I've been wanting to try this place out forever. Today I finally had time to stop by and check it out. There are SOOO many choices to choose from. The girl who took my order for a ballet chocolate milk with small pearls, didn't greet me or even act like she loved her job. There were others in their at tables hanging out in the A/C', it's been in the 100's lately. Wish I could sit and hang out too. While I waited I watch them make my drink. Then the girl who put my drink on the counter mumbled something... Uhhhh guess it's mine.. WOW, at least somewhat act like you like your job. What's up with people and no customer service?!?! I hope the owner reads these reviews. I loved my drink and would love to come back but I don't feel welcomed or want to come back to the people who don't want to be there. This place quickly went down hill. The last two times I came in I was overwhelmed with the bathroom smell and dirtiness. If they allow their customers to be surrounded by dirty counters floors and tables, I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like. I'll stop coming here just for that. The taste is GREAT! The SERVICE SUCKS!! I just left very unhappy. There was quite a bit of people in there but only a couple people waiting for drinks, the rest were all dining in. 1. First thing that upset me was that I found out they offer a punch card to earn free drinks & I was not offered one, I had to ask. I was there the last 2 days (1st day I bought 2) and nobody offered me a punch card either visit. I told the girl that took my order that it was the 4th drink I've purchased, how I was just in there the last 2 days. She said "oh, someone should have offered you a card." I said, unfortunately they didn't, this could have been my 4th punch. Can I still get punched for those?" She said no. I know she doesn't have to take my word for it, but really? Wow. 2. I watched 4 people come in behind me & get their drinks before me. Really??? Nothing more irritating than seeing people AFTER you get their order before you. Not just one, but FOUR orders. I thought maybe they forgot about mine. I went to tell them I had not yet received my order and before I could finish my sentence I was cut off with "ya she's making it now." 3. (Remind you) This was my 3rd day in a row going. And all 3 days my drink (the same drink) was a different price! The first day it was $4.25. The 2nd day is was $3.75 (on the receipt it said $3.25 and under it said .25 upgrade. Today it was $4.85!! I was even more pissed off after I had to wait so long for my drink & watch 4 other people who ordered after me get theirs first. I would love to find another milk tea/boba tea place in Modesto. When I visited T4 recently, the store had no A/C, no lights inside. It was a hot day and needless to say me and my friends left right away after getting our drinks because it was a sauna inside there. Oh and by the way, they charge you $0.25 for having no ice in your drink, just FYI. I guess it's their way of cutting cost on their customers, and certainly not a good look in my opinion. read more

I love this place their roasted oomph milk tea was delicious. I wished we had one in Fresno. I was overly thrilled with the popcorn chicken. It was on the salty side but it wasn't bad. While waiting for the popcorn chicken, I did notice the floor was quite dirty and sticky looking so I would suggest that the floors be monitored more.
