So the water station is set up in the back, you get your own water, but they were out of cups. They had a really cool aesthetic to it, with like the garage door where you can see all the downtown. Nobody ever closed the door, but I ordered the Asada fries. 3/5 heavy on the seasoning, but not so much on the flavor, it came across. It's kind of salty. I thought it would be different than what it was. The portion size was fine, and the green sauce that they offer you on the side really makes it better. Also ordered the CHORI queso dip lied on the chorizo for the portion size. The flavor was also a three out of five. The chip that they give you with it has a nice, good texture and reasonable seasoning. My wife had the mushroom Tinga tacos. She gave him four out of five. She really enjoyed them. The atmosphere is cool. The weights staff are really cool. I'd consider coming back on a Thursday. This vibrant Latin restaurant has a cozy, intimate vibe that makes it perfect for date night or a fun evening out with friends. We started with their handcrafted cocktails -- beautifully presented and incredibly flavorful. For appetizers, we ordered the shrimp and potatoes and some fresh guacamole. Both were delicious, but the shrimp dish really stood out! For the main course, we had the Burrito Ahogado and the Latin pasta -- the pasta, in particular, was packed with bold, rich flavors and definitely a standout dish. Dessert was a fun surprise: they have the cutest little churro cart serving mini churros that were warm, crispy, and just the right amount of sweet. They're also involved in the community, sponsoring restaurant give-back nights for our kids' school which endears this spot to me even more. The only misses have come on particularly busy nights or Doordash orders and the issue is the same -- crumpled up tacos washed out in grease. I think a different packaging might help, as well as double tortillas for the tacos. I'll just stick with a burrito and chips when doing delivery as that is a safer bet.
