So i got to the drive through exactly at 9:15pm ordered some food and i ordered 3 soft taco supremes and 3 Dorito locos supremes. As im checking my food i notice none of them are supremes. We go back through the drive through and have to wait about 20 minutes. When we tell the lady at the drive through she asks for the none supreme tacos back after they have already been touched and I hope she's didn't serve them to other customers. She then tells us to come inside for them so we go inside and have to wait for them to remake them. When we're finally back in the car it's 9:53pm. love Taco Bell, and the Supreme Crunchwrap is usually my go-to order. But lately? The crunch has gone missing like it's on vacation. I opened my Crunchwrap expecting that satisfying crispy bite... and instead got a warm, soft tortilla hug with a sad, soggy shell inside. No snap. No crunch. Just disappointment. Flavor? Still good. I have rated this store very good in the past but this evening they really wasted a lot of my time. I get several bean burritos and when I get to the window they tell me they are out of beans and would I like another protein choice so I said okay, beef. They get me my order within minutes and there is 1 or 2 teaspoons of beans on each burrito and more onions and cheese than beans. I bring it back in and open it up and the lady behind the counter says, "That is a bean burrito". I will NEVER go there again. Thankful there is a Chipotle opening up soon right across the street. There should be a standard for how much beans/meat/chicken is put on their burritos. If Taco Bell management or owners dont care, let them go out of business. read more

Ordered two nacho bellgrandes at drive thru. When we got home there was hardly any meat in them. Their prices don't match the portions. Overpriced for small portions. We will not recommend or buy anything from taco bell again. read more

This place barely qualifies as a Taco Bell.. they skimp on everything so that your tacos look like an empty shell. Been here several times in desperation.. always the same low quality. The manager was honest about the nacho fries, said the fryer was down and he was trying to circulate the oil and fire up a new batch, he asked us to wait and before we left the window he left us know he gave us a nice discount on our order as thanks. I ordered at about 5pm on a Tuesday. First of all I did a mobile order so you expect it to be pretty fast. COMPLETE OPPOSITE. I was told to pull up to wait for potatoes. Ok cool, more than 10 minutes later by bag is given to the car next to us and he called me over to ask if it was mine, which is definitely was. Looked in the bag and I was missing 2 things that were added to my order and once again was told to pull up and wait another 10 minutes because there wasn't any chicken ready. No apology given, nothing. Then you can hear the people working there talking about customers which is not acceptable. I will not be returning to this location or any at this point because of how the business is ran. It's called FAST FOOD for a reason. Just left this Taco Bell after having my meal replaced Christina the manager accused me of being in there before getting free tacos when in reality I was in there yesterday making an order that they had screwed up and she offered to replace it so I came in today to get my tacos she accused me of running a scam to get free tacos, she actually said to me I've seen you in here before and I said yes I was in here making an order yesterday. I had the receipt the date was on it but evidently she couldn't read and judging by the size of Christina she's been eating all those tacos. Savannah and Quay were both very professional and did their part on keeping both them and my family safe from wearing gloves and masks (how uncomfortable with this florida heat and humidity)to using a cup to transfer all payments and receipts. This visit was the fastest and the order was 100% correct. There were about 4 or 5 other cars in line so it's not like we were the only ones. This pandemic has made it hard for a lot of people but both Savannah and Quay showed their ankles through the tone in their voice! Great job guys! We will be back! read more

The delay in service was bad enough but to wait this long for food that was barely palatable, and in the case of the Quesadilla I took one bite and threw it away. When i bought my food it was barely stuffed with it being cold. It did not satisfy us so we also had to buy pizza after.The wraps were 85% tortilla,10% stuffings and 5% air so it was a bad experience. read more
