We had just finished going to an event at church on a Sunday evening so we decided we'd grab some dessert. We walked in and you walk directly to the host/hostess desk with the bar on the right side and the dining area to the left. There weren't many people as it was pretty late roughly 9pm. The hostess seemed a bit hesitant to seat us as she had to check with the wait staff to see where we'd be seated and if someone would be able to serve us. Well we were finally seated and our server was quite nice and got us what we needed and funny enough she just use the tablet that was at the edge of the table to order. But we did get some free breadsticks from two sets of servers which was nice though the breadsticks were very salty. I had to scrape off the seasoning on top. We fairly quickly got our sampler of desserts with the doughnuts a little bit later as they needed to be fried. The chocolate lasagna had a nice crunchy layer which was nice texturally but it was too sweet for me. The Strawberry cream cake was the lighter tasting of the 4 dishes we got and my favorite. The Tiramisu was pretty standard. The doughnuts were actually pretty nice and that you could choose how much dipping sauce you'd want to add to it. There was chocolate and a raspberry sauce. I didn't get to sample the meatball but it looked sizeable to share. When we were about to check out, I just grabbed the tablet at the front but it wouldn't let me check out no matter how many times I tried. So we tried to click on call server and no one was coming. Then we tried to grab anyone's attention and finally our original server came by and she noticed that she never claimed our table to serve so that's why I couldn't pay. Overall, not a bad place to satisfy a dessert craving. Service was good with the exception of the end trying to grab someone to help out. read more

This entire process of on line ordering was cumbersome at best. The order was not correct. I had asked for create my own pasta with half meat sauce and half mushroom. Guess what NO MUSHROOM!!! Wow! We hadn't been here in a while and things have changed. No offer of more salad or breadsticks. The salad was lettuce and croutons (and 2 pieces of tomato, 2 peppers). Ordered the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara - No shrimp, and 4 bite-sized pieces of chicken. I told the waitress about it, but she didn't seem surprised or particularly apologetic. Wow! The food was amazing we had a catered meal delivered to our hotel room it was nicely packed and sealed tightly! We had salad and bread sticks/spaghetti and meatballs w/ a side of meat sauce (plain buttered noodles w/ shrimp)/ we had mini sausage with meat sauce/ Chicken Alfredo w/ fettuccine noodles w/ extra cream sauce. Con~the shrimp were slightly overcooked (which may them rubbery) and I wish the dishes were labeled but, we were able to figured it out and service it I highly recommend Olive Garden even though I wasn't always a big fan but, I feel this location redeemed my faith in them. I went here a couple nights ago, I traveled from Colorado to montana and I love olive garden and wanted to pop in, I was instantly met with rude hostesses who whispered about me behind my back and giggled and then gave me dirty stares when I looked over. I also ordered the never ending soup and only got one bowl of soup as we sat there for 40 minutes and our waitress never came back. Save your money. Two adults, 3 kids (7, 9, 11). Four ordered from adult menu, one from children's menu. The salt on the bread sticks had to be scraped off - they were heavily coated. The chicken Marsala was over salted. The 9 and 11 year old ordered an Alfredo with seafood. The pasta was gummy - bowls of pasta glued together. The ravioli from the children's menu was barely warm. My lasagna was hot on one side and barely warm on the other. The restaurant was not crowded at all. Certainly, all Olive Gardens only give a nod to actual Italian food and that's fine BUT the kitchen can and should do better with with basic things like over salting and food temperature. It's not a cheap meal. At any price the expectation is 1) that hot dishes be served hot, 2) the entire contents of bowls of pasta should not be lifted with one forkful and, finally, 3) properly salting food I think not. Olive Garden failed on all 3. We did not return any of the items to the kitchen or ask that the bill ($124) be adjusted. the olive garden is a good restaurant when your not sure why you really want to eat. the service could not really get better, slow service, but that's to be expected from a restaurant as good as this one. if there is one recommendation to be made to the customers, if your gonna eat your food, eat it in one sitting, because the biggest reason one would not want to eat at an olive garden is the leftovers. Our server was great and the place was clean. Alfredo sauce was really good. Past sauce I've had was too strong with the milk and cheese. This was excellent I got the cheese ravioli dinner selection. It's technically only 8 raviolis but dude. So much! It's heavy too so I'd suggest getting the lunch size (half the amount plus soup or salad). It's been a while since i have been to an Olive Garden, so on a recent trip visiting my mom, we ended up here. The sign said half of glasses of wine while you wait (unfortunately we didn't have to wait, we we seated fairly quickly). Zack, our server, was great. After tasting a couple different wines, i settled on a red blend. it went well with the "Taste of Italy" i ordered. i was able to substitute angel hair in a marinara sauce for the fettuccine alfredo for no additional cost. of course, we got their famous bottomless salad to start. Other than the breadsticks being room temperature & on the dry side - a flawless presentation & experience. the left overs (chicken parmigiana & lasagna) tasted great the next date. i can mt really comment on price, it was mom's treat / which was the best price of all !! read more

Everything was excellent tonight! It was the best meal we have had at the Olive Garden for sure. Chicken Marsala was perfect, Shrimp Alfredo was bomb and our waiter, Marcus, was very good. He let slip that it was his first night working there (or waiting tables anywhere!) and he was great! Can't believe he is just starting in food service. The lights were lowered after we received our food which added to the ambiance of the dining room. It made if feel more private and intimate. I live near Bozeman and Olive Garden used to be one of my favorite places to eat as a kid. I usually got the eggplant or chicken Alfredo. Now I'm sensitive to gluten so I don't eat out as much. I tried eating here a few years ago and got a stake from their gluten free menu, it was terrible. This time we ate here with a friend it's where she wanted to eat. I got the salmon and it was actually pretty good. Not over cooked or raw. I'd eat the salmon here again. read more

Visited Friday at 5pm, and got right in to a table. We knew if we came later there would be a wait so we intentionally came in early. Server was very quick, friendly, and on top of things. She was very nice. Salad was fine, breadsticks were good. We did get the Alfred to dip the bread in was about $6 and it was refillable. Makes them much better. It then took a long time for our food to come out. Which seemed pretty odd as we only had two meals. Food was tasty. The bill was $70 including tip for two people with no alcohol, no desert, no app. Just two meals and a tea and lemonade. Pretty much a rip off for noodles and salad. But with bidens massive inflation I guess that is what prices r now. Of course when we left there were a ton of people waiting for a table, as I knew would be the case. read more

Mmm...Olive Garden Fancy. I do not recommend take out. I ordered Eggplant Parmesan hoping for crisp breading & good texture. It was soggy & had thick slices in portions that weren't fully cooked. Instead of it being a vegetarian dish, as I'd hoped, the side of pasta had a very sour taste & nasty meat chunks on it. I don't mind quality beef in moderation, but this wasn't it & not what I ordered. Salad was fine, but only had 2 olives. Lasagna was marginally edible with burned noodles. Seems like their "chef" is a mess tonight. Bread sticks were floppy & not fully cooked. Cheesecake had no topping & a texture of rubbery, hardened goo. Crust was soggy. I wouldn't pay for this had I dined in, but I guess I'm stuck with this since it was takeout. read more

Amazing service! My husband and I stopped by here for a quick lunch before I felt out of Bozeman. We were incredibly impressed with the service and safety precautions post covid. We were seated right away there was not much of a wait. They started off with a free sample of wine that they were offering that night. Now I didn't care for the wine that they were offering so when I asked about a different wine they said I could have a free sample of that one also. Olive Garden does have a decent selection of wine for a chain restaurant. They start you off with breadsticks and then for those of us who wanted salad that came out promptly. For anyone who has not been to an Olive Garden they will give you all the breadsticks and salad you can eat. I had the Tuscany trio which came with breaded chicken, Portabella mushroom Alfredo noodles and tortellini with marinara sauce. It all tasted great I really have no complaints I definitely recommend this place for a night out with family. read more

I went here for a State Competition detour dinner, and it was pretty nice. Pros: Customer service was good, food was good, seats were comfortable, an the checking in was great. Cons: The waiter sniffed my drink before he gave it to me. Really weird. The salad bowl was plastic, not glass, the salad was dry, it was weird. The waiter was being really quiet, and talking to us across the table. It was also like a billion degrees. Overall, it was pretty nice, and I liked it. read more

After many months away due to covid, we've been in four times in the last three months. The service is excellent! The manager, Coleen, makes a point to greet each table. We missed seeing her the last few visits , but she took the time to catch up. The food was carefully prepared and presented. Our waitress was attentive and genuinely pleasant. Now I've had dinner at this franchise in at least 10 cities and this one is not up to the corporate standard comparably speaking. Simple dish of Alfredo with shrimp and chicken leads me to believe these cooks are following a cheap cookbook and double on the late night shift at the local greasy spoon. Noodles so overdone I have starch sweaters on my teeth after just a few bites. Chicken is bordering overcooked and dry and with breading makes for a soggy chewy experience but then there's shrimp too. Once rescued from the extra quart of butter poured over the entire dish the little buggers are also...overcooked. I'll skip the salad only to say there's a way to prep a salad for a pleasant experience and this wasn't one of them. To round out the experience, after objecting because my server grabbed my dish without asking if I was finished I'm getting the bum's rush. If you want the best this franchise has to offer you'd do well to eat a steak or buffalo in Bozeman and catch this place in a different city. Too bad. read more

I went to this location by myself in the evening as soon as I got off work and changed my clothes because of a very long day. The waitress was super friendly and nice and gave me a sample of red wine to try. I did stick with the choice of the moscato and treated myself to the 9oz one it was so delicious. Everyone already now the breadsticks are to die for. My service was nice and relaxing but still quick. It was nice to not wait long and my food tasted very good. Nothing felt rushed there. I had the chicken and gnocchi soup and ordered the tour of Italy(which was my first time ordering that one). The thing I miss the most is the food of my homeland so I have been on a never ending search for an American "Italian" restaurant. I must have tried hundreds of different restaurants looking for something that even comes close to comparing to the food of my people. The search has never amounted to anything, until now. I recently found this little restaurant that, when I eat there, makes me feel like I'm back home. Their breadsticks are unmatched and their salads taste as if they came from the hands of my own mother. I love Olive Garden but this location constantly disappoints. We stopped in for lunch and we all ordered soup, salad, and breadsticks. Their "unlimited" soup, salad, and breadsticks were an absolute joke. We got a salad, ok, but then the soup came out( we all ordered chicken and gnocchi), and the soup had absolutely NO Gnocchi in it! I complained and the waitress, who wasn't that friendly, eventually brought out new bowls. Oh yeah, they seemed to be suffering from a breadstick shortage as well. " oh we are making new breadsticks soon" she kept saying. How does Olive Garden not have breadsticks? Then the waitress came out asking if we are ready for our bill- after two bowls of soup( one horrible), and hardly any breadsticks. We asked for the Zuppa Toscano soup and she bragged about how fresh it was. Yeah, so fresh it was barely cooked. The sausage was chewy and the kale was practically raw. After coming to our reservation we were seated and had our drinks and appetizers ordered, the waitress was very kind and helpful. It wasn't extremely busy, but there was a large party next to us. We ordered our meals and shortly after, our soups/salads and appetizer came. So far it was a great experience. But after waiting 30 minutes for our food to come out it got a little concerning. Our waitress was very apologetic, and it didn't seem to be her at fault. Another 30 minutes passed, and it was around 20 minutes from close when we finally got our three pasta dishes. At that point, we had finished our appetizer nearly 45 minutes ago. Needless to say our appetite was a little lost. My dish looked like it had been ready to be served 30 minutes prior to when I received it. The noodles were dry, the meatballs were hard on top, and mushy from being in the sauce for so long on the bottom. We tipped our waiter 30% since she was wonderful, and went home.It doesn't end here. Two of us had a salad, and the other a soup. The two who ate the salad experienced a painful stomach ache that lasted until they fell asleep. We shared everything else, besides the salad, so I'm assuming that was the reason for their pain.
