This was a late night craving that did not satisfy :( I've been to several Taco Bells and the lack of food they actually give you here is really unfortunate. You would assume Taco Bell would be consistent across the board at most if not all locations. 45 minutes. That's how long we waited in the drive thru. About 10 minutes in, my husband and I noticed the line wasn't moving but it was too late to back out. Literally. There were already four other cars behind us. We arrived at 7:20 pm and got to the pick up window at 8:04 pm. The woman at the window took our payment and handed us a bag of Cinnabon delights without as much as a "thanks for coming". In fact, she shut the window so fast we couldn't remind her that she forgot to give us our double berry freeze. My husband had to knock on the window and we had to wait another 5 minutes for someone else to open it while the original person was still standing right behind the glass! And did I mention the freeze we got was a size smaller than what we ordered? Honestly, I was so annoyed that it didn't matter anymore. All I wanted was to get as far away from this place as possible. I imagine the patrons inside were even more frustrated than we were. A gentleman who walked in at the same time we pulled into the drive thru, probably thinking it would be quicker, left just right before we did. The angry faces in the dining area made me slightly grateful I was in the comfort of my own car.
