Tonight I made a late run to my local Andover KS Taco Bell, and ordered a number 1 combo with 3 tacos and a drink. I upgraded the tacos to supreme tacos. Awful experience! Tonight I went inside to order instead of using drive through to order. A sign was posted at the ordering counter that said "cash only, if paying by card use Kiosk." Card machine was tucked away behind the order machine at the counter. Several employees were standing around that could have easily taken my order. I asked if card machine was broken. Employee said "no it works, we are trying something new." This is an entirely new kind of lazy management. Embarrassing style of management and whoever thought of this policy should look up and down Andover road and see how other businesses are either thriving or slowly passing on by the wayside due to decisions that affect customer relations. I am not against using a Kiosk, but when a paying customer chooses to interact with your staff, that should be an option. Do better Andover Taco Bell! Horrible. Horrible store! I would drive into Wichita next time. Sad. read more

Worst Taco Bell in Kansas. They don't care about your food or if they get it right. It would be worth it to either drive to Wichita or even Augusta because for years this place has been horrible and its not getting better no matter how much you complain, it keeps getting worst. Not worth a visit given that the portion sizes are so skimpy. I typically order a couple crunchy taco supremes and a burrito something. The last handful of times the tacos have had about a teaspoon of ground beef each, and the burrito maybe a tablespoon. So you basically paying for a the corn shells and the flour tortilla. It's ridiculous and I've complained more than once. As another said, go to the one by the East Lowe's and you will get much better portions. read more

Very disappointed with our local Taco Bell! I see five employees working in the back with very little customers to serve. Yet, not one person has taken it upon themselves to come and clean any of the tables or sweep the floor. And the young man working the register has said maybe 7 words to 5 of the customers I've watched him serve. It's a shame too, because they just remodeled the facility. Terrible service!! Got my entire order wrong. When I asked them to hurry and remake it clerk said "were kinda busy now, you'll have to wait". I said no, I've already paid for mine. He talked to someone who I assume was the manager and then went to help make others' order. No one came to counter to resolve my screwed up order for 2-3 minutes. I had to leave to make another appointment. Where do they get these stupid people and how many minutes of customer service training do they get? Sorry excuse for a business! I went through the taco bell drive thru and was given the most amount of attitude from the server for not knowing what I want to eat yet. She said "Yeah you've only had forever to think about it." I simply was checking the menu to see if they had nacho fries, and was severely disappointed. anyway, when I finally got my food despite the scuffle, she got my order wrong. I once again went through the drive thru, and was once again given attitude. As a hungry person who is giving you money, you'd think that she would want to make sure my taco needs are satisfied. I went here earlier this week for lunch and it was actually pretty quick. I got in and out within a few minutes but when I got back to work (I work at butler community college) my food was cold. Like it had just been pulled from a fridge or something. Makes me wonder how fresh it was.... read more

Worst taco bell in the Wichita surrounding area. The food is awful, dry beans with the cheese never fully melted. It's not worth sacrificing the quality of the food just to get it out as fast as possible. It's not rocket science. The people don't really seem to care at all about anything other than slacking and they always seem to have a trainee running the counter. read more
