Food was good but items were missing from our order. Went inside to let someone know and so we could get the rest of our order we paid for. Someone came over and inspected the bag I brought in and promptly went to the kitchen and made a point to explain how this order was missing items. One of the other employees seemed to question this and I overheard him say something to the effect of he checked the bag. I thought it was rude to question that a customer didn't receive their order but the guy came back and apologized for the inconvenience. Wish this didn't happen at so many fast food restaurants. I'm never rude to any staff and always make sure to thank them when they pass me stuff through the windows but it sucks when something's wrong on all sides. read more

I have liked Taco Bell since 1972 when I got out of Navy boot camp and it was the first place outside the gate in San Diego. I wish they would bring back Cinnamon Crisp as and Empanadas but not much has changed. This Taco Bell is clean. The young people that work here are polite, and eager to be helpful and the prepare my order well. My only complaint is the pop machine in the dining room needs to be fixed and it's been a year and the app on my phone breaks frequently. read more

Nothing fancy here, just a decent vegetarian pick while on the road. It was clean enough, and they were lightening fast with 2 black bean chalupas. This location has ordering kiosks, which were actually pretty decent. I think Taco Bell did a nice job with the user interface on these so I was able to order quickly. Took 30 whole minutes in the line with max 5 cars in front of us and when we got to the window they told us we had to go around the line again because we had a mobile order and they supposedly couldn't ring it up. There was a young black girl, and a man with a lisp who got snappy after we told them they could do more work if they weren't all staring looking at eachother. They said there was a manager there but every single worker within view was standing around staring at each other and the screen doing absolutely nothing. This taco bell has been on the fence for years with whom it employs and this is by far the worst experience with service I have ever witnessed here. The workers were rude and clearly did not know what they were doing. I do not know where the manager was but whoever it is needs to monitor the workers more and fix this issue because it is unacceptable. read more

Up until today I can say that I've never been cussed out by a manager of a restaurant for trying to help until today. Cross that one off the bucket list. Today this Taco Bell was closed for an undisclosed reason again and I received an order to pick up a delivery through a third-party delivery company. When I got there and realized they were closed I took it upon myself to let someone inside know that orders were still going through and they would potentially have a lot of upset customers and it would look bad upon their company. After talking to the nice young lady who seemed to be just helping out fixing their seasonal menu an unbelievably arrogant and rude little guy in an orange plaid button down shirt proceeded to ask why I was lurking through their bushes LOL. I told him that I was just trying to get their attention to let them know that they were still receiving orders. At that point he said that I needed to fix that. As a lowly driver for one of these multi Million dollar companies I do not have access to their systems to change such things. When I told him that's not part of my job duties but he needed to update some thing in the system he proceeded to tell me to F off and have a nice day. Of course he used the entire word instead of being polite enough to say F off. Unbelievably rude and unbelievably unprofessional. I'm sure he was just having a bad day but that's no reason to take it out on delivery drivers that are trying to make some supplemental Income while helping their struggling business stay solvent during Covid times. read more

Went there two days ago and get them home and every single soft taco, which was like 12 tacos, was cold....cold like they were def not fresh made. Then go to grab a taco and it just dumps everywhere because they rush to do everything. And then don't do it right. 24 minutes to get cold af tacos and then get to scoop it out of the bag to put it back in the shell.....please please don't ask for 15$ an hour when you can't even put a taco in a bag properly and warm? This place is an absolute JOKE! A few times now they lock the doors because they have had a call off and can't handle the work load. They want $15 an hour and can't even do the job before them. I've worked in food service for years in large stores and have consistently had to run not only my department, but others due to call offs. Then the manager is standing outside smoking a cigarette when I ask her about why they are closed and i say you're going to get a lot of calls and her response was "I always get a lot if calls when I lock the doors " then she proceeds to get into her car and drive away!!. read more

This restaurant staff is quite literally composed of the slowest, dumbest, and laziest people on this planet. I make a VERY rare appearance here and it's only when I have an unrelenting craving for "The Bell" and the next closest one is just too far of a drive at that exact moment. However, it never fails; I am consistently disappointed. My order is wrong, or cold, or there's no ice in my drink and it's warm (....yeah that one was odd) or there's any number of other problems. The place needs to be shut down or at the very least, everyone needs to be fired and corporate can send a new staff. It's a lost cause. I'm sure that given the level of service to guests is so poor, the cleanliness of the place is probably questionable as well. Bottom line: Stay away from this place. read more

Currently sitting in drive through line, going on 25 minutes. Still at least 8 cars ahead of me. Called in to the store. Was told they were short handed. There is no way to get out in this drive thru. Literally trapped. Rude worker in the background yelling that the longer I was on the phone, the longer it would take to get our food. Very rude. There is no excuse to keep people trapped knowingly for 30 minutes and then not be able to problem solve how to get people out. read more
