Disappointed in the CHICKEN BROCCOLI ALFREDO with penne pasta. the alfredo was very good, but there was little chicken or broccoli; had to look for it. service was very good and we could chat without having to shout (music is so loud so many places). parking in the rear is plentiful, don't have to search for a spot on the street. read more

I met some friends here at Main Street Pizza in Batavia NY. First time there and our server was very friendly and the menu choices are extensive! It is a brightly lit restaurant with very nicely placed seating. Everyone seemed to enjoy their appetizer and entrees. I had the Arancini and a Grilled Greek Pizza. Both were delicious! My dinner partners had the Pizza Sub, Grilled Chicken Wrap, Meatball Sub and a Cape Cod Salad. Definitely would go back! read more

Tried Main Street pizza and unfortunately was disappointed in my food. The mayo was oddly sweet but somehow my sub was still dry. My husband's steak sub was also dry and steak was chewy. The delivery driver was very sweet though! read more

I love the location because Springville has a beautiful, vintage looking Main Street. This pizza has a decent taste but it is VERY cheesy. The sauce was good but I didn't really care for the flat pepperoni. I would however say that Main Street has better pizza than its competitor Tim & Bonnie's. The waiter forgot about us and we where waiting for 45 minutes before we even got our drinks. Multiple people that came in after us received their food before we got ours and we ended after an hour just taking our food to go because it was simply taking to long. I've been here probably 20 times or so, since I've gone there every time I visit relatives in town for the last few years. Everything is consistently very good and tasty. My favorites are the beef on weck, fish fry, pizza, and wings. All excellent. The sides, like macaroni salad are also very good and I recommend the raspberry iced tea. read more

So this is just a quick update. Came here today and got two sheet pizzas and 100 wings. (That's right, 100) And everything was fantastic. Done on time. No mistakes. Wings were awesome. Got some people hooked on the delicious bbq style Cajun. And a huge thanks to the man at the register. (Owner I believe, always there running the show.) He's always super friendly and makes sure our order is correct. Today he let my little cousin carry a soda out on him because she was sad about being to little to help carry the pizza. That's phenomenal customer service, which is one of the main reasons I'm happy to drive up here from Ellicottville. As always Main Street was tasty and fantastic. read more

This is a nice little diner in Springville. The food is all great. The service is great. And the prices are great. My favorite thing here is the turkey melt, it has turkey, bacon, cheese, and honey mustard on a pretzel bun. It is delicious. The fish fries are great here. Everything I've had here has been great. The atmosphere is nice. The window seats are my favorite seats, it's got a nice feel to it, especially in the winter when it's snowing outside and your nice and warm inside. But If your in Springville this is a very nice place to stop to get some good food for a good price. read more

Come for the breadsticks, leave 'for the pizza. One of the few instances where New Yorkers know less about pizza than Chicagoans. The garlic dill breadsticks are soft and overly buttery, if you're into that. Garlic levels are okay, the dill is sadly missing, but it's still pleasant. We were, admittedly, hungry after nine hours in the car. Pizza? I asked what the crust was like, was told it was made in house and thin-ish. Super thick crust. Doubt it was made in house, though anything is possible. Reminded me of "school rectangle pizza." We were full (of regret). Wish I'd kept driving. read more

If I could put -5 stars I would the man that always has a bandanna as a mask was very rude and was not customer friendly at all first it was the owner who was rude and not friendly and told me that my dog wasn't allowed in and that he wasn't a service animal and pretty much told my boyfriend that he had to bring in a card which is also some thing you can't do you can't have somebody why they have a service dog and I don't have to show anyone my card for my Service animal it was like he didn't believe me which hurt really bad because Some people don't wanna really tell people they have a service animal and I don't even have to show someone the card it's a rule you can look it up no one needs to know my issues and why I have a service animal they could get in a lot of trouble for what they did. I ordered from there every day one day my sub had a oil on it and it wasn't supposed to I called and told them and they said the sub maker said no I didn't put any on so they remade it got it again it was messed up and then the last time they gave it to me and it was on a wheat roll they could've told me before bringing it to me even after that I ordered every day then the older guy said you will never get a free fucking sub from me againWhich I wasn't even trying to do because even after that day I ordered every day up until two nights ago I picked up my food they claim they close at 9:30 when really they close at 10 it was 10 on the dot on their clock and they said my dog couldn't be in there once again I said he's my service animal and they said well my boyfriend isn't allowed to get food from there anymore he's like well it don't matter because you're not allowed to order or come here anymore is what he told my boyfriend. And apparently the complaint was because we gave the delivery guy a hard time which is funny because I asked him well the delivery guy yesterday when he was delivering to another apartment in my building why they would do that to us and he said well I wasn't there yesterday so I wouldn't know then I was just on the phone with them and they claim that the delivery guy is the one that put in a complaint which is funny because it happened the day before I talk to the delivery guy so somethings not right there Bad customer service very rude and certain days depends on who I'm just making subs sometimes they're good sometimes or not but I get them no matter what but they must have a time machine or some thing since the delivery guy is the one that made the complaint when I talk to him yesterday and the complaint was made the day before yesterday and because me and my boyfriend at the same sub they claimed it was for him when really it was for me and hung up on me I am the one to always order and pick up or pay when they deliver but normally I always pick up so they say my boyfriend is an allowed to order or go there anymore when he don't even order or pick up food ever does anyone have any idea how that makes sense. read more

The food at Main Street is delicious, and reasonably priced. In my opinion, the fish and chips/fish fry and the Pittsburgh steak salad is there a best dishes. Additionally, their chicken wings/ Buffalo wings are absolutely delicious too; especially, the barbecue. I've only done take- away, but the staff in the kitchen is always very friendly and helpful and the proprietor is always very pleasant. In short, if you're from out of town, I would highly recommend and consider MainStreet as a dinner option. read more

Awesome food! We've never had the pizza here, but have tried many other items on the menu. The sandwiches are delicious, especially the Spring Street. The waitress' are great. Tried it for breakfast for the first time yesterday and we were very pleased. Nice to get a vegetable omelet without having to ask them to put cheese on it like I do at other local restaurants. Omelet=cheese. Isn't it a given? I highly recommend this place for breakfast or lunch. We'll be back sometime to try pizza for dinner. read more

3.5+ stars. Our waitress was attentive but not overly solicitous. Buffalo Wing Soup was delicious with just the right amount of heat (before I ordered it the waitress offered to take it off the bill if it wasn't to my liking). Greek salad was huge, dressing was really tasty but the greens were nothing special. We opted for a deep dish pizza...the crust was quite good and it had just the right amount of cheese. I didn't care for the sauce though but that was probably just personal preference. Will definitely come back to try other dishes. read more

My family and I decided to come out here for brunch one mid morning afternoon, there was four of us and we were seated in the booth against the back wall with the massive window. We sat down and our waitress (Dev) had came over and gave us the menus, after the menus in which we slept in so we were all quite hungry for our first meal we didn't take that long to decide and knew what we wanted to order. Waiting there which seemed like quite awhile our waitress (Dev) completely forgot about us for about 10-15 minutes until we had to flag her down! We brushed it off knowing everyone might have an off day. Next we got our food which was quite phenomenal but the waitress yet again brought the wrong soup out with my lunch, she took it back and never came back, flagging her down again we asked for more then the two napkins she put out for all four of us, also yet again asking for the soup, she left and didn't come back watching her walk about (Dev), yet a third time we flagged down another waitress to flag her as she walked over we asked for boxes and the bill AND a third time I asked for my soup but this time to go!!! As she brought the boxes over she this time remembered my soup *Finally* as we packed up I started to eat some of the soup there but would have been better to eat as a side with my meal, and for the bill she drew a purple flower on it, which we did not find amusing. She got no tip for the no service she provided quite horrific and awful!! while all the other waitress were having people in and out with there meals that came in quite a time period after us.
