Wow what a horrible location this. Every employee acts like you are burdening them by coming in. The managers are all even worse. Most recently me and my gf waited for 45 minutes for less than $40 of food. Asked twice if it was coming out and they seemed perplexed. Everyone in the drive thru and behind us in line were served first. Then we talked to the manager and she smirked and said it was coming and gave a half assed apology. First off like every taco bell/KFC, there is a kiosk nowadays. Okay great no issues. All I hear is the god damn kids in back joking around by the drive-thru windows as they're handing orders to the folks in the drive thru. I then entered my name for the order on the kiosk and one of the dumb ass kids announces my name out loud in a creature like voice tryna be funny. I would of love for someone to slap him. Also I grabbed my own large cup for my combo from the counter as there was nobody to stand there and take orders anyways. I went to get Pepsi and it was pure syrup with a chocolate syrup like sheen and consistency pouring out into my cup, next I rinse it with the water selection and dump it. Then try the Baja mountain dew(the green one and its only water coming out). Thankfully dr.pepper was working. I dont know what happened to this place as I havent been here in months. Ill stick with the webster one as it is calm and nobody is making stupidness of their job there. I don't expect a lot from a fast food drive through, but I do expect to actually receive my food in a timely manner. We pulled off the highway on a 4 hour long drive to get some quick sustenance. The drive through was empty. The parking lot was mostly empty. We order and pull up to the window. She takes our payment then tells us to pull up to the front and they'll bring our food out. This is weird to us because that's normally reserved for when the drive through is BUSY. Which it was not. We pull forward and wait for about 5 minutes. Nothing. Pull into a parking spot with the car running. Nothing. Cars start to pull up to the front door and wait. We sit for another 10 minutes thinking this is odd but maybe something malfunctioned so we'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Now there are 5 vehicles waiting and people are going inside. I send my husband in to see what's going on. He says we're waiting for our drive through food, it's been a while can someone help? They say oh sorry and go back to chatting. So I burst through the door like hell on wheels asking where the eff our food is. They finally hand me a bag that had been sitting likely since we ordered it. Useless employees. They were not busy, just huddling in a corner whispering while obviously agitated customers waited for their orders. We had a solidly good experience at this Taco Bell today. We ate in with Dorito hard shell, hard shell, and Mexican pizza and everything arrived quickly and was piping hot. Cashier was pleasant and helpful. The split with KFC likely limits the menu a tiny bit, but the staples are there. Disgusting. Was there around 7 on Friday night for drive thru. There was a 40 minute wait and not because there were a lot of people. And once you are in line you are committed since there isn't an easy way to get out of line because it is so congested. You can see in the windows with three workers just standing around eating and drinking soda. Finally pull up to the window to get my now cold food and there is a mess of food and spatters all over the wall below the drive thru window. Being a combination Taco Bell and KFC, I'm not sure which restaurant I should post this review for. And to be honest, anyone we interacted with was friendly and apologetic. After being in the drive through for way too long, it's our turn and there's a sign saying that they're low on change. Ok. Covid, national coin shortage, not their fault. Then the person says "hello, welcome, blah blah blah, sorry for the inconvenience...we don't have any chicken." Since I had gone back and forth about 10 times during my wait deciding if I wanted chicken or burritos, I thought "ok, no problem, the decision has been made for me." We ordered. Silence...should we drive up to the window? should we wait here? Eventually, we hear "sorry for the inconvenience...we don't have any black beans." Wait. What? No change, no chicken, no black beans? Ok. Whatever. Refried beans are almost the same thing, sub that. All good. My wife's sprite had no syrup, so basically carbonated water. Her cheesy bean and rice burrito had no rice. The hot sauce we asked for WAS NOT THERE. The hot sauce is what makes TacoBell's gross food absolutely delicious. Not just tolerable...crave worthy delicious. So...no change, no chicken, no black beans, no soda syrup, no rice, no hot sauce. Really? I assume most of these things weren't the fault of the people working there at the time. But, really?? After a long day at work I decided to stop by the Auburn Taco Bell instead of McDonald's to change it up a bit. It was only 10 pm (this Taco Bell doesn't close until 11) when I drove up to the speaker to place my order. I waited about 5 minutes before talking into the speaker asking if they were still open. I received no response. The sign was still lit up for customers to read and the lights were on inside of the restaurant. I rolled up to the window and took a peek inside. There was a rolling mop bucket in front of the window meaning there had to still be employees working. I called the store and waited patiently. Still, I received no response. I pulled up to the parking lot and checked the door which had the store and drive through hours to make sure it hadn't closed yet; it hadn't. There were cars still parked out in the lot. This was an extremely frustrating night. Why did the employees decide to stop working an entire hour before the store was supposed to close? Where was the manager? What were they doing in there if they weren't working? I understand that you can never expect much from fast food workers but this kind of behavior is despicable. This place used to be run well but not so much anymore. While waiting for my order a couple customers had to bring their orders back because one person's burrito was wrong and another person had someone else's order . Then my foid came and the burrito was not steak but rather ground beef and there was no guacamole like there should of been. We got the burrito of that customer I first mentioned the was wrong for her too. So they just went ahead and gave it to us instead. I ordered T6 which is 2 chalupas supreme and a crunchy taco . I asked for sour cream on my taco and didn't get that either and We were charged an extra 50 cents for the sour cream. read more

6/6/2020 around 12:10 pm. My wife, two daughters and I were going in Auburn and we decided to go to this Taco Bell/KFC and this was a big mistake. My daughters ordered from KFC (two meals with Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes) my wife and I ordered from Taco Bell. The woman who took our order at this time was not meant to work with the public, she was extremely rude, I mean to the point we were about to leave. She rushed us while we ordered, the tone in her voice told me that she was irritated (taking your bad day out on customers is not professional and thank god she doesn't work for me because she would have been fired on the spot). We finished our "rushed" order and pulled up. The lady who took our payment was nice and then I heard the voice of the person that took our order, I looked through the window and saw a woman in a black and white or grey stripped shirt taking another order. Is this a manager that had the audacity to talk to customers this way!!!!???? A manager that is suppose to be the person the other employees are suppose to look up to and take examples from?!?? I feel sorry for all of them. ON TO THE FOOD!!!!! I orders a chalupa and once I bit into it I spit it back out, the damn thing was cold and the shell was stale! Not Luke warm, it was cold. My daughters had no utensils for the food they ordered and the chicken "tasted like it was three days old" my 9 year old daughter said that!! I am a fan of Mexican food in general and seek it out wherever I go. I appreciate Taco Bell because it is handy, affordable and usually tasty. Lately, I've been loving the Smothered Burrito they introduced this year. It has a smoky pepper sauce, melted cheese, sour cream over a good sized burrito that I always get in the shredded chicken option. It costs slightly more, but it's delicious. I was happy that they built this store in Auburn at this particular location. It's convenient for me and many others as this is a high traffic zone. The food at this location is usually well prepared; however, I'm often disappointed by the VERY SLOW drive-thru window at this location. Tip: if you pull in and the cars are already backed up to the speaker/menu, park and go inside to order--trust me, it will be faster. When "backed up", this drive-thru can be a half hour wait. I put backed up in quotes because at most fast food restaurants, a modest backup does not result in a complete melt down of service. Another nit I'd like to pick is the extremely tight exit from the drive-thru. Even in my compact car, the turn out of the immediate exit from the drive-thru and then at the entrance to parking area near Route 20 are very tight turns that can bring you into conflict with other cars pulling in and passing through. It may not be possible to redesign the drive-thru traffic pattern; however, better/faster service at the drive-thru window should be a concern for this manager/owner. Not sure what the fix would be, but that's not my job. I'm just here to pass judgement. read more

This Taco Bell/KFC combo is filthy and disgusting. The restrooms were absolutely gross and an employee who was in the kitchen area was sneezing all over. The dining area was also dirty and a complete mess (exploded sauce packets, soda all over, etc.). The person at the register could not get the orders right either.
