We've been with this t4 many times and I think they made the drink ok, I actually will give them 4 star but today they made us so upset. They made our order came out wrong, lucky we still had receipt and the cashier was correct but the team made wrong order. We came back and tell them we got wrong what we order and one of the girls (without uniform), I think she is the owner's family or something. Anyway her face and she put the cup down really strong, her action looked like our fault but man she made the order wrong, she DID NOT say sorry to us. I gave them 2 star because the waitress was nice, she kept saying sorry but I know NOT het fault. No matter how good food or drink you make but you CAN NOT treat your customers like that. This along with iTea across the street are my two neighborhood boba spots. I tend to prefer iTea's drinks, but the line there can be crazy long and it's a tiny place so I'll come to T4 sometimes for happy hour (certain appetizers and boba on sale after 8pm) or if I want to sit and hang out. Wanted beef noodle soup and decided to give this place a try. The broth was actually pretty good and flavorful. I wish the meat was more tender and the noodles were more chewy, but it's a boba place so I was impressed regardless. A OG like me walks in with couple of buddies and teenie boppers suddenly goes speechless with rolling eyes. Don't worry kiddo my days of settling scores with people are done with. I'm here to enjoy myself with drinks and snacks. As for this T4, they'll put you on hold if you call in your order. Sometimes over ten minutes and no one will acknowledged or apologize for longer than usual wait time. However, you can hear them taking orders of those standing in line. Went into there today to get a grapefruit green tea. Asked for less ice and for aloe vera, but when it came out there was a lot of ice and the drink barely had any taste besides the aloe vera syrup. Also ordered a popcorn chicken, but it took a good 10-15 minutes even though there wasn't a line. Could've gotten better popcorn chicken from Quickly's which is around the corner. read more

I also got the Popcorn Chicken $7.75 which they offer sauces like ranch and sweet chili (there are more options but I forgot). It came out piping hot and the chicken was still tender and juicy, also had crispy basil on top. The girls working were so sweet too! You can either order directly from them or through their small kiosk iPad on their counter. There's plenty of seating but parking is always an issue. We had just come from playing at SubPar Mini Golf so we left our car over there and just walked a few minutes. ---- Overall: a classic boba institution that I'm so happy still operates, fresh food and drinks that tastes the same as I've had them years ago! My friend got the kiwi drink and she really liked it. Also got chicken fingers and they were surprisingly hearty and used good thick quality chicken. The staff are also very pleasant. Good place for a catch up with friends and a nice drink and snacks. The chicken sandwich looks tasty I'm gonna try that next time. Would recommend

Most of the ones in the South Bay have closed near me. The interior is fairly large with several four-person tables & one unisex restroom. The decor is clean with nothing hanging on the walls but the familiar color scheme of white and teal/aquamarine. The service was friendly and helpful from the 3 young women working the prep and cashier area. Earl Gray Milk Tea w/grass jelly. You could taste the tea flavor and the grass jelly was perfectly sweetened. Support your local business.
