This place has potential, but i definitely wasn't too pleased with the blaring music they were playing near the front door, as soon as i walked in. It was so loud i couldn't even order properly. The day I went was supposed to be a "$2 for all drinks" special. They said only for small, so I ordered the small and the total came out to over $4 for a drink. I asked why because it was supposed to be $2, and the lady looked like she said sorry and smiled... Couldn't even understand anything over the blaring music. My boyfriend and I stopped for some gas one night and were craving boba so I searched for a place close to the exit and that was still open at the time. I normally don't get milk teas but I decided to try their pearl milk tea at the standard sweetness and thought it tasted really good. I would come back again for it. My boyfriend got a mango smoothie, but it was more like a slush because it wasn't creamy at all and was very icy. Hands down the greatest boba place in the valley . I've tried the t4 locations in Stockton and Modesto but nothing really compares to this one . The owners are awesome ! This new T4 is super cute and clean I love it! But there are some things that need to be fixed a bit. First off, I've been here twice and both times I have been here they've ran out of the boba pearls...I had to wait 10min for it to be made and ready. Also they actually forgot one of my orders. Like no one knew where it was or who made it or not. Second the basil popcorn chicken doesn't taste as good as the T4 in Stockton. The chicken bites are quite large (so I hope they make them smaller) and the flavor itself isn't as savory nor do you taste much of the trademark basil in it. I know they're still a new branch but I hope these things are addressed so I'll be more willing to come here instead of Stockton's T4 branch. read more

The workers here are super nice so the four stars are for them! However, I ordered a passion fruit tea at 50% sweetness but it was WAAAYY too sweet still. It tasted like it was at 100% sweetness. So I highly recommend ordering the sweetness level at 20% if that's possible lol. One of the worker's did try to help us choose a low sweet level but I guess it didn't work out. I'll come back and try the potted milk tea though since I haven't tried that yet! read more

i usually order the passion fruit royal tea and its pretty good, they charge $.50 cents for pearls which is odd to me cus every boba place i go to doesnt charge, but i guess here they do .. anyway, i have ordered popcorn chicken several times and they are not that great at all .. so i only come here for drinks, my boyfriend likes caramel slush or similar to hazelnut (common drinks), but they cant make it so he gets the strawberry slush .. read more

This place is great, the milk tea flavor are great. If you are going in for the first time try the Classic Rose Milk Tea or the Green Tea w/ Mango Ice Cream. They have some card games and Jenna sets there if you get bored and their popcorn chicken tastes great. Happy this is downtown as well. I like that they offer different levels of sweetness. Often times I find boba teas too sweet. Tastes great! Haven't tried any food.

The drinks here are great and you should try the egg rolls! I came back a few times with some friends and we couldn't stop eating the egg rolls. Very addicting! I am basically a regular, who is ranked 2nd for checking in to this boba place. I would usually rate this business a solid 4 in comparsion to the other few milk tea places in Tracy, CA. However, today was just not my day. I ordered their special today drink: vietnamese coffee. First off, i couldn't change the amount of ice in it, would make sense to how its culturally like that. Although, when i recieved it, there were many white spots. Indicating that the drink was mostly powder and that they didn't shake it well enough for me to not complain. Also, they have new workers who have almost no idea what to nor how to read the label. I recieved another drink that I paid for as a large, but got as a regular. My jasmine milk tea. Which is reasonable, since yeah, its a new person. Although, the way they remade my drink, made me trust this establishment less. They opened up the previous drink and rushed to shake up enough amount to add. I watched them do it too. It made me not want to drink it anymore, because they started spilling it and had their washed hands water fall into it. So, idk what to do with the drink, but I guess its just one mistake. Though, we will see. Other drinks that I got: Passionfruit Slush, replaced the aloe with boba, 50% sugar. Naturally too sweet, but can adjust it and could replace whatever topping its suppose to come with. Coffee and boba milk tea, basically milk tea with these 2 toppings. Pretty darn good to me. Apparently someone at T4 complained about my review about the Parking signs and had my review taken down. So now I will review my one experience in the store. Went soft opening weekend. To be fair it was soft opening but it was too loud, the menu was confusing to a first timer and I was unable to understand the cashier because of the loud music echoing off the walls. But they smiled and at least tried. The tea I ordered was ok, nothing I couldn't do my self with a tea bag at home. My daughter liked the food ( popcorn chicken which was mostly batter),but I wouldn't taken her back because the music was not kid friendly (lyrics vulgar). It's all a little too flashy and gimmicky for me with the little balls of whatever and shrink wrapped packaging. The music, presentation, etc is all targeting teenagers so I get my kids and I aren't really the target audience so I haven't been back. We'll see how long this review stands, before they whine to Yelp again. read more

Awesome boba shop but recently they boosted their prices a bit too high and they literally charge you for every single piece. They charge you for boba, the cup, the blending,the sugar, the straw etc. And when they mess up your drink and you kindly ask them to remake it they come up with the stupidest excuse that they can't do anything about it or you either have to pay extra.. This tea shop used to be my favorite spot to come to and get my honey peach smoothie. The only problem I have is that they raised their prices and it's too expensive to go to now. When t4 first opened the early grey used to only be 1.95 and the honey peach smoothie was 2.00 and now they are both 3.00,and they are expensive for these types of drinks. I used to go to quickly's because the prices were cheap and once they got expensive I decided to try out t4 because the prices weren't expensive but now I find myself going to quickly's again because the prices are much cheaper than t4. Also, the last couple of times that I have gone the music is extremely loud and its hard to talk to others or hear when my order is ready.
