I love how convenient it is to process my own shipping labels directly at the self service kiosk. No lines! No wait! No fuss! It is a small store but very organized. It is also right next to a 168 supermarket so that's a plus for me to be able to hop right next door to do my grocery shopping. The staff there are very nice and helpful! They tend to open earlier than other UPS location so that deserves a huge star on its own. They sell packing supplies and have mailbox service for very reasonable prices. Love this location!

Biggest mistake trusting this location with my package they scanned my package in and it never left their store according to UPS! Of course the store blames UPS even though they never got it! I can't even replace the item for my client cuz it was specially made for them the store didn't even offer an apology! The young, tall, and handsome man helped me. He began by scanning the QR code on my phone and took the Internet equipment. At the end of the transaction, he printed two sheets of paper and handed them to me, with one great advice, "Please keep them for your records in case they (Frontier Internet) claim you never sent the equipment back." I was like really?? The receipts contain the shipping information and tracking number. This was on March 18th. Luckily I did keep the receipts in a safe place, because on May 4th Frontier billed me $110.50 for the unreturned Internet equipment. I contacted them via online chat to dispute the bill. Frontier representative asked me for the shipping date and tracking number, which I quickly gave to her. After 10-15 minutes, she finally said that the charges will be reversed. Thanks to this young man at the UPS Store for making this transaction headache-free!! Even though he wasn't very talkative, he did show me that he does care about the customers. In the future when I ever need the UPS service again, I will definitely return to this location.

The notary was very helpful and responsive to our calls and texted us when she was ready and in the office. She carefully read over all the documents, gave us instructions on what to do then and afterwards. We were in and out in under less than 10 minutes.
