Looove that we have this option for boba here now. This T4 is particularly big compared to others I've been to and we love being able to order a snack too with their variety of food offerings. This location just opened up and is brand new. Looks really clean and well set up inside. With the grand opening, the lines were very long and orders took a little longer which was expected. It seems with the heat waves, and the power outages around California caused the building to lose power during one of the grand opening days and it was hotter inside, which was understandable. The staff were very accommodating when I came back up to fix my order. Looks like lines had to be cut short as well due to the large lines that would cause the business to stay open well past the closing time. Definitely coming back here again, since I understand with the heat and the grand opening they would have small difficulties in the beginning, but coming back for a second try in the near future! read more

I'm a regular patron at their Tracy location, and their service and drinks/snacks have been top notch, so when I found out about their Lathrop location, I had to drop by for a visit. Just like the Tracy location, Lathrop has quality boba teas and snacks. The shop is clean, spacious, and very inviting and I really love their teal/blue/white color theme. Their owner Steven always tries to deliver high quality to their customers, which I greatly appreciate! I was looking for something refreshing to drink, as well as something different. I found it! Walking into T4 was like walking into a spa for food! It was clean, fresh, and bright. Smells of deliciousness wafting across your nose as soon as you walk in. All of this is very welcoming to the first time customer. T4 isn't just an amazing drink/smoothie, smorgasbord, they all so have fried snacks, soups, etc. they really are one stop shop for fresh and flavorful drinks and food! I had the Lemon Bomb Green Tea with Boba, Basil-Parmesan chicken wings, and the Lobster Rolls. All were exceptional! The Lemon Bomb was fresh and crisply flavored as I was hoping. I'm so happy T4 has arrived to Lathrop! I recently moved to Manteca. This establishment is beautiful! Inside the atmosphere feels healthy (air blowing), bright light, organized, clean, and decoration awesome from the front to restroom. All staff at this establishment are friendly greeting the second you step inside the shop! The two young staff that takes order are very nice and gentle manners! Thanks to food prep guy all the way in the back and the drink maker. Prep person for drinks and snacks in the time of manners. Snacks presentation look very tasting and drinks look so refreshing. My family and I have been frequent customers of the T4 in TRACY and were so excited to hear that there was one opening up by our house. We came day 1 and the line was out the door. The staff was very friendly and they were quick with preparing the orders. drinks were amazing. Lathrop FINALLY got a boba shop and it's amazing. I've been coming here since opening day and they've exceeded all of my expectations. I loveeee their wintermelon milk tea with boba. Just went 20 minutes before they supposedly close, was told at the door that they're already closed. That wasn't such an issue, my issue was with the fact that I walked to my car and an Asian couple was walking towards the location and they let them in. I got to my car and was sending a text when two Caucasian girls walked up and were also let in. The only thing I could think was because I'm Latina they didn't want to let me in?? I've tried them once. Just recently I bought the most tastefully bland chicken masala I've ever had. More rice and potatoes than any amount of chicken. Not worth it at half the price. I also bought the lobster balls. Pretty good for frozen, reheated, probably fake lobster. But I like fake deli crab salad too. Certainly I'm not suggesting you go there. The drinks are too expensive, the food is filled with cheap pre frozen ingredients. This place is for the truly unsophisticated diner with more money than good gourmet experience. Giving 2 stars because the food we ordered was pretty good. I've been so excited for this T4 to open in Lathrop since we lacked a boba spot here in town.. but unfortunately it just wasn't what I expected. I've been to so many boba spots, including multiple other T4 locations and I've never had an issue. I asked the girl working the register if she could mix 2 drinks for me (which I've done before) and she stated, "we can but I don't recommend it and we can't make you a new one if you don't like it." I said "okay, it's fine. I'll just order a Taro milk tea." She proceeding to say "you should try this drink with the foam cream on top it's very good and popular." I told her no thank you, I'll just take the taro milk tea. She continued to encourage me to order what she suggested. Like why are you trying to convince me to get something else when I already told you what I wanted? Finally, she said okay with attitude and sent in my order. When I received my drink, I was beyond disappointed. It tasted like straight whole milk with barely any taro flavor and there was a very small amount of boba in my drink. I understand that all boba places vary and make their drinks differently.. but how can you mess up a simple taro milk tea? I also had to order some drinks to go for my family and I ordered 1 passion fruit + lychee slush. The same girl gave me the same speech on how she doesn't recommend it and they won't make a new one if it's not good... and again, it's something I've ordered before. She was taking my order with attitude again which made it even more uncomfortable. However, we did order takoyaki and popcorn chicken which I would give a 7/10. The young guy there also gave us 2 of each sauces which was nice. I wish I could've said more great things about this location but overall I was just disappointed. The girl at the register was rude and that ruined the experience for me. Never had an issue with this order when I frequent other T4's in the bay and The Valley, so when I heard that Lathrop opened up, figured to treat myself. Now, I understand that some establishments vary depending on owner and availability of the menu, but I'd imagine that the drink production process is a fundamental component to be uniform across the company. Not sure where it got lost in translation when ordering, but when reducing ice, that doesn't mean to reduce the sweetness to 30% as well.
