Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Beaverton, Oregon

So my sister and I go there and order Cinnabon delights (12 pack)two orders of the cinnamon twists, a taco and drinks. No problem. Took a while for any service not even saying "we'll be right there" and took forever to get our food. So I check the bag and they forget the cinnamon twists. I go in to replace it. They replace it and go outside. My sister goes to take a bite of the cinnamon twists and they're cold. We're irritated at this point so she goes inside to ask for a replacement. She was nice and they take it to the manager. She takes one out and feels it with her glove and says she just made them. My sister said to feel it without the glove and the manager had an attitude. We weren't being rude and was just asking for a replacement and she was still being rude. This is the worst Taco Bell I've been to in the Portland/Beaverton area! Severely disappointed tonight! I order a 12 pack of Cinnabon delights with my order and they were not included so there was $6 down the drain . Also it appeared like a bite was taken out of one of the chalupas I ordered! Taco and burritos were very light on meat. One of the burritos was 4-6 layers of folded flour tortilla with a sliver of ingredients in it.. So little meat on the tacos we decided that even if it was a one time fluke, we aren't willing to take that chance again based on how bad this meal was. read more

So we had gone into a different taco bell and the food was horrible, and the staff were rude. After speaking to the manager he gave us some coupons to so that we could have our meal replaced for free. Upon entering this store tonight the guy running the cash register (who could barley speak English) tell me that i can only use one and only if i bought something else along with it. I explained the situation and he still refused. To which i asked him to show me where on the coupon it said that a purchase was required to redeem the coupon? He wouldn't even look at it (BECAUSE HE WAS WRONG AND HE KNEW IT!) and told me that i could only use one at a time and, again that was only if i bought something. Upon calling the store back the manager who happened to be the same person who told me i could not use the coupons again tells me (very rudely) that i could only use one coupon at a time, only one per person. Let me ask you a question? How many people have kids? How many of you don't go like to go through a drive through because when you do they mess the order up and maybe you have a food allergy to onions, or maybe your kids do? How do you know that i don't have a wife and four kids outside in my car? Needless to say i will be calling corporate to file a complaint and we will NEVER be returning to this location despite the fact that we live less then two miles from it and we have spent countless dollars eating here. read more

There was a long drive up line when we arrived, in fact we couldn't even get in if we tried, so we decided to order in for our take out. They were not remotely busy inside, yet 10 minutes passed, into 15, 20, and we started asking where was our food. They said they were short-handed. Yet car after car after car left the drive through. At that point the manager locked the front door. So 20 minutes became 25, 30 and finally THIRTY-FIVE minutes later we got our order. We could have gone to a real Mexican restaurant and got food faster. So before we left I suggested the manager give us some cinnamon twists or something. Oh no, they can't do that, but we can give you some coupons. The next day I looked at the coupons and they were EXPIRED!! Really? Your customer service is that bad and that is how you compensate customers who were patiently waiting for their food. It's just appalling! I just think it is poor practice to let drive thru take all priority while dine in orders lag, for 35 minutes. It is just not right and totally unfair. read more

I can tell you that it took nearly 20 min to even get my order taken. I get up to the speaker, she sounds high as ever. Ok so be it. But it takes another 20 min to get up to the window. Fast Food? Since the management change I've noticed big improvements! A or more friendlier service and in the mornings/early afternoon the speed has improved but whoever is working nights either needs a vacation or to find another job... this place has ridiculous drive through times at night time and employees who don't seem to care about anything.. always goofing around and unwilling to help. Went there tonight and the food took over 25 min for $5.00 worth of food, kid making the food was rude and then we couldn't get out of the parking lot due to the poor design, literally stuck because it's one way and the line of cars waiting in the drive through were blocking the exit. I don't mind waiting, but half the crew was nice while the other half seemed like they just hated their jobs. read more
