Always wanted to try pizza at industry city and we passed by here a few times. We finally decided to try them out and walked in without any expectations. No pizza menu is seen but drinks (alcoholic) menu was displayed. Limited pizza seen on display. They even had a cooler of individually packed slices for purchase. We asked pricing and was told $4 for slice and $5 for topping slice. Rolled with it as we wanted to try. They look like grandma style slices (super thin crust). Ordered pepperoni (1 left and most of the pepperoni fell off on the pan and fell off in the oven during reheating), a mushroom slice and a pepperoni roll. Also, are we only allowed to order pizza that is seen in the display so they just pop those slices in oven to reheat? What if they ran out or customers want something else that isn't seen? We just pointed to what we wanted but it would be lovely to know all offerings. I would have enjoyed a classic grandma pie slice or a regular cheese slice. Not everyone likes mushroom. And that was the last pepperoni slice available. We did see them making more later after we got our food. Walked to the other side where seating was available. Messy counter (a family had just left) so we wiped up what we could and sat waiting for our slices. They pizza was located right next to a door (breeze must be nice for them working hot kitchen when doors open) but we were cold and prayed our food won't cool down to fast. Food arrived and was tasty... we had noticed the pepperoni slice had lost more pepperoni . Hubby enjoyed the pepperoni roll more and said it tasted like a sausage lol. Suggestion: pizza menu display somewhere or have paper menu available. We had also tried looking for a paper menu. While pizza was tasty, it wasn't anything amazing that we'll come back for. Known as "The Home Of The Coal Oven Slice".' I have passed Table 87 in numerous places such as Gowanus and Brooklyn Heights. I even stared at the frozen pizza in my supermarket ( Fun fact: Cucco appeared on Shark Tank introducing the frozen pies) but never bought. I was attending an event in Industry City and was famished. I decided to taste some pizza. It was great to find out that they do sell slices, pies and have a Happy Hour. The options were slim: mushroom and pepperoni ( didn't realize they closed at 6pm, I got there before 6.)I selected the mushroom. I found the communal dining tables that IC Food Hall has and dined. The mushroom slice was very good: a lot of mushrooms, cheese was yummy and the best part; the charred crust! The crust was perfectly charred slightly burnt. All in all a delicious quick meal. I agree with some reviews on the pricing and the temperature of the pizza. I paid $6 for a slice of burrata cheese and I know it was because of the burrata cheese. I must admit the size of the slice is bigger than standard size but c'mon I did not think it would cost me $6! They also did not list the prices of each slice anywhere. I just saw the beer list and that is all! Well I did come in here because I was hungry and what easy way to get rid of your hunger other than pizza?!? We didn't try the pizza, but their happy hour from 4pm to close on weekdays is an amazing deal! We even ordered 5 minutes early and the worker was so kind to charge us when it turned 4pm as we sipped on the beer. For happy hour, it's only $5 while regular pricing is $9. However, it was a floppy pizza so a bit challenging to eat. Very cheesy (a plus!) and greasy, not too much sauce and a good amount of pepperonis. Wished the dough would have been crispy and the pizza just a bit hotter (one had just come out of the coal oven and the other was warmed up but even still...). I visited this restaurant with my family and we had a horrible experience. My daughter ordered a Caesar salad and the leaves in the salad were spoiled. There was even mold in some of the leaves. On top of the dad, the restaurant did not have any forks available, so we had to walk inside of another place to grab a fork. The salad tasted so bad, that my daughter was no even able to finish eating it. It had a terrible and chewy texture. The leaves were rotten and some of them had a brownish color. The chicken also tasted weird and the croutons included were sludgy and watery. Because of a label on the container that had a date, I was able to figure out that the salad had been sitting inside the restaurant's refrigerator for an entire week. To make matters worse, the server had a very nasty and confrontational attitude and refused to give us a fresh salad as a replacement. He also did not want to reimburse us for the money spent on the salad. According to him, there was nothing wrong with it. I asked him if I can speak with his supervisor, but he ignored me. My daughter and I tried some of the salad, but after eating it, about an hour later, we started to have nausea and feeling like throwing up. We even had to go to bathroom because of diarrhea. Because of this, I am only giving this review only one star review. If you go to this restaurant, avoid the salads at all cost. The server's attitude was also uncalled for. The 2 guys making the pizza greated the customers with a cheerful hello and appeared to be happy. I got the burrata slice, even though the counter - cashier guy put it in the oven to heat up it was mildly warm when he pulled it out. The dough was not crispy but floppy. If I closed my eyes and took a bite I would not be able to tell if it had any tomato sauce on it, that's how little flavor it had. The only saving grace was the burrata and the one piece of basil. My friend and I have passed by this place all the time whenever we explored Industry City. Finally today I decided to give it a try. We ordered the wild mushroom & truffle oil 12". It took about 10 minutes til it was ready. Immediately after opening the box, it looked unappetizing after not a hint of truffle oil either in sight or smell. After trying a bite, there was literally no taste of truffle oil. The only good thing about the pizza was that they used fresh mushrooms and the crust and dough were cooked almost perfectly and had a thin crispy crust. I get that pizza can vary heavily, the location, the day, the hour- but on this day, everything lined up perfectly. The slice I had had meatball, sausage, and pepperoni. As soon as I see a place serving "cup" pepperoni, it's likely gonna be a win for me. But this was DELICIOUS. Best slice I've had since coming back late 2021. The pizza, it is SAUCY. I can't stand getting a slide that dries out toward the crust, not in this case, the experience was bursting with sauce and toppings all the way through. The price is admittedly on the high end, but IMO well worth it, some things are just worth paying for. Table 87 is good pizza. Somewhat thin crust with what I think are San Marzano tomatoes covered with fresh mozzarella all which make for a slice that's pretty good! They claim to be coal fire which usually adds a flavor to the pizza not obtainable in a conventional oven. Nearly $4 a slice! This is not cheap pizza. Came here today for the pumpkin patch with my neice and some of our friends ordered a pie and we opted to sit outside and enjoy the view. The pie itself is on the thin crust side and it was fresh and hot to taste. I really liked the tomato sauce they use and the crust was crunchy and I also liked that there wasn't too much cheese everywhere. The ingredients tasted fresh and my 1 year old neice liked it so much she might have ate more than me. I went to that Pastrytown event this weekend and man oh man was food so necessary after like 2 hours of drinking heavy beers. Insert there's a huge cafeteria food hall right below where I was at for the event with tons of options. Even including like a Japanese world place. I digress. My friend wanted sandwiches and I went for pizza. Got a plain Margherita slice, fresh mozz and basil. It tasted good and everything was pretty a-okay, above average but the $4 a slice thing is what kicks you in the butt. I had only known about Table 87 from their (surprisingly delicious) frozen pizzas, so I was a little surprised to realize they had a stall at Industry City (and that they're a small Brooklyn chain, who knew). As a born and raised New Yorker, I am pretty snooty about praising pizza and while I wouldn't call Table 87 a "true" New York slice (they're more like a "New New York Slice"), I will readily admit their high quality ingredients and super thin crispy crust is definitely the best around, especially in this neck of the woods. I love the margherita style thick chunks of mozzarella, the fresh basil and their small but succulent pepperoni. You can order a personal pie, a large pie or just a slice - all of which are made to order (well, the slices are pre-made but they don't sit around too long here). I haven't ventured too much further into the menu here, largely because this is one of the more expensive pizzas around. On one hand, this is the cheapest meal in Industry City, at $4 a slice. On the OTHER hand.... $4 a slice!?!? That's like 70% higher than what it should be and that don't even get you a pepperoni.... Buuuuut I understand this is a bit fancier than your normal joint, so be it. They are large slices, at least. Again, I appreciate this is the 'best deal' in this overpriced mediocre hellhole so thank you Table 87 for remaining both above average and reasonable. I know we all got bills to pay. read more

This place has solid pizza. One of the better offerings in the IC Food Court. Great calzones as well. I got the meatball calzone and It was huge and delicious. Enough for two to share and be happy.
