How can you not love In-N-Out Burger? Whenever traveling to the West Coast, I always try and stop in at one. This location was very nice. We ate inside and it was clean and not as crazy as some others I've been to. I went off the "secret menu" and ordered a cheeseburger "animal style" along with a Neapolitan shake. Both were delicious! In-N-Out remains a favorite and a treat while traveling!

In-N-Out is one of the most consistent places around, in a good way. You know what you're getting, it will be quick and fresh, and the service will be friendly and helpful. The place will be clean and well kept, although seating may be a challenge if they're busy, but such is life. This experience was no different, we were in and out (heh) quickly, and the food was exactly what we expected and exactly as ordered.

Whenever I travel to the west coast, I sure do enjoy this well designed burger. Prices are wonderful too.

Update: In N Out has been consistent over the years and makes a great burger without the fancy hype. The shakes are fantastic, and I love the fries. The dining area is small compared to other places, but there are also a few outdoor tables. This location will test your patience because of the long line in the drive-thru. But it's not always bad; I've also been in short lines. The drive-thru has a system where the cones and signs are helpful. Only one way to enter the drive-thru is from Valley View Street. If you're dining in, I recommend parking near the Smart and Final lot if the small lot in INO is full. My latest go-to order is a double-single, with whole sliced grilled onion and everything on it, chilies on the side, extra crispy fries, and a root beer or vanilla shake. If I'm feeling the need for low-carb, I'll make it protein-style. I enjoy customizing my burgers to my liking. The main downside is the price increases over the past year. The No.1 Combo now costs over $10. It's a bummer, but I understand it's a part of dealing with inflation. We're all in this together. Overall, this In n Out location is my go-to spot as it is close to home. The service has been good, and orders are prepped reasonably quick.

I don't think I've ever been to an In N Out that I didn't like but this was right at the cusp of aggravating. After making a left at the light we were trying to make a right into the pahking lot and the wait was beyond five (5) minutes and frankly, its a bit dangerous because you're blocking the right had lane with cars whizzing by you. So, with it being so Hard to get into, due to the drive thru backing up, we had to go down the block to enter the adjacent strip mall and park as close as possible to In N Out, in some other establishment's pahking lot. We walked a bit and After crossing the drive thru line of cars, you feel much better until you get into the long line at the register - this place was just full of people. I don't know if a concert or sporting event had just let out or what. But the line went quickly and surprisingly, we got a booth and our food came out quick so it's still a 5 star review. I went from being annoyed to happy and satisfied. But honestly, I don't think I would be coming back to this location because they either need to expand this restaurant or build a second In N Out in the same strip mall.

When we left there were quite a few people that have come in after us. There's not a whole lot to the place. It looks like it used to be an old Taco Bell or something. The color scheme is blue and white with cute little signs and pictures on the wall. It's got some booths and tables, and they still have up the social distancing dividers from The pandemic. There's also covered patio seating out front. There our menu screens that span above the entire counter with everything from Mexican food to breakfasts to burgers. They have a soda machine and also a machine with some aguas frescas. There is something here for everybody! We ordered a Fat Boy Burger, a quarter pound burger meal with fries, and a ground beef taco. I love ground beef tacos so I'll always order one if there's one on the menu just to try it. The burgers were good - - topped with cheese, lettuce, onion, and thousand Island dressing. The ground beef taco tasted very much like a Del Taco taco. The fries are those chunkier fries. All in all, the food was good. Someone came in after us and ordered the fried chicken meal and it looked so good, and another person ordered a breakfast that also looked pretty good. It's a cute place and I do like to support local small business. I may be back here.

The fry's were ok. The fountain drinks, very messy and not clean Staff: very welcoming and helpful, fast service. Seating area: many places to sit mostly booths ,again aesthetically not very pleasing but looked clean and plenty of space to sit. I risked it and tried this place out of no recommendation other than stopping by and I don't think I will Be back. Maybe some of their other items are good but I will pass on this place. Great staff though. I have moved this up to 3 stars solely because the response to my feed back was well received and that alone speaks highly of making an attempt to help their restaurant to be better. The goal is not to just criticize or review for the sake of reviewing but to actually help businesses and which comes full circle both for customers and business owners. Thanks to the reply I may give it another shot for the burgers if I am in the area and in hungry!

This restaurant is a hidden gem (super stunning decor) and one of the best hotel restaurants I've ever eaten at. They have an incredible selection and prices are decent. Unsafe Conditions, Dismissive Management & Unnecessary Security Call…read more I was dining at Thirty Acres Kitchen inside the Knott's Hotel when water started dripping directly from the ceiling onto me. There was also standing water on the floor with no wet floor signs, barriers, or any warnings whatsoever. This was a clear slip-and-fall hazard in a busy restaurant. I calmly brought it to the attention of the manager on duty, Julie, and pointed out how dangerous it was--especially for guests using wheelchairs or with mobility needs, this was particularly concerning. Instead of addressing the problem, she dismissed it as "not a big deal," refused to complete any incident report, gave me a negative attitude with a mean facial expression, and then called security on me as if I was the problem. When the young security guard arrived, he asked for my ID. I politely refused and explained the situation calmly--he looked surprised but not defensive. I have photos documenting the ceiling leak, standing water, and lack of signage. This experience was disappointing and unsafe, especially from a hotel restaurant attached to a family theme park. Management should prioritize fixing hazards and training staff to handle legitimate guest concerns professionally rather than escalating them. I hope Knott's / Six Flags investigates and improves. This was my first time coming to this restaurant.

I'd never been there before, so this review is all about first impressions. As we approached, the sign caught my attention: "Under New Ownership." Outside, an employee sat scrolling on his phone. It was a quiet Sunday around 3 PM, and we were the only patrons in sight. Checking Yelp beforehand had been a bit of a letdown, as their menu featured items they no longer offer. No links were available either. We ordered half a pound of pulled pork, half a pound of brisket, and four pieces of cornbread--all priced reasonably. Their tap selection turned out to be decent. The Cali Squeeze Blood Orange was a standout, and they also seemed to carry Firestone Walker products, including 805. The staff were friendly and responsive, which was refreshing. While the brisket had cooled by the time we got home, it was still tender and flavorful--just like the pulled pork. The real surprise? The chimichurri that accompanied the brisket--an unexpected and delightful touch. Overall, I'd rate the experience as average. While it's clear they've got potential, a bit more effort could turn Wholly Smokes into a go-to spot. Leaning in on those small details would really elevate the experience.
