Came here during open hours and it's closed tried to call there's a woman inside she looked outside and she hung up
    Michelle B.

Very unprofessional they are closed during open hours there a worker inside that completely ignored my call and ignored customers

Came in here at 9:30pm because boba bliss (our fave!) was closed. Kiosk was broken, the guy with blonde hair sees that we are trying to order our drinks and doesn't even bother to help us. We paid $27 for 3 small drinks - the boba was stale + hard & on top of that the service was horrible. Definitely day old boba. Never again.

Came here starving while taking a walk on the trail. Ordered the egg puff. The cashier wasn't working so I had to use the kiosk. The egg puff took 15 min and it was in a small bag. The egg puff was crispy, but bland. Not much egg flavor and not sweet at all! For almost an $8 dollar snack, I will definitely pass next time .

speechless... They cancel my doordash order.... This place has always been bad in terms of service...

Store hours still showing old closing time
    Taylor J.

Went here around 10:20 and the place was closed. On Apple Maps and the store door, they both say 11. Checked yelp hours and they say close at 10, so I understand but I think they should update the door hours as well, because we were standing there confused and the girl just ignored us for a bit, said closed and ignored us again. I get it, I worked customer service so I know how it feels when people try to come after closing, but we were just confused. Even a little note taped over the old time would work?

People here try their best. May not be the fanciest place but it's pretty decent. I've been coming here for years. Here's an updated menu for y'all.

Yummy and delicious tea shop with lots of choices and specials to choose from! Fantastic and attentive staff. Food: Fried squid {$6.50,5/5 stars} - haven't have food from T4 in awhile and decided to choose fried squid and was absolutely delicious. It had a crunchy, light breading ( got a little kick to it) and perfectly cooked squid on the inside. Highly recommend along side popcorn chicken! Would like to see a little more squid for the price although. Drinks: potted milk tea {$4.25,5/5 stars} - creamy blend of black tea with Oreo inside. Very delicious and rich. Service: Great attentive staff, with quick service and professionalism. Nice T4 location and would recommend if you are by the alcosta shopping center!

T4 has been a lifeline during this pandemic for quick and fast boba. I've been having very strong boba cravings lately and just need a simple (and safe) fix to satiate that craving every so often. I call in and order my milk tea with boba and it's ready within 5 minutes to be picked up. The staff are efficient and doing well to keep everything sanitized and distant. I feel very safe going in for 2 seconds and grabbing my boba and going! As for the quality, the boba is always a little watered down tasting, but it's not that big of a deal. I definitely cannot thank T4 enough for being there when I need them!!!

Interior is really really bad. They needed to update like 3 years ago. Yes it's been like this for a few years. It's not pleasant to go inside it actually makes me want to go to other boba places just because of the interior alone.

What type of milk is used in the milk tea?

A powder creamer. There is dairy in it so, if you are allergic to milk, ask for soy milk

    Do they cater at weddings?

Highly doubtful it but I'd call manager.

We tried their matcha roasted rice latte and Hojicha latte, both sweetened. The hojicha latte was AMAZING! 10/10, no notes. It reminded us of the hojicha we had in Japan. The matcha roasted rice was unfortunately way, way too sweet to tolerate and little matcha flavor and green color. I would be open to ordering this again with extra matcha and little to no sweetener. This would be a 5 star review if the ambiance was nicer and matcha wasn't so weak and sweet. I would definitely be interested in coming back and giving Kamurocho's matcha another try and exploring their other drinks.

It was the typical Dublin Summer temperature of 100+ degrees, so I got my favorite Q-Tea drink: matcha red bean slushie (50% sweetness). My son tried a new flavor, which he loved: passion fruit slushie (80% sweetness, I think?) with boba. The owner was, and has always been, so friendly and sweet. I always remember her! We love coming here. I've also thrown "boba parties" for my children's birthdays before, so Q-Tea was my go-to place, even when new boba stores opened up who fried their bobas, offered snazzy weird popping flavored bobas, etc. Q-Tea makes classic boba drinks, is always consistently good, and has great customer care because it is run by the owner who is a kind lady. Shop small! Thanks, Q-Tea, for making the Dublin community sweeter for so many years. :)
