Went through the drive thru, ordered $37 worth of food. Got the complete wrong order with maybe 4 items. Went back inside to get the correct order, no one seemed to know what was going on. The guy who was running the back end asked us if we unwrapped the food, we said yes because we were checking it. He then asked us if we ate any of it? And then placed the bag back on the table where they send food out the window. Someone else mentioned remaking it and removed the bag. Got home, ate, and the food tastes old and bad. No employees in the building, so we were forced to use the kiosk. After they realized they had customers they emerged from their car in the parking lot behind the sun shield. They yelled at two other customers to use the kiosk only, as they were too lazy to put the order into the cash register and take an order in that fashion. They look past you when they do not give you cups to go with your order and try to avoid you as long as they can by hanging out in the back avoiding the customers entering the store so they do not have to deal with them. The dining area had several tables that needed wiped down and cleaned as well and numerous items of trash on the floor and under multiple tables. Did they even clean this place one time since it opened at Breakfast time? Multiple full trash cans that needed taken out, etc. DISGUSTING to sit there in that type of environment while eating their sub-par food items you took so long to receive your complete order that you had to order by the kiosk because they are avoiding customers like a plague! read more

Stood at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge my existence. All I heard was complaints about customers and a short fat lazy girl calling customer fat and lazy. Went through the drive through and the girl sounded absolutely unenthusiastic with no greeting, welcome or thank you. If you don't like your job, get a new one!! Yeah nvm they went to crap. No meat, cold food, have to ask for the sauces they said theyd put in the bags. Even had to ask to get the nacho sauce that comes with the nacho fries. I ordered some burritos but got the wrong ones. I ate them anyway, because all taco bell food is made up from the same ingredients, just different layouts/proportions. Meat, lettuce, tortilla. Maybe some tomato or rice if you're getting fancy. Taco Bell sets, like, the lowest bar imaginable for fast food. You get exactly what you pay for here. So, I was in the drivethru, 4 cars deep...I get to the menu to order, it's only 10:15pm, on Saturday night, they are open til 1:00am...the kid taking orders proceeds to tell me they are out of chips to make nachos, they are out of tacos, and then, he starts stuttering, and says, they are basically closed!!! So, my question is...What kind of management do they have, I want a corporate number, because nobody at that restaurant has answered the phone! I've been calling since 10:30pm!!! Is there a shortage on ground meat?! They said they could only serve 6 hard shell tacos per car....never heard that before but okay that's fine. Then they said they will do it, okay cool, then the guy said "we hope you know what we did for you guys" ....made us feel like we didn't deserve what we we're paying for. We were pleasantly surprised with this Taco Bell. Not sure why they had such a bad rating. They were polite and quick. We used the App online and our order was delicious, warm, and fresh. The girls at the window were extremely friendly even offering a small frozen drink for free. I would highly recommend if you're in the area! Best Taco Bell we've had in a long time. Brand new Taco Bell in the Apollo Beach/ Ruskin area on Us Hwy 41 near the Publix Super Market in Southshore Village. They are open 7am until late night and serve a fast hot breakfast along with all their lunch and dinner items. The drive thru is quick to use. Plenty of parking and easy access to their business. Although new they seem to have things operating very well and are a welcome addition to the area. The food was served up fast and hot and plenty of fire sauce was given, everything was made correctly, so all is good. read more

Haven't been to a Taco Bell in a while, and have never been to this location. Walked up to look at the menu with my boyfriend, and immediately the girl behind the counter started ranting about her kids blowing up her phone and her baby daddy or something. We were trying to decide our order and not listen to her, so we ignored it and continued to look. 15 seconds later, she's asking me if he's my boyfriend and if "sometimes I want to punch him in the face, but I can't because I love him." I would definitely not recommend going to this Taco Bell. Last night my family and I went to Taco Bell and when we pulled up to the speaker in the drive through I've asked them if we could do two separate orders and they said we couldn't because there is only one cook then I asked them if I could just add on the order because I didn't pay yet and she told me no. I was so excited to have a Taco Bell closer when this one was built. HOWEVER, being a vegetarian and loving my options at places like TB, was very disappointed. I have ordered online and in person. At least 3 times my order for vegetarian Taco Supremes has had no sour cream (ALTHOUGH I asked for it). Can't the employees just listen or pay attention to detail?!
