I really hate to give this rating but it's warranted. They were busy when I arrived at 2pm on a Saturday but were able to take me as a walk in for a pedicure. I asked for the volcano pedicure (most expensive) which was $65 and included leg scrub, paraffin, hot stones, and massage. My nail tech was very kind and definitely gave me a full hour pedi as is promised on the menu. Their massage chairs are great! Really loved that and the volcano soak (I got green tea but there are other scents). The biggest reason I have to give for the low star rating is the cleanliness of the tools. At no point did I see anything come out of a new/steril/sanitized bag. The foot bath WAS lined with plastic, but that was it. The buffers/files were definitely used on previous clients, and the cuticle clippers, cuticle pusher, nail clippers were just presented on a towel, with no indication they'd been autoclaved/cleaned. The foam foot block my leg was balanced on, was not protected by a towel or plastic. All of that is a huge mark against the salon. If they DO sterilize the tools, they should show them coming out of the bags for the client. My other problem with the salon is they REALLY pushed the gel on me. I told them from the start I didn't want gel, and then halfway through my tech was like "oh you wore closed toed shoes, your nails are going to take forever to dry. They're going to smudge when you put your socks on. Seriously you'll be here forever waiting for your toes to dry!!!" And finally I was just like, okay fine, do the gel. I figured there would be an up charge but $15 extra for gel on top of the already expensive package, oof! Just seems like a lot. I get it, and I DID agree to the gel, but I do wish she'd told me exactly how much it was going to be before she did it. All that being said, my feet are very soft, the polish does look nice and it was a good treatment. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be back just because the cleanliness issue skeeves me out thinking back on it. read more

My nails look really bad. I've been getting SNS for over two years and recently moved and these are the worst I have ever had. None of my nails are the same shape, numerous messy spots and bumps galore. I'm honestly embarrassed by how they look. read more

I am in town from San Diego and DESPERATELY needed my nails, feet and eyebrows done. On Sunday I found this place on YELP and decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed at all. They're reasonably priced and have great customer service. Misty did an FANTABULOUS job on my eyebrows and my nails are EXCELLENT!!! Ann did my pedicure and my feet have never felt bettter... Definitely will be my GO-TO spot whenever I come back to visit!! read more

This is a peaceful place with a nice environment and music. The professionals here are kind and attentive to your presence and needs; the work is wonderful as well . My nails are always strong and beautiful when I come here, and they have wonderful massage chairs when you receive a pedicure . I recommend this place, and supporting these professionals. read more

I went here for the first time today with my mom. We were both pretty satisfied. It wasn't busy at all, so the only wait was for us to pick out colors. I got a deluxe pedicure and she got a classic, along with SNS. We were kind of in a rush so after getting her previous SNS removed she decided she'd come back. They are closed Tuesdays, but Annie said she'd be there for a bit and would be happy to let my mom come in to finish her nails. I loved my pedicure! My legs and feet feel amazing and my toes, although just a basic, solid color, also look amazing. The guy who did them (i didn't get his name) also got this ingrown nail that all other places either ignored or couldn't completely remove. it's been bothering me for months, but not anymore! I will definitely return and I recommend anyone else to go as well! read more

I went here during the holidays with my daughter. We both got pedicures and I also got a manicure / S&S fill-in. I'm giving it one star because you can't give it less. This nail salon looks and feels old like nothing has been updated since it opened. The decor looks like it's from the 90's so I can only assume it's old stuff being reused because there's no way this place has lasted that long. Our service was extremely slow. Not the wait but the service. Normally I wouldn't complain that someone took 900 years on my pedicure but this wasn't because of attention to detail or job dedication it was because the technician had to ask one of the other techs what to do every step of the way. I don't have a problem with someone in training either but it was clear that when they missed a step they just weren't doing it no matter what the other techs said. When I get a pedicure I want my foot scraped. I don't want someone to look at the cheese grater then try to hide it so they don't have to use it. I'm not paying for someone to play my toes! While we were trapped in the pedicure chairs the line for people waiting stacked up till they lost at least 4 clients. The nail tech was worse than the pedicure idiot. She wouldn't listen to me, insisted on "repairing" a nail by adding so much acrylic to my thumb that it looked like it belonged to Shrek, and messed up the S&S so many times that she kept having to file everything off. The pedicure took a good 90 mins and my nails took well over 2 hours. When I was finally released from Gitmo I looked like I purchased a manicure from a kid's roadside lemonade stand and my pedicure already looked old because the newbie/idiot didn't put a top coat on it. I'd say go here if you want to be tortured and over pay for sub-par work. If you're really into getting a bad mani/pedi and don't want to spend all that much I have a 4 year old nephew who will do it for a set of Legos. I won't be going back but I am recommending it to this chick I don't like at work. Enjoy! read more
