Late night drive through we waited for 10 minutes asking if anyone was there before giving up, a line of cars building up behind us. We got to the booth where the employees were blasting music and chatting to each other, eventually said that we "just needed to drive round again" joining an already backup queue. We were essentially being ignored for the staffs incompetence. Seems tacobell cannot hire dependable staff late at night since not only did they fail to serve us and were rude about it but we ditched the attempt for another taco bell and the same long line with customers being ignored. I went in today m, drive through at 10:08pm. The line was not too bad maybe 4 cars, however the wait ended up being 20 minutes, 20!!! From the start of ordering my food the guy was a bit rude, I asked for 2 potato tacos, and then he said soft tacos, so I repeated 2 soft potato tacos, he then said what do you want, you want two tacos and what else. That's rude, then finally ordered my drink to go with, he said the total and I said thank you. He didn't say thank you back and with a rude tone said "just pull up to the next window". I know this isn't chick Fil a where their customer service is on point but did you really have to be rude! Then once I pay for my food the guy apologizes for the wait, I get the food and ITS COLD!!!!!!! How is that possible, I waited 20 minutes for my food to be cold!?! And like after I paid I still had to wait a couple minutes for it to come out. How is it that I had to wait after I paid just to have cold food. On top of that the potatoes tasted dry and too crispy like they had been sitting out for a long time, had that old taste to them. This is not ok. Bad service, long wait, cold food. SMH read more

the people who work at the Annapolis taco bell never cease to amaze me with how outgoing and friendly they always are. i have never had a bad experience at this location. and to top it off, the food always tastes amazing and they never skimp on food. 10/10. read more

Wes at the drive thru window is great. The service however is very slow regardless of the time and day you go, the food is your typical Taco Bell with no complaints from me.. The service and wait is what's going to ruin this place. Update.. Took this to corporate shortly after posting, they seemed very interested and concerned at the same time due to so many of the same complaints about the wait time. Just ordered a Quesarito box at the drive thru, and got a regular burrito. Kill yourself

I got three burritos and asked for mild sauce, yet they only gave me two packets of mild sauce! Also, my burritos were lukewarm at best. If at all possible go to a different Taco Bell. I haven't had any troubles with any of the other ones in the area. read more

I sat in the drive thru for over 30mins. When I finally got my food it was wrong. When it was corrected and I called them out for it being so soggy they told me to not order that again because that is what happens to that and it's my fault. i love tacos. however this location is horrible!!! no true management skills. the lines are extremely long and customer service is so low. ignorant orders are incorrect. very poor training skills. now my family and i ride to the edgewater location and we live in annapolis. do yourself a favor and ride by west street location. read more

My husband and I went to this location at 9:40 pm on a Saturday night. We ordered and we were asked if it was for here or to go. We stated for here. We didn't receive our order until 10:00 and was told that they were closed and that we would have to leave. I have never been asked to leave a restaurant because they were closed. I have worked as a waitress for many years and never have I asked a customer to leave much less told them to leave (also, my husband and I are in our 50s so we weren't this rowdy young couple causing trouble). Then to top it off, the food was cold. I will never go back to this location. read more

This place has been open for awhile now and no matter what time of day it's is and even if you're the only car in line and the parking lot is empty like it was today it took over 20mins to get my order and they still messed up on it. The kitchen floor had food and trash all over it and the staff was yelling at each other in the back and calling each other "Nig!@s" so loud the whole place could here it. I waited over 5 minutes before anyone even came to the front to greet anyone. Then the person who finally came to the front did so in a very threatening manner that I truly felt threatened as a customer. I will never return to this place and I would suggest not only the manger lose his job, but since I have called this into corporate 3 times. Each time I call I am told someone will call me in 3 business days, yet now it's been over 2 weeks and NO ONE from the corporate office has called me. Therefore, I would suggest not only the manager be fired, so too should the regional manger also be removed from his/her job. I hope the owners also lose their franchise. I have never felt threatened in my whole life, until I visited this Taco Bell. read more

i spent over 40 minutes in line. there were two cars in front of me. it was between one and two in the am. the car directly in front of me was there at the cashier/pick-up window for over 20 minutes before i saw a twenty dollar bill handed up to the window. what they were discussing prior to cash changing hands is anyone's guess--this was the PICK-UP window after all. at one point the poor guy in the car behind mine waiting patiently with his female companion jumped out and walked up to the window to see what was causing the delay. he couldn't get anyone's attention inside the window by rapping on the glass. the staff had apparently retreated to somewhere deep inside the alamo like structure--i picture them carefully wrapping bean burritos and stacking them like sandbags in an attempt to strengthen their defenses against any possible attack by direct descendants of general antonio lopez de santa anna. i only wish yelp had an option to upload the video i shot with my iphone as i waited. this is one time when i will definitely call the survey number on the back of the receipt to let them know how they are doing. as he walked back to his car i rolled down my window and joked with him about how we couldn't even jump out of line due to the cement luge we were in. he agreed and started back to his vehicle just as the caddy in front of me was finishing up and getting ready to drive off. i yelled back to him that he would probably only have another half an hour or so until it was his turn. when i got to the window i was still filming. the cashier was very friendly and took my cash right away and produced my brown bag. i asked her if everything was all right in there, and whether or not she needed some help. she smiled and in a cheery voice apologized for the delay. this location is always friendly, and service is always slow, but this time the service was beyond at a standstill. the food order was correct as well as delicious, but i really think i could have driven the speed limit to the taco bell in edgewater, and even if i hit every red light, still made it back with my food in hand before those two cars in front of me were done. don't get me wrong, i LOVE taco bell. this was just some twilight zone worthy fast food delay action. if anyone from taco bell corporate reads this and can tell from the register report how long it took for the two receipts ahead of mine it would be very enlightening indeed. i have never felt compelled to sign up for yelp until the writing of this review. taco bell 030727 4/30/2016 2:24:23 AM (good thing they keep track of the seconds) Order 317994 survey code: 2404-7037-0020-3034 read more

I never would have thought that I would have to do a review on a fast food restaurant, considering that everything made is based on a freaking chart. I know this place is new, but, clearly they need some help. I hope someone from Corporate will read this. I've gone twice to this location now, and I will say that the service is friendly, but they can't make a 7 layer burrito to save their lives. Both times I have ordered the same thing and both times the first half of the burrito was NOTHING but lettuce and tomato. They forgot the guacamole completely the first time. The second time, they remembered it but it was about the size of a quarter. Terrible. Someone needs to do some training. I asked for a side of rice the second time and got the container that you would normally receive a side of guacamole in (about 2 tablespoons). I love Taco Bell, but I won't be going to this one anymore, at least not for a long while. read more
