Well, we arrived around 9:30pm only to be told they were out of ground beef for the next 20 minutes due to a "rush". And I've worked in food and beverage and just have a hard time understanding why prepping one of the most, if not most, important ingredient at Taco Bell wasn't prioritized, and why boiling a bag of beef takes 20 minutes. Unfortunately, we were not able to wait due to needing to get back to Monroeville at a specific time (for a sitter). Needless to say, it was incredibly upsetting. read more

We were in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes behind 3 other vehicles. Noone had taken the order of the 1st vehicle after that length of time so we left. I've eaten a lot of these & they never put enough of any of the ingredients, but this was the best one I've ever had!! Husband ate the Mexican pizza and loved it also! Most disgusting Taco Bell ever. I don't know why we even ordered after seeing how gross and dirty and smelly it was inside. Trash everywhere, out of everything, no napkins. Staff was rude. They barely put even any meat lettuce or cheese in the tacos and the beans in the burritos tasted like they'd been left out for days, I could barely swallow them. We ended up throwing out most of our food. Our children literally ran to the car begging for the rice cakes and pancakes we had left over in our road trip snack bag. Just don't do it!!!!!! We walked in and stood at the counter for 10 minutes before being told we had to order at the kiosk. Then the ac had to be at 40 degrees. Every customer was shivering which forced us to eat outside. People were just walking out because of not getting waited on at the counter and the cold. The women's bathroom handicapped stall would not latch. The tp was sitting on top of the dispenser. I went to the other stall which had no toilet paper! I went wash my hands afterwards and there was no running water! The sink completely did not work. So employees are obviously not washing their hands. Also the men's room had no soap. I've never waited so long at a taco bell. It seems like they are understaffed and easily overwhelmed. It took a few minutes for us to be greeted at the register. I mean do I have to select a star!? This is the worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had. You walk in and there are five people in the back - none of whom acknowledged us after we'd been standing there for 10 minutes. My partner then caught the eye of the guy serving drive-through who came over to take our order. We then proceeded to wait for 30 minutes for our order while the line crew ahead of us waited a long time for theirs too. Bless their hearts they were very gracious to the slow-as-molasses kitchen crew but it's not doing them any favors. When a woman who walked in after us got her order lickedy-split we started to ask questions. The girl in the kitchen sauntered over to us with a glazed over, vacant expression on her face like she could barely comprehend what we were asking. I'm convinced everyone is drugged up on pills that impair their ability to function as normal members of society. Together with no work ethic, this is a dangerous combination. The sad part is people accept it as the new normal so no one says a damn thing about it. The human race is screwed blued and tattooed in more ways than we know. Do not visit this establishment - you'd get faster and better service at the Waffle House across the street even on a packed Sunday after everyone confessed their sins for the week. read more

Ok let me tell y'all a story about Taco Bell. There is a lot of problems with this one and I will tell you how. The first reason is the place is like Alaska! It's so cold, you can see your own breath! The second reason is that they take 30 minutes to fix some Cinnamon things. They take way to long to fix your meal. The third reason is that they are lazy. They don't clean the tables. As my peeps were eating, I saw not one person wiping down the tables. Alright. Let me start here. Yesterday I came by here to get a simple order of Cinnabon Delights, my father and I went through the drive through, where they told we had to come inside. We grudgingly came inside and ordered our 12 pack of Cinnabons. We ended up waiting almost 30 minutes, in the freezing cold. They keep the temp in here below freezing. Well earlier today me and my friend walked from our hotel room here, it began raining so we had to run quickly over here and come inside to it freezing, anyways. We come in, sit down and start reading the menu and they wait until we come up to order to tell us they're only accepting cash! Now me and my friend being a 15 year old girls with only a card, I was pretty livid. This place has no good customer service. The wait is absolutely awful and it's not even comfortable to wait in here because it is beyond cold. If I could give this Taco Bell negative stars, I would. Food came out promptly and our order was accurate. However there was no soap or toilet paper in the bathroom. We arrived in the morning so they didn't stock the bathroom from the previous night. Then when my son wanted another taco he was made to wait while the woman behind the counter gabbed on the phone with her girlfriend. Not the worst but not the best either. Restroom dirty young teenager let me in right at closing to use the restroom and I was going to buy something to be polite. We couldn't go threw the drive thru because we were in a semi truck and trailer. So then the manager got onto the kid for even letting me in and that I would have to wait until all the cars was taken care of. She was really rude and ugly to him. He was a really sweet kid. I told him I was sorry for getting him in trouble and I will go buy my food somewhere else. I will let everyone know how this manager treated her employee. read more

Waited thirty minutes for my food and when I went to the counter to politely ask how much longer it would be since I had small children with me that were getting restless I got nothing but attitude. Then, when my food was finally finished the lady behind the counter threw my $30 order onto the counter without so much as a "thank you" or "I'm sorry for your wait." She threw my tray down so hard everything on it fell over. Very disappointed in the service here. There was no one behind the counter when we arrived, and had to wait several minutes for anyone to recognize we were there. A young woman finally arrived at her register, but only after another employee in the back interrupted her cell phone conversation to shout loudly at the young woman: "you got people at your counter"! We ordered two grilled stuffed burritos to go and, considering we were two of only five customers in the whole restaurant, it took quite a while for the order to come up. (NO REASON WHY TACO BELL ONLY HAS 3 CHOICES AND THE MENU HAS TONS OF CHOICES) After receiving my order I drove back to work, which is literally 2 minutes away, only to find out I have a "regular Chalupa" with so much sour cream you'd think I ordered a sour cream sandwich! (I ASKED FOR NO SOUR CREAM) On top of that the Chalupa bread was hard as a brick! Needless to say I threw away my entire meal and now I'm sitting at my desk hungry until 5pm! Sorry Taco Bell...I will not be back! To management and corporate, this place is in a great location and has the potential to make big bucks, (CHECK OUT THE NUMBERS FOR THE WAFFLE HOUSE THAT'S LOCATED ACROSS THE STREET) but the workers have to take more pride in the customer's experience and the food.
