In Summation: Tabla is Perfection in every way! The ambiance, design and decor are curated with precision and excellence. Every inch of Tabla, from the lighting, to the very dinner ware that each dish is delivered on, seems to be distinctly crafted to elevate the dining experience. The staff are inviting and warm - attention to detail and superior service surround you from entry to exit. The food is top notch and next level. Tabla has done something quite amazing with the Indian Asian Fusion - this works, and it works very well. The combination of spices and fresh ingredients are an elevated craft and in most cases present as culinary works of art. Treat yourself to one of their mocktails - I suggest the Disco Melon - it is supremely refreshing, light and mouth watering! We were recommended to try the Manchurian w/ cauliflower and this would make anyone like cauliflower, even those would never consider it - this has their signature Manchurian sauce (so very tasty)! I do not normally order soup, however, my wife got the Lemon Coriander soup and it was a masterpiece of dimensional flavor. My wife's main entree was the Sweet & Sour Chicken and it serves to be the best she's ever had. I of course had to go with the Butter Chicken, Medium spice level and enjoyed it with the Garlic Naan - definitely the best I've ever had. We topped this off with a nod to the sweet tooth by having the Cassata Ice Cream - it was quite evident this was freshly made in-house. The quality and complexity of the flavor profiles in every dish was absolutely superb! Tabla Clermont, you've outdone yourself! We devoured an epic spread - Chicken Korma, Chicken Tandoori (magically moist and tender!), Chicken Tikki Masala, Aloo Gobi, crispy Samosas, fluffy roti, naan bread, and . An added surprise and treat were the specialty mocktails: the Watermelon "Disco Melon" and handmade Mango Lassi Iced Tea (a special request that was randomly above and beyond). As a longtime fan of the original Tabla in Orlando since their first day of operation, I was uncertain if this new location could rise to the same exacting standards, but Tabla Clermont has most certainly shattered all of my expectations, and set a new bar; not just for the Tabla brand, but for Indian cuisine in general. Impeccable service, stunning atmosphere, and food that's simply sublime. Each dish is a masterclass in balance and spice. Having dined in some of the world's most iconic Indian restaurants from Mumbai, to Delhi, to London, To NYC to San Francisco and pretty much everywhere in between, I can confidently say Tabla Clermont ranks among the best globally and that we are beyond fortunate to have them as a welcomed addition here in Clermont. read more

Went in for Mother's Day and was quite honestly blown away. I make Tikka Masala and Butter Chicken at home, but not as tender and amazing as theirs. The offerings on the lunch buffet were varied and enough of a spread to be worth trying new things to me. It was all amazing, including the tea and small appetizers and deserts as well. Staff were courteous and the place looked amazing, it reminded me of times trying new ethnic foods at fancy little places in London or NYC. What a pleasant surprise. We've been looking for good Indian food since moving to central Florida, 3 years ago. We were in Clermont for the day and saw this new restaurant. They offer a fantastic lunch buffet until 3pm, for $17.99/person. Then they close and reopen for dinner at 5pm. The buffet was delicious - several options. The sauces were tasty and authentic. They bring hot naan to the table. The butter/garlic naan was the best I've ever had - we were fighting each other for the final pieces LOL. The regular naan was great too, but make sure you get to try some of the buttered one. Several items on the buffet - salad, sauces, samosas, rice, butter chicken, chili garlic chicken, vegetarian options, paneer, etc. We tried a little bit of everything. They also had fresh fruit and a dessert option. I understand that they change up the offerings regularly. I particularly liked the butter chicken, samosas and the vegetable curry. The staff was friendly and efficient and the seating comfortable. I really liked the decor and even though there were several tables eating, it wasn't too loud. The restaurant is also larger than it appears, there is additional seating to the back also. Next time we're back in Clermont, we will definitely stop here again. Ok this place is very intimate and small. But very fancy felling to it. We opted to try their lunch buffet option. Although we could still order off their menu. Which I did when I left. Our waitress was so very friendly and welcoming to their location. She answered all of my questions. My group and I enjoyed the food and ambiance. I would recommend to try it out. I wouldn't do the buffet again only because the menu options for me were better. The food can be spicy for some but for us we enjoyed it very much. My husband and I tried Tabla for the first time after great reviews from family that live in the area. Our party of 4 started with cocktails and appetizers. Everything we ordered was great but the cream cheese naan was exceptional. Our main dishes arrived with 3 dishes being very good but the spice level in one of our dishes was not correct. It had been ordered very spicy but instead was very bland. We notified the staff but instead of offering to remake the dish they instead brought out "hot sauce" that failed to enhance the dish properly. Additional one of our dishes, butter chicken, was lacking in meat compared to previous servings others in our party had received on their previous visits. Tabla was just ok. Our first visit left us less than impressed. read more

Stopped by for the buffet yesterday. Servers were nice and restaurant was clean but I was disappointed with the buffet selection. The garlic naan was good but there was really only 1 curry (Chicken Tikka Masala) and there was 1 spicy paneer dish and a lentil dish but there wasn't a korma or butter chicken and also no tandoori. The salad was only carrots and cucumber, though they did have a fruit salad with honeydew and cantaloupe. They had chicken teriyaki and kung pao chicken which seemed out of place on an Indian buffet and were just okay it would have been nice if they replaced those 2 chicken dishes with 2 chicken Indian curry dishes. Indian lunch buffets typically have 3-6 curry options which are always nice to be able to try different dishes I wouldn't normally order off a regular menu. There was basmati rice, a vegetarian dish with potatoes and cauliflower, a noodle dish I haven't tried before but no biryani. For dessert there was mango lassi and chocolate mousse but there were only 4 mango lassis left and easily 12 people left at the restaurant eating lunch. Seems like it's a newer place so hopefully they'll add on more choices in the future and better stock the options they do offer. read more

Tender, juicy, packed with flavor, and nothing like the dry, bland versions you find elsewhere. Rice: Light, aromatic, beautifully seasoned, and far more than just a side. Garlic Naan: Hot, soft, buttery, and perfectly crispy in all the right places. Vegetable Samosas: Fresh, flaky, crunchy, and bursting with flavor. Desserts: I'm not exactly sure what each one was, except for the Mango Mousse, but WOW. Perfect sweetness, perfect texture, stunning presentation, and your palate will absolutely want more. Overall, 10 STARS and honestly that still doesn't feel like enough. We went during the Saturday buffet from 11am to 3pm, and here's the best part: the buffet is offered all week long, so it's perfect for a quick and delicious lunch any day. Excited for a new Indian place in the area to get my paneer tikka fix. This review is for their soft opening, when take out only was available. We ordered chicken tikka, paneer tikka, garlic naan, and mango tiramisu, and I was quoted for pick up in 30 mins. We rolled up about 30 mins later, and the team greeted us outside and showed us in to get the order. Overall, this was great meal for a soft opening. The tikka was still hot, and it was delicious. My feedback, however, is that I thought the medium spicy would have had more kick, as there was barely any. I'll have to go up a few notches next time. I also was thinking the naan could have had more garlic. I'll definitely return here in the future for dine in. read more

An incredible first experience with Indian cuisine! This was my very first time trying Indian food and Tabla set the bar so high. Everything from the ambiance to the hospitality to the food itself was flawless. The interior is so modern and luxurious that I told the owner I felt underdressed and I cannot wait to come back dressed to the nines for my next visit. We ordered the Drums of Heaven chicken wings, Butter Chicken, Mulligatawny soup, and Garlic Naan... and I'm still thinking about every single bite. The flavors were layered, comforting, and absolutely delicious. My lychee martini was the perfect finishing touch. What really made the night special was the owner coming to our table to personally thank us for stopping by. The entire experience was Magnificent! The service was attentive and affable from the start. They kept our Birthday cake hidden in their fridge til the end of our fantastic meals!! Went with butter chicken, garlic naan and the fried rice. All was amazing. Med spice on the butter chicken was on the lighter side of heat but perfect for my taste. It was just my son and I on Thanksgiving Day. Neither of us is crazy for turkey, but we both love Indian food. So, we decided to celebrate our Thanksgiving at Tabla's lunch buffet. It was particularly tasty. Everything was fresh, hot and seasoned just the way we like it. The staff there was incredible. If you have not tried Tabla in Clermont, you do not know what you are missing. Their food was exceptional. We tried thier lunch time buffet (I know, buffet yuck) no not this one. Fresh food put out in small batches so always fresh. Priced right at $ 14-15 on weekdays and $17-18 on weekends. Full bar as well. You owe it to yourself to try this. Full menu as well for those that cannot get by the buffet thing. I really enjoyed it. Let me try all their different dishes rather than basing my review on one dish. I did not get to try any of the Asian fusion dishes but if they are anything like the Indian cuisine, they will be great. read more
