El Bacho Nacho with chorizo and chicken

Excellent authentic food! We had the nachos with chorizo and chicken and a Cuban sandwich. Both were huge portions. Gave nice reusable to go bags with the meal. Lots of sauces to choose from by the carry out area. Price range for single tacos 3-5 bucks but they were stuffed with meat. Excellent. Too bad the other taco place was "closed" today with a sign on the door - it made this place make hand over foot in sales today and their food was much better.

I was craving tacos because the week prior, I was having some of the best tacos in Las Vegas. To fix that, I stopped by Taco Bamba for some taco cravings. I decided to be adventurous and get a sampler of some of the tacos that interested me. I got the following: Al Pastor, Birria, Pollo Al Carbon, Carne Picada, and Carne Asada paired with a nice cold Corona beer. Honestly they were all good but my favorite would have to be the Carne Asada and the Al Pastor. There's nothing like simplicity with these two tacos. It wasn't too busy so I had enough time to sit down and enjoy my tacos. If it was a Friday night? Maybe it'd been a different experience. Luckily that wasn't the case. Since this location is close to where I work, I might have to come back for more. I like the other taco options they have and it brings more things to try out like their specialty tacos! If you are into tacos, check this place out.

This place is super affordable, and you still get speedy service and the best tacos in the area. Great for a casual bite and a few drinks at the bar.

We fell in love with this place the second to last time we went back to VA for a visit. They have a different menu at each location. We went to the Fairfax location this time. Lots of new taco flavors to try. It was super busy, as usual. We sat outside in the patio area. Good came out quickly, considering.

Has a co-worker talked about this place as if she was the brand ambassador herself lol, so I had to try it out and I'm soooo glad I did! I can't even fully describe how the ingredients in the El Beico were having a full blow party in my mouth!!! Just INSANELY delicious! Guac ChipsFresh ingredients ,portions pretty decent, price tab bit on the high side, but definitely worth the treat!

I ordered shrimp nachos through DoorDash from here, and wow, were they delicious. I was staying in the area for the night I wanted something to nosh on before I went to a concert. They were really the best nachos I've had in awhile and I was happy that they didn't arrive soggy. They were perfect. I took off a star because they arrived COLD so I had to pop them in the microwave, and the serving was very small. I could've eaten 2 orders.

We were opting for something quick for our first night's dinner in Fairfax and found this Taco Bamba location nearby. We opted for four tacos: Carne Asada, Tinga, Pescado & Chorizo. I found their Chorizo to be way too dry, and I had to seriously douse it with salsa to add some moisture to the taco. As for the Pescado, I found a hair on the side of my tortilla, which completely killed my appetite. There is limited indoor dining tables available, as well as some heated outdoor seating as well. Situated in a private strip mall, there is plenty of free parking available in the private lot.

Absolutely delicious tacos that hit the spot! I just wish the beer selection were a bit more extensive to complement them. The highlight of my visit was the friendly service from Katerine!

5/5. Was in the area, and decided to stop by hear for some tacos, and Taco Bamba is always a good choice. The Food: Went with my favorite taco, the Lengua Taco. The meat was quality and cooked perfectly. Paired with a nice double tortilla and some onions/cilantro. Can't get any better. The Service: Service was good. Ordering was fast, and orders went out within a timely manner as well. The Atmosphere: Small place, with little seating. But it is setup like almost any other Taco Bamba. Nice decor and huge menu on the wall for you to browse when waiting to order Overall, a 5/5 Solid taco place. getting kind of pricey, but the food is delicious as always.

I ordered from this taco place on DoorDash because I didn't want to go out late at night. I got two carne asada tacos and one birria taco. The carne asada tacos were amazing, but I wasn't a big fan of the birria taco. I'd love to come in person next time, to see what the true environment looks like.

My favorites were definitely the birria tacos and the sope. Price: 3 birria tacos for $12 -- pretty fair pricing for the portion and quality. We drove out of our way to try this place and honestly it was a bit confusing to figure out where to order. There are two lines and it's not very clear which one we are supposed to get in for what. Especially because some of the items are duplicate on both menus. I noticed there was barely anyone in the "restaurant" line. Anyway, we sort of got a little bit of everything and wasn't completely brown away. I liked that they let you add your own toppings, and all of the sauces that have available were great. But the taco meats all sort of lacked a bit of flavor. Carnitas are my favorite but these were a bit inconsistent. Some pieces were very nice and juicy where others were hard to chew. I will say the place is very clean and spacious. They're pretty quick with your order as well. The food was lacking flavor for me personally. Overall, I don't think I would go back.

I came here during a visit to Fairfax and decided to see what was happening in here while visiting nearby Barnes & Noble. Nice clean spot with a bar and monitors. I came on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't crowded. I ordered the spicy mushroom, taco Bamba (skirt steak), and chicken (Peruvian). My biggest mistake was eating the spicy mushroom first. It was so hot, I could barely eat the other two. For my taste, I didn't enjoy any of the three. They just don't taste like Mexican tacos, and I guess that's the whole point. I guess I should be impressed by the variety of ingredients, but a good taco is a good taco. Sometimes a simple hamburger just beats a steak. Other diners looked happy and content, so I'm sure this place has their following. This is a strip mall with solid parking, retail stores, and other places to eat. I wouldn't call this a destination spot, with exception for the book store, Nordstrom Rack, Old Navy, and Capital Grille. The main section of the parking lot was quite full and all the stores along the mall appear to track solid business. I was hoping to sit down and eat at the bar, but it was empty with no good games on TV when I visited, so I ordered takeout, which took about 12 minutes to prepare. I wish this place the best.

They have indoor and some outdoor seating. Service was friendly and fast- probably the best part of the visit. I ordered a tortilla soup and the small steak quesadilla. I did like you could order some "smaller" options. I originally wanted blackened fish tacos but got notice on their website that they were only doing blackened salmon which wasn't what I was craving. You get a number and your food is run out to you. The food came out pretty quickly while I was sitting outside. The small quesadilla came out first- it was a nice size, especially if you were getting other items. The steak had initially decent flavor - it almost reminded me more of barbacoa then steak. However as I had a few more bites, the steak was very greasy and the 2 cheese blend they used was a bit overwelming and fatty. I could only eat 2/4 without feeling a bit sick from the fat content. Also, I was surprised the quesadilla was served with no dips- no pico, no sour cream, no salsa for 9.75$ - feels a bit of a rip off. Now the real star of the unfortunate show- the tortilla soup. It was probably the worst tortilla soup I had. It was very brothy but without flavors- veggies were raw or undercooked and there were barely any tortilla pieces. They added a lot of chicken but the chicken was bizarre- most chicken tortilla soups have finely cut chicken or shredded chicken. It looked like they put in a whole scoop of taco chicken meat- the pieces were chunky, fatty, and barely fit on the spoon. Overall it was off putting, nothing melded together and with almost no flavor, I was left really disappointed. Did I get all the wrong things? Maybe. I may try it again one day but it was truly a huge let down.
