Our order took over an hour to make, and if the restaurant knew they couldn't complete it, they should have canceled it instead of making customers wait with no communication. We ended up waiting for an hour and a half, only to find out that our order had never been prepared or completed in the first place. The most frustrating part wasn't just the long wait--it was the complete lack of communication. No one informed us there was a problem, apologized for the delay, or gave us the option to cancel and order somewhere else. We spent all that time waiting, expecting our food to be ready soon, only to discover that nothing had been done. Waiting that long is already unacceptable, but waiting an hour and a half for an order that was never even started is beyond disappointing. Better communication and basic customer service could have prevented this entire experience. If the kitchen was overwhelmed or unable to fulfill our order, they should have been honest with us from the beginning instead of wasting our time. read more

The servers are super benevolent and quick and did everything perfectly. I got a grilled cheese and fries and a soda from the freestyle machine which is probably my favorite part about five guys - the infinite choices with the soda machine. Might be the most consistent Five Guys that I have ever eaten at. The place is alway spotless and the staff is always very courteous. I ordered the cheeseburger loaded and a little fry for a total of just over $11. The staff brought me my meal in less than five minutes. The burger was piping hot just enough for grease on it to run down your arm on a perfectly toasted bun with chilled vegetables. This is a fantastic Five Guys, and it also happens to be my local one. There's not much to say about the food, it's the same great Five Guys that you expect! Burgers are always fresh and made well, you always get an insane amount of fries, and they make good shakes. What makes this one 5 star is the people! The staff here are always so so so nice and constantly yelling "Thank you" as a team from behind the counter. They go out of their way to be friendly like that, and it shows that they really care about providing good customer service. I went in today for lunch and was extremely impressed with the customer service. The ladies working were super friendly. The greeted me with a smile and hello before it was even my turn to order. They gave everyone who left an energetic goodbye. They even brought the food for people from behind the counter instead of yelling. It was right after my nephew's football game. We needed a place to grab food with the rest of the family that wasn't fancy or expensive, and not McD's. So with my idiot savant-like ability to recall every food-joint that we past on the way to the football field, I conjured up 5 Guys. We get there and it was miraculously empty for 6:30, however, it was also Sunday night out in the boonies, so I'm sure that everyone was at home for Sunday dinner or something. Anyways, 7 adults and 2 kids order their meals, and by the time everyone had a chance to wash their hands - the cashier that rang us up, brought our bags of food out to us. How nice! However when ordering, the cashier forgot to tell us to remember the order in which we ordered, or at least, which number each one of us were, because when the food came, we were confronted with 9 practically identical burgers, with numbers on it. D'oh. But again, when it comes to food, I have nearly perfect recall (yet, this ability doesn't work if I'm a server...go figure!), and we were able to get the food situation straightened out. As for the food - what is there to say? You are either a fan of 5 Guys are you aren't. It's one of those things. Everyone has their preference, and I know some people that are militantly 5 Guys while others shun them. Me? Personally, I'm a fan, but not a rabid one. I will eat one if it's available, but I also wouldn't go out of my way for one. read more

Super friendly staff. Clean, Clean and CLEAN even the ladies' restroom. Generous with toppings and frys. I have never eaten a bad or just okay burger at this location. Everytime I've been, their staff greeted me as soon as I walked in, food served quickly, as ordered and served with a smile. Every visit all their staff is working hard, from cleaning the dinning area, stocking peanuts, condiment area or working hard at the grill. I've witnessed washing windows, cleaning chairs and tables top to bottom and serving patrons directly to the table with a smile and thank you. One of the best locations. As others said, the staff is always smiling and upbeat, considerate and friendly. The place is always spotless, as the workers really seem to want to give a good impression. No lounging around here.....clean up is almost immediate. For those who may complain about their fries being a bit soggy, order them extra crispy. The staff will happily oblige and we have never had a soft spud since. For the most part, 5 Guy's burgers are consistently good. The only hiccup here is the choice of music that is played in the restaurant. This specific Five Guys is one of my favorites. It is exceptionally clean and the team behind the counter are upbeat, smiling, and super efficient. The orders are always right, the supplies and condiments stocked and organized, and the staff is visibly energetic and appreciative. I have also used the Android take-out ordering app multiple times to great effect for those manic days. I consider it a bonus that it is next to both a Sweet Frog and a Starbuck's.
