After calling and waiting several minutes to speak with the manager, I explained this was the third occurrence. Instead of acknowledging the repeated issue, I was repeatedly told there are signs stating DoorDash orders should be checked before pickup. I ordered through DoorDash -- I was not physically there to inspect the order. The offered solution was for me to drive to the restaurant (again) or receive a free meal on a future visit. Neither solved the immediate problem of my family meal being incomplete during a birthday celebration. I asked for the manager's supervisor or owner's contact information because I wanted to escalate the issue. I was told to call a specific number and ask for "Laura." When I called, the person who answered stated there was no one there by that name. I called the restaurant back to explain the number appeared incorrect, and the manager then told me the number she provided was actually HER personal number. That exchange only added to the confusion and frustration surrounding the entire interaction. Mistakes happen. Repeated mistakes over multiple orders without accountability or meaningful resolution are a different issue. After three incidents, I expected ownership of the problem, concern for the customer experience, and an effort to make things right in the moment -- especially on my father's 82nd birthday. Instead, I left feeling blamed for an order I placed through DoorDash and frustrated by how the situation was handled. After three experiences like this, I can no longer recommend ordering from this restaurant through DoorDash.
