I love firehouse but not at this location. I've given them multiple chances and every time they screw up the order. I don't understand how,when we do an online order. It's in front of them to make. Today I ordered a club sub and it's missing the bacon? I asked for lite mayo and they loaded it with so much I couldn't eat it. In the past it's been the pickle,peppers, bacon, tomato always something is missing. Don't ask for an extra pickle because you never get it. I've gone back to get the order corrected and sometimes I'll just eat it, because it too much of a hassle to drive and then wait longer to get it corrected. This place needs better management. I understand it's a bunch of kids working but they don't care or take pride in making a sandwich. Stay home or go somewhere else. I've learned the hard way and I won't be coming here. read more

Drove 1/2 to this location, arrived at noon and was immediately told that the wait will be 30 minutes due to orders ahead of me - online orders, place was empty (wonder why?!) except for 2 customers and several delivery drivers waiting. Why bother having an eat in location if you are serving delivery orders first instead of giving priority to people who bothered to come and eat there. I have been here MANY times over the years and there were more people working than I usually see there so why are you serving walk in customers last? Let's start with the ordering. We walked in and two guys were behind the service area. We stood in front of the register and were ignored by both of the guys probably making sandwiches. After a couple of minutes my wife pointed out 2 kiosks and mentioned we probably need to order there. So over we went and my wife picked out her order and I started mine. I noticed that there was very little options for customization. And jalapenos were not on the list. I was disappointed but here we were and both of us were hungry. I had a craving for a Firehouse and this one is the closest I could find. Overall, I like firehouse and like the toasted subs. This location is nice and roomy and seems overall ok. The sandwich on this trip did underwhelm me a little. I ordered a regular and compared to other locations, it just seems a little light on the fillings, especially on the ends. I don't know if it's perception as it was on a plate, versus the to go container, but just felt a bit more meat and I would have been happy. Driven all the way from the far West side for the Cherry Limeade specifically on two different occasions and both times led to believe and allowed to order on line the large fountain drinks to only find out that they still don't have it available. Problem is, I get a weeks supply of the limeade by the jug(the only reason I bought the sandwiches there) and instead of advertising they could sell it to me. Wow! These guys are good! I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered their Italian sub and it was one of the best I've had from any of the local sub shops. Everyone that helped was super friendly. Nice spot in a newer development in Cedar Hills. Horrible parking area though, small spots and located next to a bank so traffic is pretty busy. Great decor, my 5 year old was so happy to see pictures of firefighters and a fire hydrant. Very friendly environment and kid friendly! My son even got a fire hat which made his day. I ordered a kids meal and then my own, she informed me that since it was Wednesday I get the kids meal for $1 if I order an adult combo! What a great deal!
