I didn't make any changes other than asking for light ice, and they didn't charge extra for that (which I appreciate since some places do). The drink came out pretty fast and tasted amazing. One small thing I do wish it had been stirred a bit more. My husband got the premium taro and his was the same way. Still, both drinks were delicious. Honestly, One Tea has always been my go-to boba shop in Modesto. The bobas are good, have the ability to customize to your liking (sweetness, ice) and they have a ton of flavor variety. I got the very jelly milk tea, and it was good. I personally like black tea and the type of jelly used (grassfed jelly, pearls, and I think coconut jelly?) were just as good. They did put a lot of jelly but I mean it's in the title, very jelly lol It's cute in the inside and they're fast on their drinks. I decided to get the taro Boba pearl that's on the menu and it said it was five dollars however on their register it's $5.50 and they charge me an extra $.75 for the Boba pearl and additional $.35 for using Apple Pay. There's plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot. I ordered the Mango Coconut Milk Tea with Peach Popping Boba, and it was very mango-y with a slight hint of coconut. I love both combos, so this drink was great for me. The cashier told me it was a really sweet drink and recommended 50% sweetness, and she was right, with 50% sweetness, it was the perfect amount of sweetness. Keep in mind they can always add more sweetness, but can't take out the sweetness. So start low and if you don't like it, they say they can always add more sweetness to adjust to your taste.
