It took our large group 10 minutes to walk down to Left Coast Taco, and our food was ready as we walked in the front door. There were plenty seats available outside in the sun on this very hot day, so we chose to walk back to our house two blocks away. The interior featured a very busy bar, as well as a few tables, all of which were filled with hungry patrons. By the time we got home to our pool-side cabanas, we were sufficiently starving and ready to consume all that we had bought. I had the birria taco on a crispy corn taco shell. The bf has lengua, carnitas and diabla tacos and enjoyed them all. We had horchata and Jamaica to drink. The Jamaica was not too sweet which was nice. The horchata was very good. My biggest problem with the aguas frescas set up was the multitude of yellow jackets attacking the drink dispensers which were set up for self service. I have to say that the food at this restaurant, while 'stylized' as Mexican, isn't really what you'd expect as Mexican (only marginally adjacent, I'm afraid).
