It's Taco Bell, so what can i say. Food was as expected, but service was great and felt clean and safe there.

I don't go to Taco Bell often and depending on which location you go, the quality of service differs so much.... on this visit, my nephews were visiting and we went to this location on our way to the Outlet mall.... it wasn't busy and the cashier that was taken drugs seemed out of it... it took a while to get our order (I understand, we ordered a lot)... and my sister ordered a coffee and we waited.... As for the coffee, looks like they use the K-Cup (single cup) machine... so the same cashier that took our order started the coffee... the coffee just sat there for five minutes as the cashier was just walking around... then I finally asked the cashier for the coffee and the only thing the cashier said was, 'Oh yeah right'... then grabbed the coffee and gave it to us. It took some time to get our food, but we were happy to get it since we were hungry.... the tacos are still the same from my younger days, nothing has changed... the tables could be cleaner.... as for the overall experience, I guess one can say typical Taco Bell experience? Like I said, it all depends on which location you go to...but at least the food should taste the same :) read more

I love me some Taco Bell. It's may go to when I need it or don't know what I want. We were in town for the night, so of course, I'm getting some for the night and it was close to the hotel. Pulled up with just one car ahead of me, cashier super rushed me while taking my order. Even me wife had to take it back for a second because he was so rude. Got to window, fine. We waited for probably 10-15 minutes before we got our food. The order was right; though I was expecting otherwise because of the wait and service. They may have been short staffed, I'm not sure. That doesn't make up for the poor customer service though. That wasn't a good look, especially for servicing a town that attracts a lot of tourists. Quite possibly the worst Taco Bell in existence. I finally tried the nacho fries after hearing from practically everyone how good they were. Sounded like a good quick snack before hitting up a brewery. No it was not. They were cold (as in the middle was practically still frozen), barely seasoned and a complete disappointment. Manager actually argued with me about number 8 value menu having supreme tacos. He argued so long the drive through was backed up to the street. I finally ended getting supreme hard tacos (I wanted soft) when I gave up because I felt bad holding up the line. Other Taco Bells are better. It is just this one that is poorly managed. read more

This place is a zoo at lunch time. The drive-thru line spills into the street and the parking lot is small and there is very little seating inside. I ordered a salad to eat there and when I was getting my drink I saw a sign that said they didn't have any forks or sporks. Definitely a sign of poor management. I'm a big fan of Taco Bell, and it's definitely my go to fast food restaurant; however, this is probably the most unreliable Taco Bell I've been to. They consistently mess up orders, and they have very inconsistent hours. I would recommend any of the other locations in Ann Arbor or Ypsilanti over this one read more

I have managed fast food so I'm super understanding about stuff that goes wrong. but I almost walked out. We came to this taco bell because we had been disappointed with the one on Jackson Rd. Waited 15-20 minutes for our food and our entire order was wrong? Seriously? I'd be willing to wait 15 min if my order was CORRECT. I didn't go to the counter to correct my order because it took 15 to make the crap, I wasn't willing to wait that long to get my order fixed.. I normally wouldn't write a review like this, rate it like this, or write about a chain that's this big period, but I do have a story that gives this Taco Bell a special place in my stomach. I was having a hard day last year, hearing that I'd been spurned from an internship I'd wanted pretty desperately and pursued quite aggressively, and to cope, my friend and I went to Taco Bell. Hah. We dined in - and the gentleman at the counter delivered our food to our table on a tray, asked us if we needed anything, and then came back for a 2-bite checkup to see how everything was. That's almost better service than I get at some other kinds of sit-down restaurants... It was just the experience I could go back and tell everyone about and to get the rejection off my mind. Stadium Taco Bell would be a good option for you. In addition to some predictably mundane loosely taco-based fast food, you'll be treated to delightful conversation with the friendly and professional staff. Also, anything that they serve in a flour tortilla, you can request to have grilled. This is particularly awesome because it gets the ooey-gooey cheesy "meaty" beany filling nice and hot and makes the tortilla pleasantly crispy. Nummers! What's really great is that they patiently put up with your drunk ass, then for a few meager dollars give you a sackful of the best hangover prevention medication money can buy. read more

Went through the drive through and was wandering why the car in front of me was taking a long time to order I waited about 7 minutes and the car in front of me pulled off. I was next in line and pulled up and nobody answered the drive through speaker I waited 8 minutes and nobody said a word I was really pissed off, they also had 3 employees in the back smoking and none of them said anything to me they just acted like they didn't see me waiting in the drive through to order my food. Coming to this location was a waste of time I won't be be until they have their shit together. read more

Some good and some bad which works out to a decent Taco Bell location. First, the good stuff. I love the soda dispenser, a truly excellent selection of pop to drink while you wait for your taco or burrito. Also having the all of your various hot sauce packets on the table is a HUGE plus...I use a lot of the stuff (and may or may not have pocketed some for the road) so this is clutch. The restaurant is acceptably clean and fairly conveniently located just a mile off the interstate for hungry, weary travellers such as myself. On the downside the service wasn't super. The person taking my order was friendly enough but my 7-Layer Burrito took forever and I'm pretty sure they actually forgot about me until I piped up. There's a row of three parking spots (where I of course happened to park) that are impossible to get out of if a lineup develops in the drive thru, as was the case when I tried to leave! One nice person finally let me out but those three spots are really ill-advised. And finally like I said before, just average cleanliness...could have been better, although the bathroom was in good shape. As an aside, why is the 7-Layer Burrito not available as a combo? I'm pretty sure that's a head office thing but still fairly annoying. And also, Taco Bell Canada really needs to get with the program and start carrying the "Fire" sauce..."Hot" just isn't hot enough. Just went here and tried to order two soft tacos, 4 orders of chips and queso, and 2 quesadillas. I was there more than an hour before close. The girl working there interrupted me in the middle of the order to say 'is that it???' I said no, I was going to add two quesadillas. She then said 'ohhhh, well, I forgot to tell you that due to limited staff, we are only doing 4 items per order. HUHHHH?! Makes no sense. So I left. With nothing. There was nobody in line behind me. Why didn't she just tell me to pull forward and it would be a little bit of a wait? That would have been totally fine. Instead they lost their only customer there at the time. What a joke. What is also funny is that they only offer a small order of their. Chips and queso. If they offered a large size, I would have just gotten that. I have been to this Taco Bell a few times over the past year. I had to begin to order my food grilled just so I didn't get it cold. Today was a mess. The credit card machines were down at the drive through so I walked into the store and ordered at the kiosk. Nbd. After I order the family in front of me informs the man in the back that they have been waiting for over a half hour. I only ordered 3 things so my order took 10 minutes which isn't a big deal compared to 30+minutes. Unfortunately my chips and cinnamon twists were completely stale. The nacho cheese was open and leaking all over my cinnamon twists..... my dog loved them when I got home... literally downloaded yelp just to warn everyone. They are a complete understaffed mess. The owners need to figure this mess out. It is 6pm on a Monday and you only have 3 brand new workers? Update: I have since returned. Still awful. 30 minutes to get 3 value items. Owners! 3-4 staff members on a busy night isn't going to cut it! Think of your poor understaffed employees! And your customers! Yes we are all going to return to Taco Bell no mater what. I Decided to give this location a try again after being disappointed before. (And they also were not wearing gloves or their masks correctly) We ordered online thinking that this was the best way to get our food fast and correctly because in the past the food has not been correct. Unfortunately, we were wrong. We ordered two nacho boxes, a Chalupa supreme, a cheesy gordita crunch, and a nacho crunch double stacked taco with sour cream. When we pulled up to the drive through box no one responded and we waited for about three minutes or so and just decided to pull forward. When we got to the window to pick up our food we stated that we had an online order. Apparently they ran out of beef so they said that we would have to substitute meat for the Chalupa which was fine and we ordered chicken. He gave us our bag of food and we asked if there was hot sauce and he said yes. As we were pulling out of the drive through, one of the employees stuck his head out the window and yelled at us for not using the speaker, and as we were trying to explain that the speaker was not working correctly he rudely interrupted and told us to use the speaker next time. When we got home all the food was substituted with different meats which we were not aware of, the nachos were sloppily made with barely any cheese and did not have all the toppings that they were supposed to have, and there was no hot sauce. So we called and told them that our order was not correct and that we did not want the meat substitutions that they gave us without asking us first. We went back to get our right order, and the same guy who rudely stuck his head out of the window and interrupted us, was yelling in the back about how we had returned. We took our food home for a second time and the order was still incorrect, missing guacamole on one of the nachos as well as in the taco with the sour cream missing. My only positive is a thank you for wearing masks and gloves this time. Needless to say we will not be back to this location. It should be shut down and had I been corporate I would've shut it down that day. Avoid this location at all costs and avoid disappointment. It's not rocket science. Read the screen, prepare the food with the right ingredients and not in a sloppy mess, and send it through the window. read more

This is the third terrible experience I've had at this taco Bell. But first for the good. The Doritos locos tacos were the most crisp I've ever had from a Taco Bell. Awesome. The bad, I ordered a triple double crunchwrap. It was light and had about as much beef as a normal crunch wrap. Just with two of the crunchy pieces. I took a couple bites and realized it was unacceptable so I took it back inside to complain and they told me it was correct and they would not remake it. This is my 6th triple double (1st from this location). I know this was not correct. The other visit I had was I ordered extra sour cream on everything (cost about an extra $5)... I got it home and there was literally NO sour cream on it. I guess this one was my fault for not checking before I left. They also forgot to give me an entire bag of food.
