I ordered online in advance to driving up. I do understand when people are under staffed and or super busy. As someone who working in retail I completely understand and sympathize. First of all, I had issues checking in Initially with the AI in the drive through. So, I came inside to pick it up. However when I came in, It took 10 minutes to even be acknowledged by the staff. then when I was the first lady, I talked to was actually quite kind and let me know it was on the way. However, when she turned around and let the other staff know that my pick up order was in the lobby because she was having issues with AI. The other coworker screamed out. " I don't care." then took another 25 minutes for me to get my order the entire time I listen to them scream at each other and or argue about getting my order out to me using my name to refer to my order. Overall, I am really unsatisfied and want the workers here to know that they can be heard from the lobby and it is really frustrating for customers who truly do understand to wait that long and to be treated like that. I know this review won't do much as stated in previous reviews here, but I had high hopes after the remodel I ordered recently on the app came in to get my food was ignored by all employees. Nobody was paying attention. Food all over the floor. The guy came out to put my order on the shelf didn't even look at me, then caught a glance that I stood up, gave me a weird look and walked away. I got my food. It was horribly made cold. The order was wrong. The soft tacos were soggy. Even the wrapper stuck to the soggy tortilla. All the food looked like it was just thrown all together in a sloppy way. My Burrito Supreme (no picture) was not even folded correctly and it all fell out when I picked it up from the wrapper. The nachos were also soggy and again looked like it was just thrown together in a very sloppy messy way. Overall the food was very disappointing, and tasted unappetizing. They close HOURS earlier than their posted time MOST nights. The food tastes awful at best if they do decide to actually make it for you: like there is something wrong in their oil/water lines. Taco Bell is a large chain so I've been to many, but this one is by far the worst I've ever been. My friends and I pulled up to the drive through at about 11:30 PM tonight and the first thing we were told was that they were out of beef... which is half of the menu. What kind of Taco Bell doesn't have beef?? The person who took our order told us that we could substitute beef with chicken or steak (higher price). So obviously, we just got some chicken tacos and I ordered 1 order of nachos and cheese, too. Apparently, chicken substitute is an extra 70 cents or something, which we were not informed. Additionally, they charged us for 2 nachos but only gave one bag of chips and 2 cheese dips. Last few times I've been, this Taco Bell was already of poor quality. Like come on, fast food is already not fantastic, but bad fast food just doesn't cut it. I love Taco Bell and it's my favorite fast food chain, but the management here really needs to step it up and get some beef. read more

Stopped for lunch, and thought "I have a coupon! This will be easy." As I pulled in and started walking to the door, aparently there was a minor accident in the drive-through lane. I thought they were going to get to fists flying, but as I saw it, it was only words and colorful gestures. No leaving without waiting, so might as well go in and get fed. Coming in, I thought I'd wash my hands (TB is finger food, after all!), and found the toilet in a precarious condition - full and fragrant, and colorful in it's own way. I can wait... Time to place my order - the only smooth part of this adventure! I ordered my box with just a few refinements, and started to wait for my meal... and wait, and wait... over 20+ minutes! Others were getting agitated, our intrepid manager / owner was frazzled to no end, and really not being a good example to his understaffed team. Poor guy who took my order started to look like he just wanted to go home. The best thing this manager did was shut down the drive-through. After enjoying (???) my meal, I went back to degrease my hands, and alas, the aforementioned toilet had not changed. SO... I just plunged it and left our crew to regroup the best they could. Also spreading inappropriate pictures of her. I'm not proud of this but my fella and I do get Taco Bell fairly regularly these days. We both have such weird schedules that a lot of time a drive thru late night run ends up our dinner every so often. So, the bulk of my review here lies with the late night crew and how completely AWFUL it's gotten. The building is newer and inside is clean. Going inside during the day is ok, but at night. Man, I don't know. Understaffed? There's always an older lady running the drive thru and while she's VERY nice and sweet she's always a bit harried and prone to mistakes. Sometimes I seriously get the feeling that she's the only one in there late at night. In which case, is it really her fault? IDK. All I know is that more than once we've gotten home with an incorrect order. Hard tacos that should have been soft, tomatoes when we asked for an order without, etc. Also the quality REALLY drops after 9pm. I mean, it's Taco Bell so the quality is questionable in general but dang. This is extreme. For example, last week I got three soft tacos and they were a hot mess. Or maybe a lukewarm mess is more accurate. I'm not sure how they managed to be both mushy and stale at the same time but they were. They were rolled up and the filling seems like it had been sitting there for a while, and the soft taco shells were so stale that they were crunchy. Gross. A few times we've gone and there has been a really nice younger gent running the show and each time we've gotten him our order has been fine.
