I love Tacobell breakfast and the last few times I've gone here, my order has been perfect. Today my boyfriend went and he came back home. I love their breakfast crunchwraps and the one I got today was a poorly made half melted grilled cheese on a tortilla. It didn't have the hash brown inside, it barely had any sauce in it, and it was overloaded with cheddar cheese. I also ordered bacon and they gave me sausage. They usually mark the bags to show the difference, they didn't. Our food was cold, didn't taste like it had just been made like it normally does when I bring it home. Also got breakfast burritos and those tasted a little burnt and just dry. They were also all tortilla and barely anything inside. They also asked my boyfriend if he wanted any sauce, he said yes, and they didn't put any in the bag. Lol I get it with COVID and what not... businesses are going to be slow...but this? I ordered through the app because it was a large order. I get to the drive thru window and they hadn't started making it even though I put it in 20 minutes before pick up. When I finally get my food it's absolutely wrong. I tried to call them several times to no avail so I went back down there food in hand. This place is badly ran. I've been to this location about four times since I started working in the area. Both times that I had Taco Bell they seemed to get my order wrong. One of those times I got something completely different from what I ordered. The second time everything had sour cream in it even the stuff that normally does not come with it. I asked for no sour cream and it felt like the cook took that as a joke and mocked me by putting it in everything. The other two times I ordered Pizza Hut combos. Both of them were the small individual pizzas with breadsticks and a drink. Both times the pizza dough was still raw and cold on the surface. I called and the person who answered asked if I was trying to just lie to get free food. I showed up in person just to give her the raw pizza. Sometimes, you just need Taco Bell. That time is usually sometime after midnight and after a large quantity of alcohol has been ingested. This Taco Bell does the trick. Stopped by here for a quick snack on a Sunday. Line was a little long. The cashier at the window was kind of rude, he seemed to not want to hand things very far out the window and wasn't talking at all. I don't know exactly what happened but I ordered two cheesey rollups and when I got to the window they weren't ready. It took them five minutes to get them to me, and when I pulled one out to eat on the way home the cheese wasn't even melted. I kept hearing a manager yelling in the kitchen which is super unprofessional. Yelling at your employees is a big turn off for me. Don't recommend this location. read more

This is the slowest fast food I have been to. I usually go through the drive through and it can take up to 25 minutes. I dined in tonight and the wait was long again. They said an employee left their shift so they were short handed. But to be honest they always take a long time. And they had no napkins. They were handing out paper towels. You should always know EXACTLY what you are going to get when you order food at Taco Bell. Every store has EXACTLY the same menu, with EXACTLY the same incredients. The only surprise element is the staff. This is why I say "you should know..." The staff can make or break a restaurant. This one is definitely in the category of "you just never know if you're going to get the 'A' team or the 'B' team". You place your order, then stand expectantly at the counter, because you just know they are going to make a mistake and add that yucky red sauce instead of the green sauce you ordered. And when they do, you want to be ready to correct them before walking all the way to your seat, setting out your food, carefully placing the napkin on your lap, then taking the first bite only to discover their horrendous, life altering mistake. Ok...so it isn't really that life altering, but it is frustrating! All of that to say when the "A" team is on at this location, the food and service are top notch. If it is the "B" team, well...let's just say you could be in for some entertainment watching all the erroneous orders going out with patrons handing back food which was not made to order correctly. read more

Don't ever expect to get everything you ordered at this place. 90% of the time I went to this Taco Bell they forgot things you ordered (and it was really bad after 11pm). I would be giving it 0 stars if that was an option.My boyfriend and I came to this taco Bell and instantly as you walk in it reaks of old grease and garbage. I kid you not every single table in there was filthy with old cheese and lettuce and you name in on the table and on the floor. The drink station hadn't been cleaned everything was sticky . You could tell the Assistant manager had a lot better work ethic then the manager. The manager was all sorts of rude an disengaged just staying on the drive through register. We had to wait damn near 30 minutes for our food and when it came out , our orders were correct but everything was poorly made. They never mess up my order, but they mess up other stuff. They never give me napkins, forks, and they never cut up my mexican pizza. The drive thru take 50 minutes to go through (15 minutes per car) Taco Bell headquarters should look into this Taco Bell and see what is going on. This is not acceptable for a large fast food chain.
