I came here on the last day of the quesarito being on the menu. I ordered four quesaritos to freeze because I could not accept losing my beloved quesarito again after being reunited with it for such a short time. I placed my order through the app, then drove up to the drive-thru and gave my name. The guy on the other end was like "...you got four quesaritos?" I felt a little judged but proudly claimed my order none the less. He told me to drive around. When I got to the next window the guy actually told me to pull up to the front of the store since it was going to take a minute for them to make that many quesaritos, and that he'd bring my order out through the front. I did, and had my quesaritos in my hands within 5 minutes or so. Overall, a solid Taco Bell minus the quesarito shaming that could've just been in my head. read more

My order was made wrong. I went to the counter to get the items I paid for and I was given poor customer service. The manager Stephanie, took the food and threw it in the trash with an attitude. 5/16/22: It's been at least six years since my last Taco Bell review. Anyway, I had a Taco Bell craving today. Drove over to my old Belleville location. The Belleville TB always had delicious tacos. Haven't been to this location in about two years. This location still remained very clean. Went up to the counter and ordered two beef crunchy Taco Supremes and one bag of cinnamon twists. The order taker was very courteous. Anyway, I took the order to go. I noticed that the taco Supremes were less filling than before Covid. These tacos were more like regular tacos. The cinnamon twists were just fair. Think they could've been fresher. I think since Covid, many places have cut back on food quantity and quality. read more

My local Taco Bell! Crazy fun going here, especially really late at night! I do notice that sometimes they are a little stingy with giving sauces, but that isn't the biggest thing... So since Covid, they really only do drive through orders, and they are pretty efficient! It might be 10 cars long and all around the lot, but even if it goes to the entrance, it'll only be about 15-20 minutes. Other than that it is a taco bell, I have never really had a terrible experience here or anything like that. I will say that special items / LTO items are frequently hit and miss. Staff is usually friendly, never really had an issue there. And if you are missing something, they are pretty good about replacing the missing item. Even if you want more sauces, they are always happy to oblige. I've never gone inside, but looking in, it always looks clean. Drive through is always fast. Some of my favorites are the soft tacos and the chalupas! man do I love that pita like shell! All in all, no issues here. It is a typical Taco Bell. Food is always good, hot, fresh. It isn't sitting for like 45 minutes or something like that. read more

Went to pick up A mobile order that was on the pick up table & a Spanish , might be Dominican woman starts yelling from the kitchen to the front register where there are customers at , not to grab anything & to put it back I must wait. Yet I said this is a pick up table & no one is at the front & there was also a drink missing which at that point was late. There was no need to be this rude yell across from the kitchen angrily at a customer with no obvious common sense or customer service. Please make sure you hire people persons to work here. Ordered through a delivery service. Food was fine and delivery was very fast. Only concern/issue - I was missing part of my order. Not a big problem since I can contact the restaurant and tell them, but it wasn't even their fault. As you can CLEARLY see in the pictures, the receipt from the delivery service vs the restaurant, an item was missing. Is it Taco Bell system's fault? Possibly. But there definitely should not be an issue or clear difference between what the restaurant sees as my order and what I actually pay for. read more

The food was always good, but the service has made me never want to return. I had made an online order but in a different location by mistake. I called for a refund & they had told me to go on my account, even though I had made it clear that I ordered through email as a guest customer. When I went to call back, my number instantly disconnected. I had found a way to cancel the order, but when I tried, an error message came up. I was told they didn't process the order until checked in. I went on my bank account to find they took the money. They took my money, canceled my order, & then blocked my number. There's a couple of locations I visited in NJ for Taco Bell. I have to say this location blew my expectations. I ordered the Bacon Club Chalupa, Steak Quesarito, Steak Quesadillas, Cinnabon bites, and cinnamon twists. The food was amazing! It was nice and warm. I will say I don't like that they skimp on the amount of meat they put. But then again... ITS TACO BELL. It's a Taco Bell thing so I won't rate them any less for it. If your looking for volume packed meat, this is not for you. Go to a real Mexican restaurant. Aside from the food, the employees are usually very nice. I've been coming here for a while now, and I love absolutely everything about this place. The employees are fantastic, the restaurant is always kept immaculate, and the food always seems of a decent quality. Occasionally you might catch an employee who's having a bad day, but most of the workers here seem nice. The great thing about this place is the happy hour they have from 2-5pm. Baja blast and loaded grillers for days. :) My only warning is about coming here at late night (1am+). You'll find that some shady looking customers come here at night. read more
