that I am surprised I didn't have bruises! The worst part was when I took my nail polish off 4 weeks later (yes, it lasted that long!) I discovered an infection of sorts. The top 1/3-1/2 of my nail was white and no longer attached to the nail bed below it. YIKES!!! It has been well over a year since my last pedicure, and nothing else has changed. I can't pin it on them 100%...but I'm pretty sure they caused it. I will not return. Bummer. They are close and reasonably priced. *sigh* read more

Needless to say they're VERY unprofessional and you should spend your money elsewhere, no wonder the parking lot was always empty * Yelp please give us the option for zero stars! Anyways. As far as your average nail place. This place looks very professional. Keyword being LOOKS. I just walked in for a basic shellac manicure, which I paid around $30 for. Now what I didn't expect to pay for was the employees yelling at each other in their native language for about 15 minutes. Then another employee came over and started commenting on my nails in their native language. And the lady completely chewed my fingers up while she was removing my cuticles. And the icing on the cake was when I was done paying, the lady looks at the receipt, points down at the tip line and shouts "TIP!?". Well, that escalated quickly. I was going to pay her tip in cash. Then she got nothing. People need to learn manners. read more

Wish I could give them 0 stars. I had my nails done here a few years ago. Pleasant experience so I decided to go back today. Terrible!! I couldn't believe it. I wanted a mini pedi and a polish change on my hands. First, it was hard to understand what the man was trying to say. Once I conquered that battle, I went to the restroom. When I came out, he and another operator were arguing. I requested that my hands be done first because I was on my lunch hour. The man then proceeded to tell me if I had my nails done first, then someone else would have to do it. I guess he tried explaining that to the lady he was arguing with but she was already pissed. Needless to say, I did not get my nails done. I tried on some polish on one finger and needed to take it off before I left. It was so much confusion and arguing that I asked for a cotton ball with polish remover so I could go. That's when EVERYONE in the salon started ignoring me. I asked the lady, and she told me "you have to ask him, he's the manager" then continued playing on her phone. The man would not speak to me anymore. So basically, because she was upset with him for whatever reason, she took it out on me and ruined my T.Sexy Nails experience. Plus, I had to grab my own cotton ball and polish remover because no one would get it. I will not be returning and you should think twice about going also. read more

Walking in I was shocked at how modern and huge it was. It really looks nice inside! The lady who did my pedicure was very nice and knew what she was doing. The massage chairs are the most comfortable things ever. She did an excellent job painting my toenails which is a huge pet peeve for me. She even did two coats of toenail polish! The manicure was awesome and they knew what they were doing. Found my new spot! :-) read more

Because of the location I've been to this salon probably a dozen or more times. I went in early and was the only one there I had a fill and the gentleman helping me hurt me so bad. I know it seems horrible that I stayed and finished the set but I struggle with actually getting up and leaving. I pulled my hand away three times and still he burned my skin with the file many times, and by file I mean both the machine one and a hand file. I started bleeding and he just continued going in and never apologized once. Thanks man and a extra big thanks for spraying alcohol on my open wounds three times. My nails do look nice but at the cost of so much pain I think it's now time to go else where. And FYI it's named T sexy nails but the owner told me they wanted to change it to AAA nails. Amazing! So accommodating, so nice, beautiful nails :-D I came in with a bridal party because the salon we had an appointment with had their doors locked, lights off... No call, no show (I still can't believe it). In a FRENZY we called Sexy Nail, they were supposed to close in 20 minutes from when we called and they agreed to stay open late for our bridal party so we could all get our nails done. It was SO nice. They are revamping the place, it's going to be so nice... All new pedicure chairs... It was very clean... And did I mention, accommodating? They let us bring in our wine (that we had had for the first salon that was allowing us to bring it in), we put on the Tiger's game and we had a great time! They were efficient, our nails look great and I will definitely be back!!! read more

Got a shellac pedicure and mani, which both took less than 40 mins to complete (which I thought was weird because other places take that much time to do a pedicure alone, let alone with shellac and shellac mani)... Anyway - I was on vacation and THREE days in, both my mani and pedi shellacs peeled off !!! What a waste of money. Will never go back there again. read more

The old lady doesn't know how to do shellac and owner blames you for bad job. Only one person knows how to do shellac rest are ppl who doesn't even know how to to do nail polish here. Shellac comes off in 2 days. It looks like little kid has put nail polish on ur hand not professional. read more

I've been getting my nails done for over 10 years this is the worst my nails have ever looked!! They are not the same length or even smooth. I had to tell the lady to re file my nails, and ask to paint along the outer edges cause she wasn't doing it. I paid $35 for gel nails a full set. I never complain but they look like sh*t!! You could tell she just didn't care, she didn't even buff my nails. First and last time coming here. Wish my nails looked half as good as her red nail polish did. read more

Had great gel manicure in January I had worst one in my life Tuesday. Just went back to have it fixed - the top coat was way past nail bed It snagged and was pulling up. The solution was to file around them. One finger started bleeding. Bummed that I wasted money and have a horrible manicure. read more

I have been getting my nails done for nearly 15 years. I've had acrylics, shellac, gel....I've been to nail salons all over the country and I have never had such a poor experience. My nails were not only misshapen but it was the most horrid polish job I've ever seen. I even commented that I was concerned and was told "it will be fine".
