I am perplexed as to why there's negative reviews about this location. I've ALWAYS had "top notch" service here and tonight was no exception! I went inside and ordered a meal during the dinner rush hour. Ashley took my complicated order (by that, I mean it was "no this", "add more of this", "this on the side", etc). From to start to finish, everything was great! This location was slammed and would've been an easy time for frustrations to arise. However, I heard the positive reinforcement Ashley, the manager was giving to her team, I ended feeling motivated and valued just by being a bystander. A note to those that are higher up in this company, please pay special attention to Ashley. She's got that quality that employers look for and she will be scouted. It was a pleasant surprise to observe someone that can effectively handle an overwhelming workload with the ease and calmness of a Zen monk. I feel strongly that she could handle an elevated position within her current field. Ashley's method of processing a huge influx at once is the perfect behavior modeling for current and future employees. Oh yeah! Went inside. Was the only customer. Ordered 6 tacos - nothing else - to go. They charged for 6 tacos but when I got home there were only four. Called wanted me to go back to the store for refund. Then I get to the window and the guy tells me they are making my order now. 30 minutes I waited in that line for a couple tacos and a burrito. Today's episode started when I went to get breakfast at 9:45 AM. They said they were only serving lunch. I asked when breakfast ended and they told me 11. Oh how I wish 0 star ratings was a thing. I think in the 3 years of living nearnand visiting this taco bell location, I've only had maybe 3 successful transitions. Only 3 times in 3 years have they gotten my order correct where I didn't have to cancel or return for missing items, all of the menu items were in stock, they weren't closed earlier than the suggested time on the door, and the customer service was good. My very last experience takes the cake and is the reason why I'm officially done with Taco Bell. Saturday night Oct 21st, I ended up with food poisoning. I ordered through the app headed up the street to pick up my food. The customer service was, typical. 2 young guys working on a Saturday night. One looked as if he was high as hell and the other looked like he was having a rough night and didn't want to be there. I should've returned my items when I received them and they were thrown all over the bag. It was dark, and it was late. Before I pulled off from the drive thru I only looked in the bag (which was ripped up by the way. Smh) to be sure I had 4 items and nothing was missed. I didn't take anything out. Literally, when I got home (right down the street) and actually pulled my items out of the bag, the contents of my entire taco, was at the bottom of the bag. I should've taken a picture but I was so pissed after removing the burritos from the bag and seeing that I wouldn't get to eat my taco, I just threw the bag in the trash (-_-). I didn't eat my food right away but my bf did. Maybe an hour later he complained of not feeling well. He said the taco bell didn't seem to be sitting well with his stomach. By this time I'd eaten half of my burrito (since I didn't have a taco) and I was feeling ok. He ended up throwing all his food up. He told me I could have the rest of his food because he was done. Rightfully so Fast forward to Sunday, early evening. I pull my leftover taco bell (and my bf's) out of the fridge heated it up, and dug in.... Right before bed my stomach felt a little funny but I brushed it off. I figured, typical taco bell bubble guts. Boy, was I wrong. I was awakened at 330am with some of the worst stomach aches/pains in my life. I jumped up and rushed to the bathroom. I spent the entirety of my morning (was suppose to be at work by 7am) discharging my taco bell contents from both ends and the stomach aches/pains were constant. I'd feel a sudden rush of pain in my stomach and have to rush back to the bathroom. I/my stomach didn't get back to normal and wasn't able to keep down the contents of a full solid meal until yesterday, Wednesday. Sooo yeahhh, I'm going to go ahead and delete the app off my phone. This is the best Taco Bell in Cedar Park! The food is always fast and fresh. The lady on the microphone is always so sweet at midnight. I always get a custom crunch wrap supreme and whatever random new items they have in the menu. They only take mobile pickup orders at night but that makes things easy! Just make sure you pick the right location! The manager, Collin is also super nice and makes sure everything is just the way I like it. I def will always return to this location instead of the one next to Lakeline Mall. They always forget stuff there. read more

Wow! What an experience that I've had at this particular Taco Bell. So I think we can all agree, it would outlandish to expect great service from any Taco Bell. I've never been at a Taco Bell where I was wowed by great customer service, a clean restaurant or having my food come out good or the way I ordered it. However, this particular Taco Bell... WOW! So I placed an order through the app, because it's save not only me time but the employees when they can just look up the order without having to type and change everything. I go through the drive thru, get my food and pull into the parking spot because very rarely is my order correct. To no surprise to me, the order wasn't made correctly. It was close, the Gordita Crunch was made with the wrong shell which is an easy mistake but my Potato Griller was made outrageously small. I almost laughed in my car when I showed my friend it, because there's no way someone can think this is normal. So I went inside, where a gentleman from the front desk immediately asked "Was there something wrong with your order?" I said yes, took out the two particular items in question, explaining that my Gordita Crunch was supposed to be made with the Doritos Nacho Cheese shell. I then explained that the Potato Griller was laughably small. I took it out of the wrapper to show that it's literally the length of my fingers and very thin. The manager comes over to look, and informed me that the Potato Griller was made correctly and that is the size it's supposed to be. I just smiled and said that's fine. I just figured I would take a picture of the burrito and ask the public if they think this is acceptable. I also was going to send the picture to Taco Bell and see what they think. Unfortunately have to write a bad review for this location. The order always has something wrong. This last time they gave us tacos instead of taco supremes and no sauce even though they asked us what kind we wanted when we were ordering. Also very disappointed with the amount of filling they put in the tacos. I was so hungry afterwards and that truly sucks when you're getting a cheat meal to be so disappointed with wrong items and not enough food. So weird to leave a review for the about a fast food place but, I'm inspired to do just that! I've had my encounters with this location a handful of times throughout the past few years and I am quick to declare that they've all been horrible! My drive through order would be wrong and I get home to discover my taco is missing or the hot sauce they promised is MIA. Can't eat this stuff without the packaged sauce, it's a sin. Endless frustrations! But, what are you going to do? Nothing... probably. Too tired after work and is it really worth it to callup a bunch of folks that said the Mountain Dew slushee wasn't working when you know darn well is was???? Let me tell you, it's a whole new experience at this location! I'm remiss I can't remember the gentleman's name but, I'll come back and edit this as soon I can find out. I'm not sure if he had anything to do with the functionality of the slushee machine or not but, I'm now finding myself at the Taco Bell drive thru to get a giggle and a much needed "snap of sunshine"! Said employee is always personable, gets my order to perfection and had the wit and wisdom one would pay good money to hear at a Ted Talks show. I really am not a fan of Taco Bell but, sometimes it feels good to have some banter sprinkled with positivity in your day. I have a new theory: there is a black hole of suck centered on the 620/2222 intersection where the majority of places fall into the meh-awful zone. My other reviews will bear this out, as the farther they are from this intersection the better things tend to get. This Taco Bell falls on the 'awful' side of the zone. Like the other places in the area, it's understaffed and the staff that does bother to show up seems bummed out. I've had bean burritos that were watery, and quesadillas which have been rimmed with burned cheese. Everything else is as dispirited tasting as the staff looks. This place gets a 1 on the 'CTJ Scale' as noted below. 5 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Jesus good. Would be OK passing on after finishing a plate here. 4 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Mary good. Would be OK being seen eating here by Mother Mary. 3 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Joseph good. Would be OK having a beer here with Jesus' Dad. 2 out of 5 stars: Come-to-the-Apostles good. Meh. So my experience just now on 3/20/24 at 4:51pm, the guy who took my order charged me for a extra quesadilla I did not ask for and I order a Bean rice and cheese burrito and asked him to add beef, I go to pay and get the receipt back before the food and realize the beef wasn't added on to the burrito and I didn't care about the extra quesadillas cuz wtf ever it will get ate period. But when I tell the guy about the beef on the burrito they added it without me having to pay for it which I was like okay cool anyway i apologize even though the guy is the one who fucked up and and then I hear this little boy who obviously don't give a damn about his job say yeah she better fucking say she's sorry... at this point I'm like I know this little boy lying and so I get my food and check it and it all looked good and went on with my day bc I'm not gonna let this little boy get the best of me but this little boy at the window needs to learn some manors bc I was nothing but nice the ENTIRE time and I could've acted like a Karen. I haven't had Taco Bell in like two years or so. Finally decided it's time again lol . The chicken quesadilla wasn't even sliced , barely grilled and the inside wasn't warm or melty. The Crunchwrap was super flat with almost nothing but the lettuce . Chalupa was ok but super poor compared to ones I've had in other locations. Went to this location at around 12:30am last night to pick up a DoorDash order and as soon as I pull up to the drive thru speaker, I hear the employees talking on the headset about explicit and sexual things. I tried to explain I was picking up for someone and they say they stopped doing online orders at 10 which is fine and all but at the same time the worker was telling me that, the other employees were talking over each other still on the speaker about more explicit things.
