    For a bit of nostalgia
    Vania C.

The Neopets collab drew me in, definitely been a few years since I've visited a Gong Cha. I vaguely remember liking the wintermelon tea from here, now I think there's added basil in it? I think that'd be something I'd try another time. As it was the game of my childhood, I really wanted a Neopet blind box with my weekly treat of a boba. I generally always go for fruit teas, but the tea smell in this shop smelled really strong; I always assume that's the strong smell of black tea...so I felt like a milk tea this time. I ordered the AISHA: Black Milk Tea w/ Pearls, 70% sweetness. Service here was quick and super friendly despite it looking like a one man operation at the time I was there. It seemed like he was the owner as we chatted about the Neopet collaboration and how it's a very nostalgic thing. He said it's all been adults coming in to grab a blind box, no kids yet then. I am not that surprised as I was there purely for the nostalgia too. The straws there are the paper ones, used 2 to try to stab the top open and that was a fail... ended up using a reusable straw I had stashed in my car. I'd suggest stabbing the straw in store first as the straw can crumble a bit after a few attempts of poking it through the top. For the drink itself, I loved that there was a strong tea taste - would get it a little less sweet next time as the boba added a lot of sweetness to me. Boba was a bit overcooked as there wasn't much of a bite to it, but good flavor soaked in it. Final Thoughts: Collabs definitely are the way to go as it peaked my interest of Gong Cha again, been a while since I've gone and I'll definitely be back again to give other drinks a try.

Awesome place for boba. Really clean interior with a very kind and friendly worker. I got the Tropical EnerTea, one of their new energy drink-like green teas. The popping boba was delicious, and the order of the EnerTea came with a free shaker for making your own drinks!

i've been going to this gong cha location for a while because i like how consistent the drinks are in quality and price. i always get an earl grey milk tea and it's always perfectly made. i actually come to study here a lot because it's not too noisy, it's pretty clean, and the workers are so nice. there aren't that many tables inside but i think it's a great place to chat or get some work done :))

This Gong Cha is the perfect place if you're looking for something quick and easy. In the heart of Downtown Dublin, it's conveniently located in the same plaza as Safeway and is close to many other stores (REI, Sprouts, Target, 99 Ranch, etc.). I wouldn't call anything extraordinary or standout, but I find the drinks at Gong Cha to be pretty reliable and consistent. My go-to used to be the Milk Foam Oolong until I ordered it one too many times. The Wintermelon Oolong with basil seeds has become my favorite as of late. I love that you can order ahead online or self-order from a kiosk. The service here is also very speedy and friendly.

Drive an hour to this location because I wanted to order the matcha drink I had in Japan and see if they had the Felix cup sleeve and pins. They did not have anything I went there for but I did order another matcha drink which was just as good as the one I wanted. We ordered from the kiosk and are drinks were completed really fast. This location is small but very clean and nice.

Located in the Safeway plaza next to yogurtland. There is more parking in the Safeway lot vs right in front of Gong Cha. You order at the kiosk and wait for drink to be made. This is a cashless establishment so they do not accept cash as a form of payment. There is seating inside for if you want to sit there and do some work or study. It can get loud though if they are busy making drinks.

Cute place! You can come in and use the kiosk to order your boba. They have the cutest little gingerbread cups! The person working was this very sweet gentleman and was super apologetic for how long the drinks I ordered took. I think it was like a 20 minute wait but I wasn't in a rush. There is a plethora of parking and accessible friendly! The drinks were really good and of course super cute! Definitely coming back

I came to this location a few times now. More recently, I came here a couple of weeks ago to try one of their pumpkin flavored seasonal drinks! I ordered the Pumpkin Pie Milk Tea with Pearls and Milk Foam. It was good! I didn't taste as much pumpkin flavor as I expected, but I still liked it. Delicious! I also ordered one of the Gong Cha pins they had! The Summer Pin (Beach Ball). Very cute! Also, that night, I was able to meet the owner. Nice guy! We were able to chat a little (as I was the last customer before they closed).

Gong Cha opened in this vacated space late last year. Interior totally refurbished. Small seating area. Offerings: milk foam/creative/milk teas, fresh milk/brewed tea, smoothies, specials, coffee, snacks.. Eats: mochi waffles (5.5) made to order -mochi nuggets no longer offered. -ate fresh from the machine. Slightly warm, had sweet taste from honey, not sugar. Yum. Addictive. -would re-order. Curious re: calories. Cashier/owner asked me about drink. Told him i'd had many varietals from Gong cha. Only milk foam satisfactory. He asked would i accept a free drink? Wanted me to comment on it. "Sure" i said. Drink: Hot earl grey milk tea with herbal jelly gratis. -told him it was fantastic. He said it's his favorite drink. Not on menu but available for me. Told him i'll be back to try other drinks he may recommend. 5 stars for excellent service. Thinking outside the box.

It was quiet when we walked in around 6:30pm. The interior was cozy and clean, with plenty of comfortable seating. A couple of toy display cases near the cash register were eye‑catching and gave the place a bit of character. Ordering was handled through a kiosk. George chose the House Special Fruit Tea, while I ordered the Brown Sugar Boba with Organic Milk. Our total was $16. A friendly attendant brought the drinks to our table when they were ready. My drink was very good -- the boba had just the right amount of chew, and the milk was smooth and high‑quality. George enjoyed his fruit tea as well, telling me it was really good. Overall, I liked my experience here. I will return when I'm in the area. 4 stars.

Came in and ordered a mango matcha with almond milk (extra $0.50) with less sweetness. There was lots of seating inside so I found a spot while I waited. My drink came out fairly quickly but it tasted very sour, to the point that I worried that the milk was spoiled. Especially as my drink started to separate (even after mixing). They were kind enough to remake it and we realized it was just the taste of the ready made mango syrup they used. My drink separated again which I hadn't seen before. Overall, I wouldn't be coming back.

We came during their holiday special time so we were treated with items that I believe aren't on the typical menu. This was our first time visiting which I've been asking my husband to do for awhile. We were seated next to the door which I wasn't too much of a fan of because when it opened I could feel the breeze come in. Luckily it only happened a few times in the beginning. The inside has so many cute items placed around from tea pots to cups to small trinkets you can purchase. We tried about four different teas during our visit, two hot and two cold. We had Pretty Pink Princess, crème brûlée, tropical and I think pear. I can't remember the last one exactly. I enjoyed the crème brûlée warm the best topped with a little sugar cube and a splash of cream. It's cute that each table gets different tea pots and cups. Even on our table both were different too. I enjoyed the lemon curd, strawberry preserves and whipped cream mixed together with my biscuit as the starter. The tower included from bottom to top Cucumber sandwich, egg sandwich and chicken sandwich Meatball with mash and a cranberry topping, shrimp and steak, onion cheese pastry Chocolate macaron, cherry cupcake, chocolate mousse, fruit tartlet and fresh fruit I may have mixed up a few items because there was so much to eat and I didn't have a menu to take a photo of. I enjoyed each layer of food offerings we had but my favorites were the simple cucumber sandwich and the chocolate mousse. When we first got the tower I thought to myself that it wasn't going to be enough food but let me tell you it was! Of course you're paying a lot for the experience but I didn't need to go eat after we left so overall it was a great experience so it was a nice surprise.
