This review is mostly for the service that I've always received in the drive through. I'm not going to review the food cuz Taco Bell is Taco Bell. That chalupa meal with the Baja blast will hit every single time. I'm in between two different locations. I tend to go to this one and the past few times One of the most pleasant person I have ever encountered at a drive through works here. Whenever she takes your order, you can just feel that she's just genuinely nice. You can hear the smile on her face. You don't feel rushed and you can feel a bit more at ease that they just might get the order right this time. Today was no different. I didn't get a chance to ask for her name but my receipt has the name Hira. Taco Bell management, if you see this, I hope you know what you have on your hands. read more

This is my go to tacobell, I always mobile order from here. Everyone is nice and friendly and my food is typically always 100% spot on. Today, they got an item wrong. I typically check the items to be correct before driving off but I rarely do when ordering from this tacobell cause they never mess up my order. When I came back they already had my order prepared and Israel apologized profusely. Him as well as Hiera (don't know if that's the right spelling) are always so sweet and kind. Oof! There's a reason I like Del Taco over Taco Bell, sometimes I just need to remind myself I guess. The food is whatever, I'm not going to judge a fish by how well it climbs, so it's fine. This location was overran with kids who had full run of the place, pushing and cutting in line, the drink machine didn't work (so knowing such, why give me an empty cup when I ordered from the kiosk and said what I wanted?). So I had to swim upstream for 10 mins to get the drink filled. To then finally enjoy Taco Bell in a messy school cafeteria ambiance. Nah. I get it, kids are kids, but hold them to a minimum standard or whatever so you don't have to shut your drink machines off, and if you're that swamped then staff accordingly. If I could rate this place lower I WOULD. They never pick up phone calls even when not busy. I loved taco bell food but my GOD the quality of service is laughable. These kids either don't know how to do their job or don't care. I am an easy customer to please however, its embarrassing how bad this Taco Bell is. My taco had almost no lettuce or tomato or cheese and only six pieces of lettuce had been simply sprinkled all over the bag as seen in the photo. I rarely eat Taco Bell but I was dying to try The Enchirito. I missed it, apparently it was only a temporary item and I didn't get to try it. However, I still placed an order for some nachos and a Mexican pizza. The cashier who helped me was so very helpful, I haven't had service quite this great in a very long time! Dude this Taco Bell has the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen in my life. I had to use the bathroom for emergency and I saw that the bathrooms were sparkly clean. The men bathroom is so clean I can get my food and eat on the floor. Not only that, the dining area is so clean. I couldn't believe my eyes because every fast food place is so filthy. Asian guy working the drive thru needs work on his customer service he was very dry and rude....

This particular restaurant has one patron in it besides me, it has 6 employees and when I asked to place an order. They told me to order from the kiosk while they blast their music in back. Whoever owns this store, the dumbest thing you ever could have done is take away the personal service because people do not come to Taco Bell for quality food. Terrible service! 4/29 around 8pm At first it started off fine...I had a big order and they were polite enough. I got my food only to realize I was missing an item, so of course I went in to ask for said item and I was called a liar and the lady went on to say that she put it in the bag and I needed to bring my order in and she would show me it. Ha, okay, so I bring in my order and she indeed didn't find the missing item. Instead of just making me the missing item, she then says "well I didn't charge you for it so it's not a big deal"... excuse me? This Taco Bell is hands down the best!! As a pregnant lady I've been extremely picky with the texture and quality of food, but this place is always super fresh! All the ingredients taste fresh and when you receive your food you can tell it was just made! I usually get the Crunchwrap supreme with no tomato, extra nacho cheese and it's always made perfect! The tostada shell is crispy and so is the lettuce, the meat is fresh and they always put extra cheese (a lot of place think I won't notice when they don't put extra, but I open up the Crunchwrap to check). I love this place and drive 20 min if I want Taco Bell because none other compare. The service here is awesome too! They often give their name before taking your order and they repeat everything back to you. They don't rush you and always have a positive attitude. 11/10 would recommend this Taco Bell! read more
