Enjoy this nail salon. Treated my granddaughters and they had a blast. Jenny is the best!

Ten Ten Nails sits in Ashley Park and is a fairly new addition to the spa scene in Newnan…read more On a recent visit, I decided to treat my dad to his first mani/pedi and subsequently me to my latest! We landed on Ten Ten based on a few factors, one being location to where we were already. The shop is good size, bright, open and very clean. We walked in, were immediately sat and off we went. We went with the Coffee Me Pedicure and Pamper Me Manicure. Combined pricing put us at $84/each. The manicure pricing is in line with what I have experienced at other spots, but they think a bit more of their pedicures and that is reflected in the prices. Were they worth it? Yes and no...the pedicure was solid, but comparing our services, which were the exact same and started at the same time made it a bit odd as mine lasted about 10 minutes longer than my dad's. For me, I appreciated this, but for him, his tech seemed a bit rushed. Still did good work. As with most spa's, they do offer drinks during your treatment. They should refill the offerings on the tray though, as all the "good" drinks were taken before they got to us, just leaving little room temp waters. Not a big deal, but just a small touch. Our tech's were friendly and did good work overall. Pricing was a bit steeper than I would have liked, so this place would not be a regular spot, but maybe one for a special treat, which is what this day was. Overall, solid place in a good location.

I always get a dip manicure and gel pedicure, single matching color, no extensions or tips. You'd…read morethink for the most expensive salon I've been to in town, it would be a simple service. I try to go in for service during the week, avoiding the weekends when it's busy and the techs tend to be rushed. My first three visits were great - good nail shaping, service as expected, and except for the expected grow out, the manicure still looked great after almost 3 weeks. The fourth visit resulted in unevenly shaped nails, shorter on one side of the nail than the other - they looked slanted. The fifth visit was terrible. The tech did not start with a coat of clear dip down the center of the nail to build up the correct shape. He applied 2 coats of dip color then activator - no clear dip coat on top. After filing and buffing, he finished with a single coat of gel topcoat cured with a UV light. Within 2 days, the gel top coat was hazy and peeling off. Unfortunately, I was out of town at a conference with an embarrassing manicure at a time when I was shaking hands all day. Not a good look! I went back to the salon (5 days after the original service) by this time, not only was the top coat hazy and peeling, the color had chipped on thumbs and first fingers of both hands. They offered to fix it for free. Unfortunately, it was the same tech. He removed the dip on thumbs and first fingers, first with a brush-on remover (not soak-off) then very aggressively with the rotary tool until it burned my nail beds. He was obviously in a hurry. He reprocessed these nails as before. He used the rotary tool to remove the top coat on the other nails (tried to do only 3 of the other 6 nails until I pointed out that the topcoat was failing on ALL remaining nails) Today, 5 days after the "fix", the dip, AND my natural nail underneath, has chipped on one thumbnail and one pointer, gel topcoat shows cracks across the center of three nails and the corners of 2 others. The color is uneven due to the careless removal of the original topcoat that also removed some of the dip color (no clear dip layer on top of the color, so no room for error). All this with two straight weeks of sitting in a conference room - no gardening, no washing dishes, nothing more taxing to my hands than occasional keyboarding! I have another conference to attend next week and I'll be searching for another salon this weekend. Now I'll need tips on few nails to even out the length after breaks have caused jagged edges that will need to be filed down considerably. Avoid this salon!!

I left here in tears- twice. If you want to be bullied, treated with open hostility when you say…read moreyou are not satisfied with the gel manicure that left you with a cut cuticle & uneven nail shapes- go here, by all means. When this $38 rush job gel manicure chipped after 5 days I was told that 1) it was because my nails are too short (??) 2) "This happens! If they re-did every manicure that chipped they would be out of Business!" The owner, Lin's strategy with a complaint is to immediately take it to the red zone, raising her voice and becoming indignant- basically, bullying. It also took what I intended to be a discreet & quiet exchange into an extremely public full-blown conflict. She repeatedly yelled - facing her captive clients- that I wanted ALL TEN FINGERS redone- which was completely untrue. She wanted to simply file my nails down, and the idea of re-doing my thumbnail, which chipped after 3 days made her very angry. She was successful in driving me away. And demonstrating to her clients just how unpleasant she would be if they had any problem with the service: which is top dollar. I pay *less* in NYC for an enduring, beautiful gel manicure. Which includes, in every salon, without fail, a neck and shoulder rub. Little cotton fingerless mitts to protect your hands from exposure to UV during the setting of the gel- this is bare minimum. Let's look at a gel manicure at Glamourous Nails: To remove polish, your hands are submerged in a (warmed) bowl of acetone. Is that even legal? My manicurist flew through the process like she was being timed, which makes me suspect the owners are even more unpleasant to their staff. I have worked for emotionally volatile bosses, who can be sweet one minute and nasty the next- it's abusive. The UV machine was propped up awkwardly on the handrest, pointing towards my face. I have never had someone draw blood when they cut my cuticles before. The acetone fumes when you walk in the door are intense - and it is actually harmful. I am sure there are laws in GA like the ones in NY about ventilation requirements, and I would lay green that they are out of policy. I tipped my manicurist well- they are usually underpaid. Glad I insisted on putting it in her hand- Linn wanted me to give it to her. Hostile, dishonest, cutting corners about protecting and caring for their clients, and their staff.

I just know that Lynn and her team have always provided me with excellent service (I'm a long time customer! I travel from Henry county to PTC to see her)! She knows her business and has been doing it for a long time. I recall when I initially came to the salon, I had no idea what I wanted done. She listened to me rant about what I needed (which probably didn't make sense lol), but eventually she offered a service, and I said okay, I'll try it!!!! I've been using their SNS service since!! It's my favourite!! My nails continue to stay healthy and strong!!! The salon provides more than just nail services, manicures, and pedicures! I enjoy having my brows waxed too!! One thing to remember, they go by appointment only! Frankly I love that I can schedule appointments in advance! They'll work with you even if it's last minute (as long as they have availability). It's always pleasant to see Lynn and they always welcome you !! I highly recommend Natural Nails Salon!

Whats more - no one can come even close to getting my nails right, and they don't even try. Folks, if you want someone who cares about her customers, go to Lynn. She has gone above and beyond for my family and me many times over. She's squeezed us in when we came back to Georgia for a weekend. When I was 9 months pregnant and miserable, she let my lie down on her massage table and crash while my mom got her nails done. The one time I remember not being satisfied with my nails (over tons and tons of visits), she made it right. She always asks about us, how we are doing, our family. She cares about her clients, and she does impeccable work. Skip the crowded, loud salon, and do yourself a favor by going to visit Lynn.
