This is always one of those things I love n hate in one breathe because someone is touching my feet, and I get embarrassed but this place is awesome. My nail tech Tina was amazing she took her time did the job correctly and didn't make me feel ashamed of my toes. The salon is clean and not cluttered and they practiced social distancing. Would recommend them highly for a good pedicure. Don't know if I want to share because I don't want to battle for an appointment but good business need all the love they can get. read more

I've been coming here for about 4 months. I had to get a new nail place and I was afraid of going to someone new because of cleanliness and also finding someone nice! (You have no idea how many people do a great job but have awful attitudes) I came in here and Annie did my nails. She did a great job and she is also very friendly. She is slowly getting to know how I like my nails (I'm pretty old school) AND how my family is, my kids, etc. They're probably not known for a lot of designs and all these crazy trends on nails but they do a great job. Also, they don't overbook people. People get turned away and told to come back all the time, whereas other places rush through you to get the next customer (that's so rude and annoying,right?) I came here with acrylics that had grown out for a month because I couldn't afford the two-week-fill I normally get, and I decided that I no longer wanted to visit my previous salon. One nail had fallen off and the rest were crooked (and had been placed that way), plus were loose on the sides and had lost most of the gel (that being my fault for waiting a month). The lady who took me in is Annie. I was actually almost thirty minutes early but she still took me with fifteen minutes to spare. She checked what length I wanted, what shape, and what color before she started. Pros: She was very thorough in removing the loose, chipped acrylic, checking that the length of each nail was even, that I was satisfied with the shape, and that I liked the color. She also thickened up the nails and made sure to grind down my natural nail tips that were growing in AND glued them down so the acrylics won't start peeling off. She didn't argue with me about length and shape like the last place I went to. She placed fingerless gloves on my hands during the painting so my hands wouldn't be excessively exposed to the LED light. The dryer they use is on a lower setting, so it does run a little longer than most but it doesn't burn your fingertips like the faster/hotter ones. Cons: It took over an hour - but with how much of a mess I brought to her, I had zero complaints about that. I would have loved to get a pedicure too but I didn't have any sandals to wear out and didn't want to have to come back since it was starting to get busy. I'll definitely have to try it out for next time! read more

They were super quick to respond to my messages, and I was easily able to book an appointment. They are located in the mall and it's actually easy to get to. The lady who did my pedicure was super nice and gave me lots of good tips about pedicures and how to have healthy nails, the massage was great and the colors are endless! As for my gel manicure it lasted two weeks!!!! Even when I went on vacation and was in the water constantly and doing lots of excursions, and then they lasted longer when I went back to work which I wear gloves and wash my hands multiple times a day. I usually go to Nails By Jimmy in Antioch and since it was a Saturday they close at 6 I got off work at 4:30 and had stuff to do in Concord. Once I got done with everything it was about 5:15 and I wasn't going to make it. I call T3 nails and ask for an appointment around 6:30 she says ok you're all booked! Perfect. I've been to this place previously for pedicures and they are amazing; home made scrub, amazing leg/foot massage...so perfect. Anyways I got there really early about 6:15 and they told me to sit down and bring me all their colors. Color is always the worst decision for me and they asked me twice if I had chosen and I said no and they said it's okay take your time we'll be with you soon. I didn't catch the girls name that did my gel manicure but she was amazing! She knew right away I previously had acrylics (which I ripped off) and she was informing me on the dangers of them and to really only get them if there was a important event and just giving me possible outcomes from having them too long which I really appreciated cause it shows she cares about the health of my nails. This was the best experience I've ever had at a nail salon! They put a smile on my face the second I walked in with a warm welcome! I sat down and within a matter of a couple minutes I had Annie ask me to come sit down! She did my full set and I must say she did amazing... she paid so much close attention to detail and every little aspect of my nails and made sure I like everything she did! This is the best full set I've ever received! Right as I was done with that I had Linda grab me for my deluxe pedicure and had a glass of champagne and a little snack waiting for me! My water was perfect the second I stuck my feet in! Not to hot and not cold by any means! She did an absolutely amazing job and made sure I was comfortable the whole time and that I didn't need anything else! This was my first time here and overall it was a good experience. A few reasons they get 4 stars and not 5. 1. No WiFi! That was brutal because there was no cell service in that area. 2. I can see through my gel polish on my nails. 3. Not relaxing due to the load advertisement next door at Macy's. Other than that, I was the only client so all 3 lady's worked on me. I wanted a last minute pedicure and found this establishment in the Antioch mall. The ladies were courteous. I had my pedicure done by Tammy. I was a little busy on the phone but when I was finished she asked me if I was relaxed. Which I was. She did an awesome job. She took her time; I didn't feel rushed. She went over the different pedicure options/ pricing. They are reasonable from $20-$45. While I was in the chair I noticed people walking by the store and they came in and introduced their family. Another woman came in for a touch up and the women knew their customers names. I think that's important as well as the price and service. You are not just a random paying customer they are trying to get in and out to make an extra buck. The store was getting ready to close and still they allowed me to rest without rushing me out. But when it came to my nails they didn't put the gel near the cuticle so I left looking like it had already been a week. We returned and I got a different person who didn't give much of a massage and did the same thing with my gel mani. Do not I repeat do not hesitate to go see Tammy and her girls. This girl is amazing! She removed my acrylic set that's about a year old. She explained in detail the damage of it to my nail and recommended to do gel only from now on. I originally thought of dip powder because I assumed it would make my nails harder coming from long acrylic use. She explained why not to do that and the amount of filing that goes in to it. I have been going to multiple salons trying to figure out which nail spot was the best for me. I have been here now twice and I have made it my go to spot to get my nails done. I did at first ask for a coffin shape but my nails were too thin. The nail tech did ask if she should go ahead and I said yes. Unfortunately I did get cut but I was so happy that the girls were very quick to get me antibiotics for the cut. They also made sure that I was satisfied with the end result. Times are great because they are open on the weekends including Sunday!!, but because of that, even if you are a regular you do run into long wait times with an appointment or not. I love that they use sea salt and essential oils to clean and massage your skin. Their waxing services are great with the thick hairs and hard to wax areas.
