Terrible experience. I FOUND BLACK HAIR IN MY CHICKEN FLATBREAD. THIS IS IMMACULATELY UNACCEPTABLE. We've been sitting in the drive-thru for 34 minutes. We have a mobile order and already paid, otherwise we would've driven away a long time ago. there are not enough words I can use to encapsulate my love for this Taco Bell and it's employees. It has served my friends, family and I so well on those late nights. This is possibly the worst ran fast food establishment I have ever been to. Time after time, the drive thru leaves out items on my order EVERY time. EVERY time! On top of that, you get an attitude. I know that help is hard to find, but the hwy 53 location is scraping the bottom of the barrel. Go to Zaxby's, Wendy's or Dairy Queen with your money. Don't waste your time or money at this location. Obviously, the ownership doesn't care because they don't ever fix the problem. Oh, and their lights at night "don't work". The workers are trying to deter customers from stopping by. This location has become part of my morning routine! I get a sausage breakfast burrito (yummy) AND a chicken powerbowl for lunch. Most fast food restaurants only let you order breakfast OR lunch. I appreciate being able to get both in one stop! The girl at the window is always super friendly. The kitchen staff is quick and consistent. read more

This particular establishment is 0&2. We have been twice after ballgames. The first time, no one was in there eating and it took over 20 minutes to get our order. They did comp us a dessert. The next time we placed a mobile order. When we arrived, they hadn't even checked for an order. Food is hot and tasty. read more

My order was messed up but apparently it was my fault due to the rudeness I got when returning. Sorry for not wanting to waste my money. They actually corrected the order and the food was much better. Would have been a better experience if I would have gotten a simple "sorry for the inconvenience" or even just "we can fix that for you". No, just a rude "hold on" and handed food with an attitude. I live 3 minutes from this location, and I usually buy from this store just about every day. The food is 9 times out of 10 not good to say the least, but this time in particular I had ordered 2 grilled cheese burritos and 2 chicken chalupas. The chalupas weren't bad but they had barely any chicken in them, just the center portion of the chalupa had chicken. There was absolutely no chicken coming from the ending/beginning of the chalupa, but that's only the start of this absolute atrocity of this order. The 2 grilled cheese burritos was absolutely horrendous, I had to stop eating them before I threw up. only got through a bite from each burrito, and that is all it took for me to throw that piece of garbage that the people at this toco bell would call 'food' in the trash can. Further more these two grilled cheese burritos had TOMATOES, CHICKEN, LETTUCE, and something that taste like ranch to me. Now all this costed me $30 and I ordered online from DoorDash. This place should be closed and I have no idea how or why they still run considering the fact that they can manage to fuck up THIS BAD. read more

Double charged my credit card, called The morning shift lady said I needed to drive to the store and speak to the evening shift manager. She was less than helpful. My card was double charged why should I have to take time out of my day to drive all the way back over there to prove to them that they made a mistake. To start it off.....they messed up my order. I clearly wanted 3 Soft Taco Supreme and 4 Chicken Soft tacos and only gave me 1 soft taco supreme and 3 chicken soft tacos......and when I went to see if they could fix it. The boy in the front said I had to wait in line.....and i clearly just wanted to fix my order and not order anything else. I swear that he just wanted to do it on purpose to me......but hey I'm not that type of person to exposed people. When it was my turn in line I told the boy in the front to fix my order.......and he said it will only take a minute....but nooo I had to wait ANOTHER 9 MINUTES JUST TO GET MY FOOD and when I got the food it wasn't what I wanted and I just didn't have it in me to wait another 9 minutes to get my order right.......and to top it all off when I got home to eat my food it was COLD, so not just I wasted a good 25 minutes standing around waiting for my food...I could of use those 25 minutes being on wattpad and reading the next chapter of 'after 3'. This place is lucky I rated it one star....SOOOO if u want to wait for around 25 minutes just to get your food...I recommend this place for you. read more
