Came here with my bf on a Saturday afternoon and the food was really good for a great price. We ordered the fried potato tacos, steak fries, and the habanero wings. I would recommend all we ordered bc it was super good and filling. They also give free salsa and chips and I'm not sure why people are leaving bad salsa reviews, bc I thought it was DELICIOUS! It also had a kick to it which was nice! We didn't know it was happy hour until after we ordered, but got their house margarita and beer. Georgia is known for their Mexican food. (A lot of it.) But in my opinion they all taste different! We decided to give this place a try and it did not disappoint. We ordered delivery last night. Didn't get the pics but wanted to give the props. Hubby and I both ordered the Cantina Burrito Asada. I ordered a side of pico for mine and he got a side of the special red salsa (spicy, not the normal "chips and salsa" salsa). The burritos were loaded with grilled steak and some sautéed onions, with queso on top, delicious! We selected white rice with cilantro and it came with a side of refried beans but these were white beans, not the typical purple(ish?) pinto beans. Yummy! Our delivery also came with complimentary chips and salsa. The chips are the thin, perfect crunch chips with delicious salsa. Bellies full I tell you!! A New Mexican restaurant and first time for me. A bunch of guys go out once a month when the wives play bunko. It was taco Tuesday, 9.99 for 3 tacos. The chicken was to dry, the refried beans were lukewarm, but the beer was cold. The chips were ok, but the salsa was a webit boring. The service was slow compared to other Mexican restaurants, it took 15 minutes for the beers to arrive and the food took 40. I wasn't really going to review this restaurant until I walked out and had to look at Yelp. Yikes now I see, you decide for yourself. read more

So good! I was excited to see a new spot take over the old Houndstooth location. Great margaritas. Tacos were perfect and I like the different sauces. I've heard they can be slow with service, but we didn't have that issue. People need to remember they are new and working everything out. Give them a chance and enjoy the food. The atmosphere in this restaurant is very nice ... high ceilings, modern and plenty of seating including outdoor. I started with a mango margarita which was excellent. The chips and salsa were very good as well as the guacamole. I did the "make your own bowl" and it was a huge portion and very tasty ... reasonably priced especially since I have at least 1 other meal with all the leftovers. My friend got quesadillas which included rice, beans and a Mexican salad. Again, huge portion and she said very tasty as well. Service was good and we didn't feel rushed. Their salsa had no flavor, the guacamole tasted like mostly onions, the chips were covered in grease and too thin to scoop salsa, and the agua de Jamaica was just red-colored water. The best Mexican food I've had anywhere around this area. I had the Birria Quesadilla and it was excellent. Someone said they didn't care for the salsa provided with the chips and salsa but I thought it was good. The chips are thin and I prefer thicker ones but that's only a minor little thing. Went here the other night with my boyfriend he accidently left his card and so since he did they triple charged his card. Don't go here they will scam you and take your money! So, I called for my boyfriend to get his card back and explained to the lady on the phone that they charged him 3x the amount of what our dinner was. When I asked to speak to a manager or the owner, she said they weren't there. What kind of restaurant doesn't have a manager on duty during the day? She then tried to act like she spoke zero English on the phone when I asked for a manager, so I proceeded to ask if she could hand the phone to someone who did speak English. She refused and said no. I then asked if I could come pick up my boyfriend's debit card because it was left there, and she said they had no card when he accidentally left it last night. By the way, they charged him 100+ on dinner when our dinner was under $40. Don't go here; they will charge your card multiple times and rip you off. Don't even hand them your card because I wouldn't doubt that they would write down your card number. This place needs to be closed! Don't go here! read more

Had a great experience here! The food was excellent--fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. The only small thing I noticed was that there wasn't a hostess, so it was a bit unclear where to go when we first walked in. But that didn't take away from the overall experience at all. Third time here. Every meal has been very good. As much as we love a couple other local Mexican restaurants, the food here is of higher quality. Everything tastes fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Margarita tasted of fresh ingredients and quality tequila. Elote was truly amazing: fresh grilled corn, salty and flavorful cotija cheese, plus the tang of a fresh lime squeeze. Tacos, chips and salsa, even the rice -- all tasted like the kitchen really cares about what they send out. I love that they send the tacos out with all the toppings on the side so I can add onions, lettuce, cilantro, shredded cheese the way I like it. Shout out to our waitress Skyler.
